“Dear GK Team,
I would rate overall experience as Good to Very Good.
For the recommendations, I think it could be better to have an exam next day instead of the last day of the training as the course is insightful and requires recap/revision before taking the exam. Also I am pleased with the trainer/instructor who gave precise and prompt responses whenever questions were asked and covered theoretical topics providing its practical business applications.
Thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Ivane Bidzinashvili”
“I have attended 4 ITIL training courses at the Wokingham office in the last two months. All the sessions have been informative and enjoyable. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, focused and positive. Everything works, except the aircon in the classroom during my last visit, but I understand that has now been fixed. I cannot fault the training. The trainers have all been good communicators, and all very experienced in the subject matter. I have attained good scores in all the exams to date, with the exception of the ITIL LSS which was my first ITIL intermediate-level exam. LSS is a heavy introduction to the ITIL intermediates. I would recommend that candidates do not attempt Service Strategy until after completing the other intermediate modules. I am sure I will be successful when I retake the exam in April.
Thanks to all at Global Knowledge for helping me on my way to ITIL Expert certification.”
“Andrea was a lovely lady, and made you feel very comfortable in the training sessions.
We seemed to jump into alot of labs as soon as we moved on to a new section, and I therefore don't feel that we were shown the background as to what we were doing and why we were doing it.
We seemed to also digress off the subject quite alot, and we seemed to rush through some of the sections quite quickly.”
“Our intention in attending this course was to learn APPv, however disappointed with it since this only covered and basic layer and lasted just 2 days as the the rest 3 days were emphasis on using RDP.”
“The PMS course I attended was well presented and delivered and I did achieve a pass in the two exams Foundation and Practitioner which is what the course is designed for. It is not a practical course of experimentation with new techniques you take the knowledge away and do this on your own.
There needs to more consideration to pre work, even if it is only having enough time to read the reference material used, such as with PMS the really good manual... A4 x 2 cm thick... no small task.
Delegates are all busy people work, home and family and such a large undertaking needs spreading out and planning. I had eight days from the manual arriving and the course starting which due to other commitments only allowed me a couple hours to skim the manual.
Our expectation needs managing when we sign up for a course both from our employer and from Global Knowledge. You need to allow fifteen hours to read the manual and supporting material and set aside at least three/four hours each day of the course up to your exam.”
“Great Trainer, really enjoyed the course. Configuration of the training room in the first half of the week diddnt create the best colaborative atmoshere as the desks were not best placed”
