“I cannot express my gratitude for the service provided by this wonderful organisation. Some months back we found ourselves having to make a terrible decision with very short notice. Our Harry was taken care of so beautifully, as were we. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, compassionate, respectful and empathetic. They made a challenging day easier because the organisation values kindness above all else. I also found the aftercare and follow up amazing. This company is second to none. When you need to make the difficult decision, give your pet the care and send off they deserve in the capable and kind hands of Goodbye Good Boy.”

“Choosing Goodbye Good Boy at this difficult time was the best thing we could have done. Dr Sandra was so wonderful with my dear old cat and also with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all, but totally supported from initial contact, through the excellent support with cremation, to the check in call a few weeks later. Fabulous service throughout. Xx”

“The services of Goodbye Good Boy were amazing and really helped us through the toughest thing we ever had to do, saying goodbye to our good girl. The care and respect given to our dog and the support to us was above and beyond. Our dog went to the big park in the sky ever so gently and from her favourite spot in our home. It could not have been more peaceful. It was a blessing to see her go without stress or fear. Thank you so much Goodbye Good Boy for making the sadness a bit more bearable for us and our girl.”

“We will be forever indebted to you for your help in saying goodbye to our beloved Uno. Knowing his time had come, we had made an appointment 10 days ahead, when he had an unexpected turn in the late aftenoon prior. Realising that he would be in great distress overnight, we contacted Goodbye Good Boy at 5pm on a Friday afternoon thinking it would be impossible to bring our apointment forward and that we would instead have to visit the local vet clinic. To our astonishment, Goodbye Good Boy had a vet at our doorstep within an hour. The relief and content that being able to farewell Uno in his home amongst his family delivered is immeasurable. It was gentle and tender and has made the grief sit a little easier. We will be forever thankful xx”

“Our dog Dyson had been ill for some time and we were hoping that nature would take its course but this didn’t happen. As we live in a unit we could not have our normal vet help him pass. Goodbye Good Boy were able to offer a solution. It was a hard decision and a very emotional time. The experience was handled with dignity, respect and compassion. Thank you so much for enabling Dyson to spend his last moments in his home.”

“Good Boy took compassionate care of my ‘good boy’. I could not think of a more caring and loving way to farewell my beautiful Staffie boy; at home, in his favourite spot in the garden, in full winter sun, with his family of humans holding him, and a gentle caring vet to release him from his pain. We loved him and released him from his pain and we were supported in this act by Good Boy.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a gentler, more loving experience. When the time came for our sweet Valerie to cross the rainbow bridge, Goodbye Good Boy were caring and efficient, organising someone to come to our house within hours so that Val didn’t have to suffer. Valerie would have been incredibly stressed being moved to a vet so this was the kindest option. The after care we received was incredible. I highly recommend xx”

“Goodbye Good Boy helped the euthanasia process of our beloved dog be smooth and at our own pace. Our dog was very loved and having had put a dog to sleep the year prior at the vet clinic we were dreading he while process until a family member recommended at home euthanasia. I now won't do it any other way (where possible). Being able to grieve in your own home is comforting and gives closure.”

“From the first phone conversation to the final goodbye mum and I felt totally supported by people who understood. They helped make a hideous time easier with their compassion and clear communication. Sarah the vet who helped Yoda out of pain was marvellous as was the lovely man who brought him home - and the team back in the office are amazing. We couldn't get Yoda to our regular vet and they recommended GGB - and I would not hesitate to do the same for anyone else in this situation. No pressure, just support and understanding. The best goodbye for both Yoda and us. Thank you.”

“Thank you for giving us an option the day our family dog became so unwell. You looked after all of us and very professionally helped us until you drove away. It doesn't make it easier but it made it comfy for Jazz and we think of her and have a good memory of her going. I would use your service again if needed.”

“As you can imagine it was a very hard time for us to say goodbye to CoCo, as he had been my companion for 14 years and I loved him dearly .The team that attented were first rate, they were compassionate and treated the situation with empathy and understanding.
