“Same as everyone else. Ordered 12/10 and still no tracking as of .12/23/24. I have sent several emails and I get form letters in response. One of the emails said they had gone viral this year and were behind. Change your website information. I just checked and it still says that it ships in 3-5 days. It is 3-5 weeks not days and that info needs to be changed. Terrible customer service. No one cares that you went viral. You can’t handle your business. You have created a lot of damage to your brand. Hire more people or change you shipping information.”

You can’t just call the company and talk to somebody you have to put in an email request and then 24 to 48 hours they email you back worst customer service ever when someone finally emailed me back to compensate for this issue. They gave me a five dollar gift card that won’t even buy one candle that is completely ridiculous and bad customer service so I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.”

I then contacted them on dec 24th because it had yet to be even processed. Then seconds before they responded to my email about a refund my order miraculously processed and now they are giving me the run around about a refund. I was told my order was too far along now for the refund imagine that... Why would you push the order through 16 days after it was ordered knowing the customer is going yo want a refund? “I’m in the same boat as everyone else in here. I ordered candles that were supposed to be here within 2-5 business days and here we are the day before the holiday and no candles. I ordered mine in 12/11/24. I placed an order for an item from Texas on the same day and it came 4 days after it was ordered.
Thankfully I wasn’t planning on giving the candles away as gifts. I feel for those who paid money who did. What a way to mess peoples plans up and now they have to spend more money on gifts. I could have gotten candles from B&BB by now for the amount of time I’ve been waiting to get my order. I received a text message asking me if I wanted to cancel the order. I’m like “No”, I’m not letting you off that easily and not fulfilling my order! I believe all should receive frees shipping and a candle for this terrible inconvenience.”
