“Do NOT let a company use this company. The only person I'd recommend is their poor customer service agent. Their drivers are shocking. They will literally drop off your package at some random place. Doesn't matter if it rains. You try send emails and they WILL just ignore you. Sure. 1 in a million might have good service. Lucky you. I was waiting for my parcel all to find some random person found it and came to my door. Soaking wet. I have reported them and will continue to report their company. Never had a worse experience with any company ever. Please be warned. They WILL leave your product in the rain if they too lazy to try find your property. Happened to me twice. First time I thought they delivered it. Second time the guy who did deliver it told me he delivered the first one.. NO, HE DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM. JUST A RANDOM STRANGER WHO SAW THE PACKAGE SITTING IN A RANDOM ALLEYWAY!! They don't call you. Don't message you. You simply get an email saying it was signed for. Horror show of a company. I want to upload photos of my package. You have been WARNED. The fact the company will literally not help you. They sent me an email asking if I live here (sent me a aerial view on maps). No. I do not. I live here. No reply at all. Just ignored me. Begs the question. If they mess up an order do they pay for it? What happens? I'd highly recommend that if you find they going to deliver with GLS. Ask them to use any other company. Although no company is going to be perfect at least they won't just leave it out in the rain and come to the belief you'll randomly just find it.”

“Kamikaze van drivers. One of their van drivers forcibly crossed into my path on the M50 this morning. Reckless behavior nearly caused a nasty collision, lucky I had room to take evasive action. Company management hide behind customer service team. No contact source other than customer service team, no alternative phone number, no suitable email address provided for management. We are a business and purchased an item and the shipper using GLS, and after 4 days of saying they were going to deliver it, found out they LOST it. Reading their reviews, they lose packages all the time How are they still in business being this bad.”
“The courier dropped my package in the middle of the floor of my apartment's lobby and called that "delivered". Package was stolen immediately.
First experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence.
This company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver.”

“this place SUCKED. live on a navy base, never told me there was any issue with that, needed me to sign a package before i could get it. every day for 5 days they “tried to deliver but nobody was home”. i waited by the door for HOURS so i wouldn’t miss it again, but then i finally call on the last day and they said i missed it 20 minutes ago! i was there the WHOLE TIME. either lying or wrong address even though the correct address is written on the package. absolutely crazy. never using them again. had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the package and another 30 back. never again”

Dealt with the same guy in Dublin twice now (wouldn’t give me his name as he knew he was being rude) but has a Nigerian/African accent and hung up on me.
Telling me three days in a row that my parcel is going to be delivered when it isn’t.”
“My daughter sent me my birthday present via GLS. The package had to be signed for because it contains alcohol. They tried to deliver twice but came to the house when I explicitly told them I wouldn't be home and I couldn't sign for it. The second delivery attempt was almost a month ago. Since then I have called them three times. Each time the person on the phone couldn't locate my package and said the "operations division" would contact me via phone or email. I never heard from them, after three attempts. On the last call, they were unable to even tell me where my package is located, even though it should be in this city since they tried to deliver twice. I offered to go pick it up, but they said they have no facility where customers can pick up packages. What a terrible, fly by night, mickey mouse company! How are they even in business? I'm going to tell my daughter to try to get her money back.”
“Do not use GLS. I have contacted them more than once. I spoke to Jean through chat on 4/10/24 and they took 7 min to respond and gave me no new information. My parcel has been rescheduled over and over again. And it is now 7 days late. Jean claims that all resources have been exhausted and closed the chat. I have never heard of DLS. But I will never use them again.”

“It’s the third time that it happened. This time I took a screenshot to each step of the supposed “fail delivery”.
At 13:20 the driver was 10 stops away. From 13:47 to 14:01 two stops. Just to mark me as absent from home at 14:02. I was sitting close to the bell to be sure not to miss it. But no delivery was attempted.
I live after the shop where they drop their packages for pickup so I assume that’s why it never arrives here since the driver stops there drop the packages and ignores completely what comes after.
They are the worst delivery company I ever had to work with. And trust me when I say it because been to Brazil and USA but gls is by far the company with the least honest employees”
