“Cassandra was great, Bodhi had given all he could, it was the most peaceful heartfelt service. We had taken our other dog to the vet when it was time but this was the beautiful goodbye for my little boy.... thank you Cassandra.”

“This was a wonderful service and I am SO glad I did things this way My 17 1/2 yo old Devon was so frail, but this way he was in my arms in his own environment when he went to sleep. The vet Dr Stephen was lovely.”

“From filling out an online form on the very early hours of Sunday morning to one of the team contacting me regarding urgent arrangements to be made that same morning. To them turning up with all care and compassion and allowing a comfortable, familiar goodbye for Karma was above and beyond what i had expected but everything she deserved. Thank you for making such a very average time as good as it could be.”

“At a very difficult time, the people we talked to were kind and gentle, and dealt with our beloved Daisy in such a way that it eased our loss a little. I can't think of a better way to say goodbye to a very much loved part of our family. The end was calm and peaceful and the vet was careful to make sure that we were ready at each stage of the process. Really, really impressed with the service from first contact with them.”

“This was the second time I have used Goodbye Goodboy and each time the vets that came out were so wonderfully caring and compassionate. It made saying goodbye less stressful for me and especially my beloved pets as they were still in the comfort of their own homes. Losing Ben was never easy, but the compassion, understanding, and professionalism displayed by the team at "Goodbye Good Boy" provided a semblance of comfort during this incredibly difficult period. From the first moment I contacted them, I was met with a level of empathy and kindness that was both reassuring and heartwarming. Arranging for someone to come and help in such circumstances can be overwhelming, but their team went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Their attentiveness to our needs, coupled with their willingness to accommodate our schedule and provide support, made a significant difference. “Best decision to get you guys on board. We made the painstaking decision to put our beloved ol' girl to sleep and was able to get an appointment within 24hrs. It was a beautiful, peaceful and respectful experience, one that I recommend to anyone navigating end-of-life with their pet.”

“The service was compassionate in its delivery, from the first phone call to saying my final goodbye to my two beautiful huskies. They even followed up to check in, which was above and beyond what I was expecting. The vet who attended talked me through the process calmly and reassuringly, this calmness followed through to how she interacted with my dogs. It was peaceful and provided me with quality time to be with my dogs through their final journey.”

“So compassionate during our family’s darkest day. They gave us time, respected our boy right to the very end and checked in on us a few times afterwards. “From the initial phone call I had to make to the follow-up call after the service had been provided, the service at Goodbye Good Boy was a heart-felt amazing experience. When talking to the staff, you realise their compassion and empathy for losing a furbaby and they walk you through each step of what to expect and what the next steps are. I have recommended this service to many people since, for a similar service whereby they want their furbaby to be in their own home and comfortable as they say their sad good byes. Goodbye, Good Boy was an amazing experience that I will forever be grateful I found.”

“When we had to put our Russell out of his pain the vet was amazing. But it was on a cold floor in a surgery. GGB was amazing. Marley was 14 and was my little girl. Dawn and Corrie were so caring and understanding Dr Stephen was so gentle and caring as well. Marley layer on her bed and peacefully went to sleep with all of us around her. Perfect service and the best way to say goodbye to your fur baby. I always have said love animals hate humans. But definitely NOT these beautiful people.”

“Goodbye good boy were just amazing to help us through the tough time of saying goodbye to our beautiful Bella. The staff were very empathetic before, during and after her passing. The vet that came out was delightful and so caring to Bella our our sorrow. Treated our Bella with the utmost respect and love. We highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy when the tough decision comes for your beloved furbaby. Intimate and having Bella comfortable with her family and familiar surrounding was made possible with Goodbye Good Boy.”
