I bought my insurance through the go compare sight and followed the quote through all the steps which took me to Payment in which I payed through my card. All good up to then.... but now I tryed to activate my £250. Free Excess following the Email that was sent to me . You recommended one call. One call failed to provide insurance on spot then I pressed buy. they took money and send quote no. quote was alredy given earlier and Ipaid by paipal. then I called them they said they doing checks and 2- 3 daysd. I ve cancveled . they took 50 punds for admin feeds. never use ONE CALL never use GO COMPARE

I have been trying to amend personal details in my account, and for some reason it tells me that my details are the same as someone else, and the problem is that i cannot take out insurance when things like date of birth are wrong, I also asked Autonet for a call back so that I could correct things, but 4 days later NOTHING.

I got a car insurance quote. I always pay annually. The quote was £291 and when I tried to pay it went up to £336. The monthly payment worked out £331 and when I checked just to see the payment went up it was the same. £5 cheaper to pay monthly. Total waste of time. I emailed to find out why still waiting on a reply.

Getting to the end of the questionnaire to find a message stating it wouldn't be possible to go any further because of a fault on your part. A lot of time and effort went into this application. I was so disgusted I went with the opposition.

Premium was £50 more expensive with same insurer on a different comparison site. Seems like the customer is unwittingly paying for ‘free’ excess cover. In addition your quote reference could not be found by the insurer. Wasted an hour of my time - glad the insurer failed to find the quote as I used an alternative site.

Don’t have hedgehog insurance as No 1 they are very bad company as they only do online service and charge a lot to change or update info as I have experienced already.

I went through yourself for van insurance for my other half, hasting direct came up at 271.81 one single payment, or £312.31 which I paid £25.98 1st payment then 11 payment at 26.03 .. which I was happy with, only a few minutes later I had a email through saying my quote was 426.58 a year which didn’t make sense, so I phoned them up which got told after 24 hours later saying it was wrong and they couldn’t insurance my boyfriend van as it was a wrong quote which they said it was wrong figures on there behalf... so am waiting for a refund of 25.31 plus extra as I was on the phone for a while ... not happy !!!!

I did find one code for my car insurance company call udrive they said one code on gocompare and then took deposit money they haven’t give insurance they said we will call you I din’t Get phone call from them I did call 2nt day they said still fined some information I waited after three day’s they said you had accident that’s funny how come this is my first car I don’t drive before in UK I don’t know where they find something like that anyway they offer third party fire and theft which Is more £1000 that I find in go-compare if they can’t offer why they said in go compare I am very disappointed.

We are not aware of any issues that may have caused this error, so if you return to our website and try to login again you should not have any more problems. If the problems continue, please could you let us know the type of device that you are trying to use e.g. a computer or a mobile phone together with the make and model.
