Took 7 days to inform me of no stock & another 7 days to refund me, absolutely disgusting service always seem to have problems with your stores as well. Won't be using you again. As they about service do something good they will tell 4 people, something bad they will tell 40.

Absolutely disgraceful. No goods have arrived and it is impossible to get a reply out of them. Avoid at all costs.

Do Not order from these people ordered a pair of boots took money got card in two days over two weeks later no communication at all rand got through eventually the lady said there had been a problem but would not say why refunded the money checked the website none in the size I ordered disgusting company and service Joe

Ordered 2 pairs of walking shoes for Christmas presents, one of the boxes was damaged clearly looked like a return. the boot itself was fine but the insole was damaged. Order was placed on 27 November, when the insole issue was discovered I tried 4 times to contact customer services and although I got a response when I said what the problem was and sent pictures I had no further response from them. I tried calling their 0330 number today, for 23 minutes I waited while someone tried to find a local store with them in but couldn't. Its a week before Christmas, these boots were clearly not checked before they were sent out. SO DISSAPOINTED

APPALLING COMPANY! On 28/11. I bought a bike, received the confirmation (delivery 3-5 days). On 04/12 I received only my loyalty card and thought that the bike wasn't yet dispatch Yet but didn't worry too much as I understand that we are in difficult times and it was possibly on its way. I sent a few emails and tried to call a few times but with no success. Today, after 17 days after the purchase I decided to leave a message on twitter and Facebook and finally someone sent me a message to say the order was cancelled the day after the purchase due to low stock. I have never received any email or call to inform it was cancelled neither a refund!

Ordered 2 buffs, at the point of checkout a £5 12 month discount card was in my basket, without the option of removing it. The card arrived, but the buffs didn't! I have emailed there customer care team several times and tried calling with no luck getting through. Extremely angry at this service as they have now scammed me into buying a discount card and stolen my money as they have not even given a refund for the items I bought! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered a pair of walking boots at an attractive price when bought with a 12 month discount card. The card arrived, but the boots didn't. On checking my credit card statement I found that they had refunded my purchase price for the boots on the very same day that I ordered them. Conclusion: they were advertising items that they did not have available to sell simply as a lure to get people to buy the discount card. When I finally got through to customer services I was told that their warehouse had cancelled the order for the boots, but I was not notified!

Ordered my item with website saying 5-7 days delivery so didn’t pay extra for quicker delivery, then got email confirming but warning me of possible delays! Well nine days later still not been dispatched so I emailed them and low and behold no response per say but on day ten an email saying now ready to dispatch but won’t be delivered for another ten days!!!!! Not impressed at all

Shocking service and the manager was ridiculous when I asked to exchange a £80 coat after 1 day. It had a rip in it and he said it had been caught on something sharp.. what a load of rubbish!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!

I have always been happy with go outdoors about dealing direct with shop but my patience is now dwindling with this company, ordered a pair of wellingtons on line 27 November, it showed them in stock , they took my money and co formed order was being processed , to date nothing has arrived, they do not respond to any correspondence, shocking after sales service

Online - They clearly are not able or competent to operate an e-commerce operation. Order placed 27/11 no update and no communication. Would suggest folk use retail stores and do not shop online.

I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS!! Well I’m glad to read a lot have been having issues with this company! I ordered work clothing over a week ago and paid nearly £7 for 2 day express delivery still nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed 4 times. Nothing! I’ve rang and don’t get through. Use this company at your own peril!!!!

Ordered goods in November had acknowledgement of order but 14 days later nothing has arrived. Try ring 10 times just get cut off sent 10 emails still heard nothing just a automated reply stating they will get back. Absolutely shocking service they should be prosecuted under the trade description act. Will have to try and and get refund from paypal I'm guessing. Use at your own peril

The delivery was late by heroes (no surprise) and therefore the birthday present lost. In annoyance I contacted them and only today they have replied. 5 days later. I now understand that no returns are allowed unless you have a quality issue with the product. I haven't even opened the package as late. Shamefull terms.

The bikes we'd ordered for our children's Christmas presents were cancelled without any notice. They ignored our original emails asking for updates and only after getting through on the phone did they tell us they had been cancelled. Extremely dissatisfied and I will never order from Go Outdoors again.

My order was cancelled as it was taking far to long to be delivered . I have now been waiting for over a month for my refund ! They are now not answering emails regarding this , have called and am assured it is on its way back to me but that was 2 weeks ago ! Dreadful service Will Never ever buy from here again .

Just had another email from Go outdoors saying that my order had been cancelled after taking the money. Normally they lie about there being stock so that when you go in you end up buying something else and they still get some money and your only a bit annoyed after not getting what you want. It doesn’t work the same way in a pandemic and I’m sure this tactic has will cost them customers and money!

Go Outdoors are running a postage scam £3.95 each time. I made my order and 21 minutes later I received an email saying Out of Stock we will refund into your account, please allow 7 days. Money was returned less the £3.95 postage.
