Nobody showed up for an appointment. Customer service called me to let me know that the loader wasnโ€™t coming 15 mins after the arrival window. Despite customer service stating that, they still werenโ€™t empowered to cancel or refund my order.

After falling victim to this online scam, I was at a loss on how to retrieve my stolen funds. I found help by visiting:โžก๏ธ email ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“@๐ ๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ฅ.๐œ๐จ๐ฆ through a recommendation and decided to give them a try. From the first contact, their team was responsive and thorough. They explained the process clearly and kept me updated at every step. The investigation was detailed and efficient, leading to the successful collections of the stolen funds with them Their professionalism and expertise are truly commendable. The loader was wonderful and on time. Really helpful. The company is dishonest. Tried to add on charges by changing item descriptions once the loader was there. The item descriptions were provided by a customer service representative the prior day.

LoadUp to take NO Accountability for the operational problems. LoadUp appointed the driver (who was more than 1 1/2 hours late) and failed to confirm that he had a capable assistant (not his 2 young small daughters). Not having an assistant that was capable of lifting heavy furniture downstairs forced him to use a dolly that dropped heavily on every single step. Then when it came to the outside steps the sheer force of the dolly dropping caused 6 of our bricks to be destroyed. This will require a mason to repair them and be very costly. LoadUp is assuming NO Responsibility for anything and putting it all on the "independent contractor" which is pathetic. They picked the driver and assigned the load without screening properly for an assistant. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company's business practices, but they did nothing. I doubt I will hear from your driver and very doubtful he will pay to repair this which will probably cost him 5 to 10 times what he earned from LoadUp.

WOW make $$$ at all costs!Ok so I had a chance to give my W/D to a friend. I paid on Wednesday and canceled same day and it said nothing about cancellation fees when I was booking. Then I read it will be 20% and it was confirmed by an agent 2 days later that I will get 80% back. It didnโ€™t say 80% of what so I assumed of $139. My refund amounts to$ 69.90 which by no arithmetic standards calculates into 80%. Wow what a service of concealment!!!

first off, i was told between 12-4, and then received a notice saying between 1 and 2, which was wrong because he went elsewhere, then he says he's on his way but online it says expected arrival between 4-5. Thats unexceptable, I will never use your services again. Obviously you don't post bad reviews

Load It Up was scheduled to come to my place on Tuesday, 09/10/24 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. The trucking company had already left my mattress, headboard and bedframe at the bottom of the stairs as I live in an upstairs apartment. I called them at 6:00 PM and they told me they would not be coming and would need to reschedule on Thursday, 09/12/24. I had to get the help from two of my neighbors to carry the mattress, etc. up to my place. When the guy from Load It Up arrived, he had a 14 year old boy with them. The mattress was alongside a wall in my dining room. The guy instructed the boy to go into the living room. I heard a crash but could not see over the mattress. After they left, I discovered they had broken my glass candy dish that was special to me. They did not say a word about what happened.

I had an appointment scheduled from 09/10/24 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. When I called Load It Up at 6:00 PM said they had to cancel due to lack of staff. I had to get my neighbors to help carry the mattress, headboard and bedframe upstairs into my apartment. When the guy came on 09/12/24 he brought along a 14 year old boy. When they took the mattress out of the box the boy backed into my glass coffee table in the living room and broke my lavender glass bowl and did not say anything to me. I found the broken bowl with shatter pieces after they left.

I booked this service to pick up bedframe, chest of drawers, dresser w/mirror and nightstand. The next day I changed the order after using the form for someone to contact me. Told them the order should reflect just a dresser w/mirror and recliner. Also emailed the change. They requested I pay $52.25 more to pick up the recliner, which I paid; although I should have received a refund from the original order. I also wanted to know what my refund would be, which no one could tell me. I called again the next day to find out about my refund. After being transferred 3 times I got disgusted and told them to cancel the entire order and refund my money. While waiting on the phone I booked another company and they came and picked up the items same day. Now I was told that they would only refund me 80% of what I paid. What a rip off.

They cancelled on me the day of the move. I had my entire move scheduled, booked and paid for are they cancelled without even telling me. I called support and they escalated it to send people out, and then cancelled again and werenโ€™t going to tell me. I was absolutely screwed out of thousands of dollars.

