“The online experience of buying was good, but the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The courier would only deliver in the morning when I'm out and refused to deliver later. I could not collect from the depot. I had to get a different address for delivery. Still not received it.”

“Waited a long time to get into the store like others. kids had been really patient so when they both put in a WHITE WATER BOTTLE I thought ok. Only found the receipt a day or two ago and we were charged £9 each...yet online they were and are £5 one being out of stock now. but all other things are the exact same price in store as online. Us Scots love a bargain but us Scots also hate getting ripped off. Emailed them and they have told me that's the price......both bottles being returned to store. Would have given 5 stars apart from that.”

“I paced my order with you on the 29th of July. I did not receive a confirmation email about my order, and had to email you to find out if my order had gone through. A week later I am still waiting for my order!! I have had no notification of when I will receive it either!”

“Not at all happy. Ordered a mascot on 28th July, I was told it would take 3working days to be delivered. It is now 5th August , I still have not received mascot. I phoned on Mon 4thAugust, to be told my delivery date was Tuesday 5th August....still nothing, after numerous phone calls, being told different things depending of staff, I have now been told, the delivery has been lost. They are sending me out another mascot, refunding postage, but have to wait another 9 days before I receive it. I have one unhappy, sad 4yrs old Grandson. Very disappointed . Defo won't order anything again.”

“The product arrived quickly and it was as described. However, it would have been better if it was delivered through the Royal Mail as the courier could only deliver during working hours and had I not have been able to be in on the 2nd delivery day, my product would have been sent back.”

“I was disappointed with the service of the Glasgow 2014 shop. I ordered two items of clothing and when the order arrived one of the items was not what I had ordered despite the correct description being on the order note. I contacted the shop by email who said that due to low stock they couldn't offer exchange but could refund the money if I filled in the attached form and sent the article back. Fine - but there was no attachment to the email!! I have decided to keep the item as to try and get refund and reorder an article that I would prefer, I would have to contact them again for form, pay to send the wrong article back and pay delivery again to replace it. POOR SERVICE!!”

“Bought a small gift for my sister good value. Have just received items ordered on line. I have now a set from Glasgow and Manchesterand also London 2012 missed something from Edinburgh Disappointed because there were no items to show support for team Wales also noticed none for Northern Ireland Had a great 2 days”

“WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED WITH RUGBY SHIRT I BOUGHT BUT HUSBAND SAID JUST TO KEEP IT - I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK! THE COLOUR HAD RUN ON THE SCOTLAND BADGE ON RIGHT ARM AND THERE WAS A SMALL HOLE ON THE HEM AT FRONT OF GARMENT - THIS WAS BEFORE IT'S BEEN WORN! DON'T THINK IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY PAID AND ALSO DISAPPOINTED IT WAS MADE IN BANGLADESH - GLASGOW/SCOTLAND GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Material on the towel was not of the same quality as the Wimbledon towels, but is ideal as a beach towel. A towel is a towel. Just managed to pick up as deliveries by Hermes required a signature otherwise it would have been returned. Is a signature for a towel required?? Will enjoy laying on the beach in Portugal next month”

“I was disappointed that although I ordered online on the 5th day of the Games I could not get the hoodie I wanted. I ordered my second choice and later received an e-mail saying that there were no more in stock. I eventually had to order through Amazon.”
