I have no idea about the products because it will take a month to receive since I placed the order. Will not buy from this company again!!!

I placed and order on December 5th which contained 14 Christmas presents. I sent multiple emails to customer service as they do not have an option to speak directly to a representative. After not having a response I had to go out and purchase additional gifts to fulfil my intended gifts. On Christmas Eve I wrote in for the 4th time and FINALLY received a response letting me know that is not how they operate. In return they gave me a $5 voucher to use in just a couple of days, let Brooklyn from their team know that was so gracious of them, what a DAMN JOKE!!!!

I placed an order for Christmas gifts the first week of December. Goose Creek promised 3-5 day shipping and orders "in time for Christmas" On December 24 and December 26 when it was too late to receive in time I requested to cancel my order because it still has not shipped. They responded telling me that I did not cancel within the return window of 2 hours so a cancellation and refund was not possible because their customer service team has no way to communicate to their shipping department! They also informed me that after my order eventually ships that I can return it AT MY EXPENSE via UPS. I already had to replace the gifts that they never shipped now I have to pay to send back an order that they promised to ship before Christmas.

I ordered for the first time December 11th and over $100 worth. They said, 3 to 5 business days I would get my order. It's the 27th and still nothing or even an email. I am sure I will not order ever again.

I needed my candles before Christmas and requested my order be cancelled. No one contacted me back, and now shows to be shipped. Such poor customer setvice, must be desperate for sales. Never buy from again

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and have not received ANY update as to when or if my order is ever going to be shipped. I have sent several emails to their customer service contact and they have not given me any actual information about my order. I definitely will NEVER buy from this company again. I will stick with Bath & Body Works.

I purchased candles and spent almost $200. I received a loaded of damaged candles and stabbed me in my hand from not knowing there were shards. I asked for a replacement and stated they couldn’t deliver to me as they are in high demand. I do not recommend. First and last experience with them.

DO NOT ORDER if you need the merchandise by a certain time (e.g. the holidays)! I placed my purchase on December 11th. I missed being able to gift the candles to my mom. I reached out to them about my order December 23. This is the response I received: “I can see that we have your order, and it is currently being processed.” (The latest update on my end was ‘Order placed.’) “My system does not provide an actual date, but we anticipate this order shipping soon.” As soon as I asked about my order update, the status changed to ‘Preparing shipment’ and is still sitting at this point. I circled back after two business days to cancel the order but was told I could not because the order had been processed. I have purchased from Goose Creek before, but this was such an awful experience that I will never do it again. I encourage anyone thinking about it to do so with caution.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I thought I'd try them rather than the other famous candle company. Order was placed early December. Credit card was charged shortly thereafter (no one charges a credit card until the item ships). Received no information regarding updated processing. Emailed the company - the one positive thing about them, they were attentive when I emailed them. Said they were busy due to the season, but could offer no additional information regarding the receipt of my order. I ended up canceling my order and they were pretty prompt in giving me a refund. I'll never order from them again. It's a shame because some of their candles looked pretty cute.

I think they are terrible with getting the items shipped. I purchased an order back on December 12th and still the order has not shipped. I have ordered many times before but I don’t think I will reorder from them again.

Last year I placed an order and received a message that all in my order was damaged in transit and of course they were out of everything I had ordered. This year I thought I would give them another chance. So instead of B&BW I ordered goose creek, and spent close to $150 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I got the confirmation but that’s it. I reached out only to be told they were working on it. Working 24/7 to get orders fulfilled. I had to go buy other gifts to replace these. I will stick with B&BW as their shipping is fast! Going to try for a full refund from Goose Creek! Never again will be a customer.

2 of 4 candles ordered were broken. Contacting company was difficult at best. I would NEVER order from them again. I’ll encourage those considering a purchase to buy a candle in person and not await disappointment from this company when broken candles arrive.

Ordered on Dec 8th for guaranteed shipping by Christmas. Got several emails that they were shipping out within 24 hours. Never shipped. Canceled order 2 days before Christmas. Horrible. Don’t advertise something you can’t provide.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 12/10 and still no tracking as of .12/23/24. I have sent several emails and I get form letters in response. One of the emails said they had gone viral this year and were behind. Change your website information. I just checked and it still says that it ships in 3-5 days. It is 3-5 weeks not days and that info needs to be changed. Terrible customer service. No one cares that you went viral. You can’t handle your business. You have created a lot of damage to your brand. Hire more people or change you shipping information.

Goose Creek just barely shipped my order I placed a month ago. These were Christmas gifts that now won’t be here till after the new year. There is no customer service hotline and no email for support contact! Horrible buisness and would not ever attempt to purchase from this company again
