THIS IS A SCAM I received my wedding ring last year; something I am supposed to have for the rest of my life, and it is already falling apart. And get this, their "Lifetime Warranty" doesn't cover "normal wear and tear." Can't get ahold of anyone. No customer service to speak of. And other reviews from people who have had the same issues. Other people who have sent their jewelry back for repairs, never to see them again. Do not trust this company. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Купили серебряные обручальные кольца. Кольца поцарапаны и потерты всего после недели носки. Мои серебряные кольца 10летний давности выглядят новыми. Очень низкое качество металла, не очень похоже на фото на сайте. Абсолютно недовольны покупкой

Bought my engagement ring with Glamira 4 years ago. It broke after 1.5 years which Glamira fixed. They did send it to the wrong address but luckily the person living there contacted me. My ring broke again this year and I sent it back. Glamira refused to fix it so I asked for it to be sent back in July. They again sent it to the wrong address again and I was told from the shipping company they would return to sender. From August I have been emailing to check the status of my ring which I have been told to be patient... 3 months have gone by and no ring/ no refund. Really appalling costumer service to not care that you have lost my ring.

Bought my ring with them 4 years ago. It has broke twice. First time no real issues though they sent it to the wrong address luckily the person living there contacted me. Second time they refused to fix the ring and sent it to the wrong address it was then returned to them and now 4 months later I am still waiting. No refund...no ring ... just emails asking me to patient for 4 months .

Rubbish company the rings are poor quality they don't respond to emails spend a bit more money and go else where avoid glamira like you would want to avoid getting covid

THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUDULANT & will steal… THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUDULANT & will steal your money. You CANNOT cancel orders once it's placed, you CANNOT return items you are unsatisfied wit, you WILL NOT get refunded! I ordered a necklace & wanted to cancel, so I pressed the CANCEL button in the order page & it accepted the cancellation (I thought). Then when the payment went through my bank, I asked why they continued and requested a refund. They refused, saying that the order CANT be canceled, the button is there for 'other' product orders'?! I asked them to return the item & stop production because I will return it if they send it to me, & they said it CANT BE RETURNED - The site STATES 60-day returns!!! FRAUD & THEFT - DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES, THE ENTIRE WEBSITE IS A LIE.

Do not make the mistake to buy from this company. Last year my wife and I bought our wedding rings here and they did not look alike as the one setting was much higher than the other. We tried to get it fixed but they wouldn’t do it. We did however wait for months and months to get the ring back that hadn’t been altered to match the other (besides re-sized). Furthermore I discovered a crack in the setting today. One of the diamonds almost fell out!! The whole main setting is crooked and it is just flimsy put together. Of course, as one would expect from Glamira, this won’t be covered by the insurance policy… Do not buy here! This company is not trustworthy and the quality is not what you’d expect if you pay nearly €1000 for a ring. Very disappointed

I had ordered a special ring from Glamira for a momentous occasion in my life—the proposal to my girlfriend. However, when the package arrived, it contained nothing but empty promises. Instead of the beautiful ring I had envisioned, I found an empty box. This heartbreaking discovery turned what should have been a joyous moment into a nightmare. My attempts to seek assistance and resolution from Glamira were met with extensive delays and a lack of transparency. For over three months, I was left in the dark about the whereabouts of my order, with vague responses and no concrete information about the cause of the delay. The emotional toll this ordeal took on me, especially considering the circumstances surrounding my proposal, was immeasurable. While I understand that unexpected issues can arise in any business, I expected a reputable company like Glamira to handle such situations more professionally and efficiently. Sadly, this was not the case, and the entire process felt painfully protracted. To make matters worse, it was only after persistent communication and my heartfelt appeal that Glamira decided to offer compensation—a mere €25 gift card. For an experience that caused me significant emotional distress, financial inconvenience, and put a significant strain on my relationship, this gesture felt inadequate and insincere. In the end, the ring did arrive, albeit too late for the intended proposal date, and the emotional scars of this experience will remain. My hope is that Glamira takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve its customer service and communication processes to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal. In conclusion, my experience with Glamira was marked by disappointment, frustration, and emotional distress. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to be prepared for the possibility of a deeply unsatisfactory experience.

Nagyon csalódott vagyok a termékükkel kapcsolatban. Sajnos nem felelt meg az elvárásaimnak, és nem kaptam megfelelő segítséget a probléma megoldásában. Szeretném kifejezni az elégedetlenségemet, és azt is szeretném mondani, hogy nem ajánlom a terméküket senkinek. Remélem, hogy a jövőben jobban figyelnek az ügyfelek igényeire és elégedettségére.

Avoid avoid. Shocking customer service - shocking quality. 3 diamonds fell out within a few weeks. Ring returned to them to investigate and returned to me with new diamonds last week - 1 has already fallen out!! Their customer service doesn’t recognise they are at fault.

