Worst service ever! Ze moesten een pakje brengen, maar belden niet eens aan… hij stak meteen een briefje in de bus zonder aan te bellen. Dan blijf je speciaal thuis voor niks. Je contacteert dan hun klantenservice die nog eens arrogant is ook!

Absolutely the worst Paid for an item 2/12 on eBay, item shipped 2/14 after inquiring. GLS tracking showed 2/15 delivery, then rescheduled for 2/16. End of day I contacted them and they stated they didn't have the item but expecting to deliver by the 19th. After no updates, I contacted both GLS and eBay seller again and they updated their website for 2/20 delivery. Please ask the seller who they use for delivery before purchasing if you want to avoid headache from frustrations.

Service déplorable. Déspose systématiquement les colis en point relais sans aucune tentative de livraison et sans même essayer de joindre le client (qui avait pris une journée de congé exprès pour être à son domicile à chaque fois et qui avait payé un supplément pour être livré à domicile au lieu d'un point relais). Aucune réponse du service client. Point relais à l'autre bout de la ville, sans aucune possibilité de parking... Pitoyable...

This is the worst experience of delivery I've ever had. Their first attempt to deliver important parcel was failed because they had incomplete address (looks like to call me and check in advance it's too hard task for IQ level of their employees). 2nd attempt - driver simply igmored my address and didn't show up. 3rd attempt - driver didn't have my phone number to call and check so again didn't show up. However, it's worthy to mention that all full data I was provididng while order. So finally when they promissed that 4th attempt of delivery will be definitely successfull they just sent me an e-mail that I have 1 day to pick parcel by myself at their warehose that is located in 1 hour driving from my place. Otherwise it'll be returned back to the shipper. I believe that such services as transportation should be strictly lisenced and such bad-ass companies as GLS should be simple deleted from this logistics market as they create only difficulties and destroy e-commerce business.

It’s quite simple, my package was stolen ! The carrier came to my house, tried to call but I could not answer, then I received a message saying the package was delivered. I called him and he told me that it was put on my letter box. A package containing 3 big items could never be put in my small mailbox. Obviously I want home a few hours later and nothing in my mailbox (as expected), not near my mailbox, nowhere to be found ! I try my best now never to use them, you should do the same ! I contacted the e-commerce website, and they are still investigating 20 days later !

This is the worst shipping company. 7 days in transit from San Diego to Sacramento. Customer service knows nothing except to make excuses and to transfer you to another person who knows nothing. Each person has a different story.

My package supposed to be delivered but the driver decided that the place is closed, how? The front office is closed but the mail room is open and the rest of the residents..this drivers need a new job

Worst courier service in Ireland, and the competition is high. Waiting 3 days for a parcel to be picked up. Customer Services confirms each of the 3 days that it will be collected. Even reassuring that the manager has been informed. Do not use this company under any circumstances, it is just a joke

Sorry, they're kidding me! The parcel has been delivered since November 22nd and has not arrived yet on the 29th!!! During this time, Amazon will send its deliveries around the globe 3 times... Shame. I will never go back to a store that uses your services!!!

J'ai enfin reçu ma livraison Lidl de GLS france après 2 semaines d'attente et de multiples emails et mensonges frustrants. N'utilisez pas cette entreprise de livraison, elle est totalement incompétente !

If you want your packages thrown in bushes at the edge of your property with your signature forged and often marked delivered when they are not only to show up days later. Choose GLS!

They say they delivered to the wrong address when I asked customer service why it says delivered and I was outside at the time of delivery and I know for sure it was not delivered. So now I'm waiting for them to somehow retrieve my package from the wrong household? The fu*k? Screw this company. Absolutely terrible.

Otra empresa de reparto que pasa de todo. Si se pagan gastos de envío es para que te entreguen el paquete en la direccion solicitada. La excusa: la de siempre, AUSENTE. Creo no ser la única persona que pone una dirección de entrega donde siempre hay alguien, por ejemplo en el trabajo, dónde estoy toooodo el día. Pues ni aún así, vete a recoger el paquete donde ellos digan. Impresentables!!!

Worst delivery company. I don't know how they continue in the market. Since my printing company changed to GLS we never get the right delivery, never on time. We suppose to receive our packages by Friday 2:00 PM or earlier. Ultimately they deliver about 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Fridays and we never know where they delivered, can be at the Office Front door, or in the next building's front door, or the next building's back door or side doors, never in the office back door where supposed to be. I was thinking if is GLS's fault, and after reading all their reviews I realize is my printing company's fault, because I will never use them. Today is Monday 5:30 PM and still waiting. Now is useless because we use those bulletins for our Sunday Service and our sponsors paid for being there on Sunday. What a shame!

Really bad experience with GLS! I was home, waited; they never ring on the door, but claimed to do so. The delivery has been sent back to their deposit, as they say. But I have no way of contacting them. The website is extremely bad designed, FAQ is not complete at all, no phone contact, they don't answer mails. I'm really unhappy with GLS.

Wasn't ringing, I got the online notification I wasn't available. Few minutes later it was already in the store - no way you can make it in that time to the store. Also waiting for 15 Minutes in the hotline - not helpful. They don't care. Don't accept packets from them, don't use their service if you're a vendor. You only harm your own rating.

You really need to avoid GLS as a shipper. I found ratings on them here, and wish I had found them earlier... The facts are in my case: On January 20th GLS driver said it was an unsafe delivery address. A blatant lie! (Unless you are terrified of cattle fenced in a pasture) On January 23rd they said it was an incorrect address. Another blatant lie! On January 24th they said that they tried to call me. Another blatant lie! I had my phone with me every second of the day and there were no missed calls. Their customer care finally told me I could go to their office in Redmond Oregon and pick it up. They are only open from 8 am to 10 am. I made the trip. When I got there, there wasn't anyone in the office so I went back into the warehouse and found someone to help me. He looked everywhere and could not find my packages. He stated that he sent a bunch of stuff back to the shippers on January 24th and my packages must have been shipped back. They had no way of knowing. No way of tracking. I asked if the packages could still be on the truck and was told no. As I sat in the parking lot on the phone with GLS customer care AGAIN, a Budget rental truck pulled in. I saw the driver take two packages into the office. I waited a few minutes and sure enough the guy from the warehouse came running out with my packages! Thank God I finally got them, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company.
