“Hello, I ordered a Glasgow 2014 lapel Pin on 28/5/14, and it arrived quickly. The first thing I noticed as I pulled it from my mailbox was a slight scratch on my finger, and could see a small part of the pin coming through the Mail Lite bag. The lapel pin was in its own in a very thin quality polythene bag. There was no additional wrapping around it, so it had come through the Mail Lite bag. The pin was bent where heavier mail had squashed the protuding pin and I am unable to satisfactorily pin it to my clothing. I was dissapointed as It was of a much smaller size and thinner quality than I had expected, compared, for example with the 2012 Olympics lapel badges I had purchased at that time. My order No. is GLASS007994. My address is 1, Raleigh House, Dolphin Sq., London, SW1V 3NP. I am returning the pin with the Returns Slip as indicated on the Delivery Note, and would like a new one sent, but if possible of improved quality & better value. I have taken photos of the pin but am unable to display them here. Yours, Christine Forrest.”

“Very disappointed that they cannot do overseas sales. All items have to be sent to a UK address. Did they not think that the Commonwealth Games was of interest to other countries and that we want to honour our athletes somehow. I live in Canada and we have the same Queen on our stamps :-)”

“I ordered two mugs and when they arrived in one piece of bubble wrap in a thin cardboard box (no indication that the contents were fragile) one of the mugs was broken. I returned the broken mug in the same packaging the very next day as instructed by second class recorded delivery and have not had any correspondence and that was almost two weeks ago. I expect a replacement and preferably reimbursed for the postage needed to return the damaged mug. Whilst I like the design of the mugs I feel that the glaze on the inside is poor as it is not a particularly smooth finish. If I visit Glasgow then I may purchase one from shop but I will not be buying from the store online again.”

“The goods were delivered quickly. I also e mailed customer services and had a prompt reply. My suggestion would be to place the throw in a presentation bag. This would not only keep it clean but would look better to give as a present if it was in a bag.”

“ordered a polo shirt and a hat there was a mistake on payment told me to re order witch i did then recieved two so i was charge twice and two postage charges i will keep both but not happy”
