“I ordered a ring from GLAMIRA for my anniversary and the ring was expected to be delivered 1 day prior to my anniversary. They postponed that delivery by two weeks and it’s already been over two weeks and there is no update and tracking information. When I’m calling the customer support it stays on hold for hours and then the call get disconnected on its own and when I emailed customer support, in spite of several back and forth conversations , they are not giving any ETA and they are just saying its in production which I can already see on the portal.”

The box arrived slightly faulty, which I sent an email stressing how I needed a replacement asap.....10 days later, no reply.
I now wish to return this item, which there is a returns form, but no returns address.
This company doesn't reply to emails, social media or answer phones, so I have no idea how or even if I can send this back for a refund.
Google reviews all say the same thing about the after service.

“Terrible Experience with Glamira's Customer Service and Return Process
I am deeply dissatisfied with Glamira's appalling customer service and the complete lack of communication regarding my wedding ring resize order.
Despite their website stating a 25-business day return process, I returned my item on December 19, 2024. Today, on January 28, 2024, I still have no information about the status of my return. The customer service team is unresponsive, offering only generic, copy-and-paste apologies without taking any meaningful action.
This negligence is especially distressing given the importance of the item. My wedding ring, a symbol of a significant life event, is being handled with a shocking lack of care and transparency. I caution others against using Glamira's services, as my experience has been nothing short of a customer service nightmare.

“Ordered a wedding ring on 27th of december 2023, and the delivery estimation was on 8th of January 2024. By this day, 19th of January 2024, i didn't get my order. However it's very strange because they didn't answer me to my emails when i try to contact them, also the chatbot is awful because it's working only on google chrome. Really don't recommend that merchant if you have some plans and want to do your "big step"”

Unbelievable. What actually turned up was 2-3 sizes smaller than there own in-house ring sizer.

THEN!
I get an email saying the item does not meet their return requirement and that they are returning it back to me.
Not going to remove the engraving
Not going to resize.
Product itself seem ok for the price
Customer services rude and ignorant
And as for engraving the ring with a random female name is pure negligence
They don’t hold themselves accountable even though my order clearly states no engraving

Much the same experience as others.
Firstly paid for express delivery to arrive in time for my wedding, the ring arrived 4 weeks after the wedding.
When it arrived it was the wrong size and such poor quality that I returned it within a couple of days.
I then received emails saying they then cancelled my return after a week?! (Which they then denied…
4 months later and over 100 emails I finally have my refund, after they claimed to “lost the returned item” which is sat in the Edinburgh DPD depot awaiting their collection.
This company is a complete scam. No phone lines, only email with replies telling you to “be patient”.
Avoid the hassle and pay for a reputable jeweller!!!
They even tried to remove my reviews online and comments on their social media pages.

“FRAUD with their returns - Return delivered, but Glamira refuse to collect the package back.
I made order of jewellery, with order no. 5332070257. Then after I received the product and I was not satisfied, I wanted to return the item, so followed all their return instructions... Then, when I sent the package back and checked the return shipping tracking information some days after, I found that the PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BY DHL TO THEIR PLACE, BUT NOT COLLECTED BY GLAMIRA, SO IT WAS SENT BACK TO ME!!! (tracking no. is CU007165579SK, feel free to check to see).
It seems that their return address does not exist, or they just don't want to get the return package because they don't want to give the money back - which is criminal, based on the official business conditions and European business law.
I wrote them multiple messages about this problem, tried to call them, but there was no response at all.
It seems to me now that they are doing business in the way of criminal activity, they deceive customers, and so I would soon probably report them on available European authorities and also local state police office.
I already informed my bank about this fraud and so maybe they will help me to get my money back, with "chargeback" possibility.
For possible customers: I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, you can read above why...
For GLAMIRA: If you somehow see this and want to fix this bad situation, please finally check my order 5332070257 and send me back my money. I did all I should for return and you are acting like you do not exist.”
“I wouldnt recomend Glamira to my worst enemy. I ordered engagement- and weddingrings from Glamira but changed my mind after a couple days. Despite having a "generous returnpolicy " the whole process from me changing my mind until I had the money in return was 3 months. While I was planning a wedding (in need of the money Glamira was holding on to) I also hade to take a lot of time and energy to emailing Glamira (you cant reach them by phone) regarding this. I have never ever been in contact with such a scam company.”