I asked for morning pick up on Tuesday. No luck. I was told then by both driver and customer service that today, there would be first thing in the morning pick up as I work at noon. I got text that they would be here at noon to 1 pm. When I contacted the driver he was surprised I work 5 days a week. He also accused me of putting all day hours. I am furious. Now I have to wait and SEE if tomorrow the appointment will be first thing in morning. I guess if this time it doesnโ€™t work, I will cancel and getting a more reliable company.

20% charge to cancel my booking!!! Bad bad policy. I didn't even cancel - they did because they were not able to complete the task!

It was a mistake selecting Loadup to get my mattress and bed removed. I booked a week in advance and was assigned a loader about 2 days before the pickup day. They also ask you to pick a 4 hour window. Mine was 4-8PM. All good so far! On the day of the pick up, I am expected to be at home and cannot run any errands outside, because I am expecting them to come and do the job in a given window. The loader never contacted me until 7pm. Then I gave him a call. First, he was making excuses of why he couldn't come. Then he said he actually 'forgot' about the order and wanted to reschedule. Like what, you forgot about the job that you signed up for ?? I paid a hefty price for the service. For a company that asks you to pay the 100% of the price upfront, while booking, and before the job is done, shouldn't it get the job done on time?? I have called their support team and they rescheduled me for the next day. So, now I am still waiting for them to assign me a loader to pick up my stuff. I will update my review on how the whole story goes.

I hired LoadUp to pick up and deliver a very nice table for a charitable donation. Per the online order, I specified Goodwill in Galveston, TX and provided the address. The crew who picked up my table assured me that they would deliver the table to Goodwill and that LoadUp would provide me with the donation receipt. To date, I have not received the receipt and the company disclaims any responsibility to in fact make the charitable donation. My table is a glass top round dining table from Bassett that is in perfect condition. Original price was over $4000. The donation representations by LoadUp were false and misleading. I paid for a service that they did not provide.

Arrival time was 8-12โ€ฆ.didnโ€™t arrive until after 1:00pm. Somehow the driver had marked the job had been completed, when they hadnโ€™t even shown up . I had to make numerous calls to driver and customer service to get the pickup done. The price of this job should have been either refunded or at least reduced.

The communication with this company & its contracted drivers was abysmal. I made this reservation in March. It is now the end of July. The driver didnโ€™t know he was picking up from me until I called him & he also was not informed he was picking up 3 mattresses & didnโ€™t have the proper equipment. I also paid a lot of money to have these mattresses removed & donated. There was no confirmation that they were donated! I cannot recommend this company.

I moved my schedule around to be available on a Sunday evening. First, the called asking if they could come in the morning. Since I had plans all day, I declined the change. Then, they texted me that they were still looking for a loader. No luck. Now I have to find another time in my schedule for them to come back. Lousy.

I would highly recommend looking around for more qualified movers/haulers. The company is terrible with service. I had a horrible experience with these guys. They gave me an estimated window of 8am-12pm to come haul away a fridge. There was no communication from anyone the day before or even 30mins before to confirm. I had to dig through emails and websites to find a phone number to TEXT. Not call to ask someone but TEXT. The texting was a maze. When you call the number, it gave you another number to TEXT. Essentially, one number goes to the driver and the other number goes to the main call center. Neither talks to each other really. I had to keep checking in every 45mins or so to see if they were coming. By 11am, I had to contact them to find out that "whoops, now we'll be here between 12-1pm." So I waited. By 12:45pm, still nothing. Contacted both numbers again. Main call center said, "yes, they will be there by 1pm". The driver's numbers said "whoops, sorry, we'll be closer to 2-3pm now." By this time, I've asked for at least some sort of credit back for the multiple delays. The refused. They, robotically said, that the estimate time provided is just that, an estimate. I had no idea if they were going to show up by 3pm at all. So I ask them to please kindly refund 100% of my money if they can't get here. They refused. They said that if "I'm canceling" then they'll only give me back 50% of the payment. In short, they ended up "canceling" for me because they couldn't confirm if someone is going to be here at all. TL;DR 1) There is no customer service. Everything had to be done over texting. The replies from the text reads like a robot is replying. 2) The "estimated" time is just that. It's purely a guess. 3) I called 1-800-GotJunk and they got someone there in a few hours to haul it away for a fraction of the price. (It was about 70% cheaper!!!) Don't ever use this service. It's terrible.
