“The ring came, and it is gorgeous. It is, however, not what I expected. Because I needed a relatively large size (10, T.5) it threw the dimensions of the ring off, so it looks a lot thinner. My biggest problem, and the thing I'm quite upset about, is actually the main stone. The stone is a light stormy sky blue, not the nice oceanic sea blue of the site. I expect variations in colour because screens and colours aren't always the same, but there is a HUGE difference between sky blue and ocean blue. The engraving is very light and hard to read unless you're in the right light. The ring is quite smooth, and a pleasure to wear comfort-wise however. The Leola earrings that were meant to come with the ring as a free gift never came, instead I received a horrendous pendant. I mean, it was free, but still. Overall, I would probably not buy something from Glamira again. Not unless it was earrings or something. I certainly wouldn't order anything customised.”
“How many time you sent the email they never respond. I order two time and the first time I order the ring on December 22/2023 order number is 4162099399 ..after two days they email me back the system was error and I have to reorder again. But they said they will cancel the order No.

So I reorder on December 26/2023 ..the order number is 4162099399 again..(it look weird and why the same number)..in December 27 they cancel the order number 4162099399.. and I got refunded. But I paid two time with that order number .This is not my fault their system. I paid two time and one got one only refunded. They do not care. If they really care to the customer they have to find it out what is going on......I want my money back....and I am regular customer.. “Ordered the item within plenty of time for Christmas and despite a week of chasing the status of the order only to be told it’s in hand, right up until Christmas Eve 2pm be to told it’s been delayed. Now they are refusing to cancel the order l. I have to wait u til they despatched it for me to return it. After reading other reviews it appears this is their strategy so they can they withhold some of the refund while still having a perfectly resealable product. Scam artists”

She picked out the Morganite gemstone awhile back and I worked with the Glamira website to find a perfect combination of gemstone/band. The gemstone came a little more champagne color than pink, the original shade she wanted, but it so perfect she wasn’t bothered. Third ring purchase with Glamira and no complaints from us.”

When I pay for a product, I am expected to get satisfactory product and service including delivery. Putting the blame on delivery partners is not professional for an international company as you claim.

“Delay, delay, delay, delay. Poor communication. I bought an engagement ring on 5th Dec and it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th Dec, this was then delayed to the 20th (yesterday). I emailed a couple of times, both replies insisted it would arrive on schedule. The most recent reply even said it had been shipped to their distribution centre and that I would receive a tracking number within the next few days. The process hasn't updated on my account on the website and it still says producing. I received an email yesterday morning stating it was "ALMOST ready to be shipped". So whoever told me it had been shipped two days earlier clearly lied to keep me sweet. I still haven't got a tracking number yet. If my order isn't here by today or tomorrow, I will be calling my bank for a chargeback for non-delivery.”