Ordered a ring on July 5th which was expected to be delivered on July 17th. The ring arrived on July 19th with a sealed intact parcel. The surprise was finding out that all inside plastic bags were broken and THE RING WAS MISSING. Called customer service right after. The agent asked me to send a mail with pictures and lied to me when she said it was the first time it happened to them. You can easly find on recent reviews of similar cases in Catalonia (even worse, after 4 months Glamira pretends to replace them stolen ring). Since customer service ignored me, I reported to police authorities the robbery. I contacted again customer service through different channels and they told me they'd look into it and come back to me in 6 weeks. They don't propose any solution like replacing the ring nor the refund. The have ruined an event next week. NEVER BUY TO THIS "COMPANY".

We ordered rings and it was too small for my husband. Mine was ok. We had their measuring tape. So we asked for a size change. We got the ring back, but it's still not right, they claim that they did their job as they should, but the diameters according to their scale are not correct, not the same, they are different from the repaired ring. Now I can't explain to them that exchanged and repaired are not the same size, as they should be. We would like to change the size again, but they want to charge me now like its my foulth. I am very dissatisfied with the whole treatment in general, because I have the feeling that they want me to be considered crazy. Also i wanted to return both rings because im not pleased, but they said i cant, because i removed the label, but they send the changed ring back without the label. Sooo disapointed with them. And also their response time is so slow. I do not recomend!!!!!!!

I ordered a ring that was not delivered on time. I called the customer service number and the agent (Marta Garcia) claims that she is the only person in the world I can speak with about my order. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor, even after the call needed to be escalated. I called back about 8 times, and she is the only one answering the phone, which makes me believe that the emails I sent were also received by her with no resolution. I still have no ring, and no refund.

Don't Buy expensive Glamira rings!!! The ring Miyesha, platinum 950 with a 0.8K diamond for over 3000€ that we ordered from Glamira first arrived in April last year and was returned to Glamira within the 60 day return period on May 18 to have the ring changed from ring size 50 to 49 free of charge. So far, everything seems fine for now. After 7 weeks, on July 6, the ring came back to us defective (see photos): The ring arrived without the main stone in the setting, thus has already "fallen" out of the setting at the factory or during shipping. Since the setting should "firmly enclose" the precious stone as is known, it remains questionable at first how this could happen along a quality control according to their quality inspection process (referenced on their website). In addition, the size change led to a massive deformation of the ring in the lower section of the ring, so that the engraving was affected and was no longer perfectly legible. Glamira was at first not at all accommodating and did not see the fault with them, so that a cost proposal for the repair was offered by Glamira to us. After weeks of discussion, lawyer involvement and presumably escalation via management, the broken ring was returned to Glamira a month later. We received in August (4 months after purchase) -a new production - without additional costs back. This time there was a wrong stamp. Instead of platinum 950, it said platinum 925. Where was the quality control at Glamira??! Again complain. In September, 5 months after purchase, the ring finally came back to us as originally selected. Besides the back and forth, there remained a questionable feeling about the quality of the new ring for us. This was to prove true in March, a year later, when a "strut" of the setting crown showed material fatigue and the main diamond fell out. Fortunately, it happened just when I was working on the laptop, so we were able to find the expensive diamond again at the spot. We wouldn't have been so lucky anywhere else. From our point of view, Glamira's workmanship is poor. A repair/re-production involves a lot of discussion with the service department and the guarantee doesn't really apply. We then contact goldsmiths who advised us to have the whole ring melted down and re-produced to completely minimize the diamond falling out again. This of course costs over 2000€. So I recommend to you to not order expensive rings from Glamira, and invest the money at a proper local specialty shop/goldsmith. We will no longer order from Glamira and advise anyone who asks us not to use the internet service. You can read all negative reviews on trustpilot as well. You will read similar stories. exactly how we experienced it.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Product quality disgraceful, tried to sort and they've been awful. Resulted in having an unwanted, sub-par product supposedly now being returned after 4 months of aggro. Absolutely gutted with the entire experience, it's ruined what should have been a special time. Complete lack of care and consideration for customers. Would 10000% avoid.

Worst customer service! I purchased multiple items in three separate occasions from Glamira. The first two purchases were fine. However, the jewellery box that was received on the last purchase was damaged. I sent them a picture and asked for replacement and I was told to discard the box since they would simply send me another. A few weeks after, when I contacted them again to know what happened to the shipment, I was told that the “relevant department” did not approve sending me a new box!!! If this is the service we get for the cheap jewellery box, imagine what happens when you have to return the actual jewellery due to defect.

I bought a ring 2 years a ago and I am very disappointed about the quality of the ring and also the customer service. I sent the ring 2 times for a repair and it came back with the same problem. Then I asked for a resizing, I sent the ring and it came back with the same size as previous !! Very poor customer service.
