I just have to say that these are the best candles I’ve ever had. I always bought Bath and body Works candles. They don’t even compare to these. I am so thrilled that I was introduced to goose Creek. They will forever be my purchase for candles. They smell amazing. Their customer service rocks best I’ve ever had.

What I like about them they don't have lead wicks, and are made of soy. They are not toxic like Yankee and bath and body works candles. The majority of the candles and body care I've received from them has been great. I'm sorry to see the bad reviews, because over the last 3 years, I've had no complaints about what I've gotten.

I have been ordering these candles since I first saw an ad 4 years ago. I have always loved these candles, great throw, amazing scents, and great burn time. In the last few months I have placed 3 orders. I noticed the wicks were not evenly placed, and the scent wasn’t as strong as previously (I have been buying Apple Bourbon for a couple of years). While it used to make a whole level in my house smell amazing, I can barely tell the candle is even lit now. The candles burn faster than they did before. Overall in 4 years, I have placed a total of 27 orders. In the last few months, I have not received updates for orders running late which I always have in the past. I have received multiple broke candles in the last 2 orders. While I realize the broken ones are not their fault, replacing them is important. I have never had an issue with a replacement until today when I sent a picture of a broken candle in the packaging due to the multiple shards of glass (easily visible in the picture). It was not good enough for them, they wanted to see the candle out of the box which I wasn’t willing to do due to the tiny pieces of glass. I tried uploading the picture to this review, it won’t let me. Sadly, quality is definitely not a priority anymore and I will have to find a new candle company.

I have a bad first experience. I ordered 2 candles that took forever to arrive, when they were finally delivered ,my candles were nowhere to be found:) apparently UPS picked them up to return to the sender for some kind of policy in my apt complex. I Contacted them (GC) and they never gave me a solution or workaround bc apparently the candles were not returned to them and I lost my candles and money...

I LOVE these candles. They are wonderful and although I have (very sadly) had issues with broken candles it was never Goose Creeks fault as they were packaged in a sturdy manner. It was a busy overwhelmed delivery company, ( I will not name) that delivered them in a literally destroyed box. I sent photographs to Goose Creek AS DIRECTED by their policy and they rapidly replaced the damaged items FREE. I used to purchase from an Ohio company but they shrunk their products and increased the price so now I only buy from Goose Creek. I always buy in bulk and take advantage of sales. They have me for life with these fabulous scents and caring Customer Service. Negative Nellies either have ZERO sense of smell or don't follow the return/damaged goods directives. TY for always marketing a superior product, Goose Creek!!!

I bought 10 candles none of them smell like they are suppose to. I've lit 3 and after you lit them again they smell burnt. Do not buy they smell terrible.

I just received my first order. It took about a week with updates being sent on a regular basis. I'm burning Maple butter and it carries the smell throughout my home It smells wonderful. Will be ordering more.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. Worst customer service ever and it took 25 days to receive my order. The candles aren’t even that great, they burn up twice as quickly as a bath n body. I will never order again.

They have a great scent choice, however it seems they have changed or redone their formulas somehow. I had at least 3 that were aromatic for about 8-10 minutes before, no more scent. I let them know, and received a e-gift card for the bad candles. I said I would never buy them again, but they took care of me, so I definitely will.

Disappointed with the customer service lately. My order was stolen, and after providing Ring camera footage as requested, I’m now being asked for a police report—which was never mentioned before. As a loyal customer for years, I feel like I’m being given the runaround just to get my candles replaced. Hoping someone can make this right. #FrustratedCustomer”

None of the candles smelled like the scents the were supposed to be. They basically all smelled the same. I would not recommend these candles to anyone.

I placed an order with this company and one of my csndles was broken into pieces and I have sent 3 emails and I still have not gotten a response back from this company and I have placed multiple orders with this company so I am very disappointed that they will not get in touch with me to resolve this matter!!

I ordered some candles 6 and one was broken I have sent several emails no one have responded to my text this was in December and today I have no received my replacement candle I will not be ordering anything else because this is not right period and bad business as well and I also sent pictures of the candle as well being broken

Goose Creek is the absolute sensory Candle addiction on the Market….forget about Yankee Candle!!! Been a loyal Customer for a number of Years. I thought Yankee Candle was the Market Best…what a mistake on my part. Every essence of Goose Creek is natural, and right on the mark…elite essence mastery! Go Goose Creek as it won’t disappoint. I love the candles - first of all - and originally ordered literally several hundred from the other top named brand and GC surpasses in scent and options available. No problem there. The shipping and customer service, however, are what will ground them. They have no intention of ever connecting live. Don’t expect to ever talk to someone as they can’t be bothered. I placed 3 orders pretty close together of between 7-10 candles each and they took almost 3 weeks to receive. There are no email updates except to say “UPS has your order” (and this is after you had expected to already receive them). Then you will get this same message many times throughout the shipping process. I sent emails and texts trying to inquire about any status updates (they give none) and lodged a complaint, stating this might be my last order. No response for awhile until the standard “we apologize for any inconvenience” and then a “UPS has your order” text the next few days. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Horrible customer service and there are too many candles options out there to have to put up with this. And - NO - I am not a bot or a high maintenance customer. Basic customer service should be a given. They take your money immediately but you are in your own after the order.

My candle was delivered damaged and no way to contact this company, the website freezes every time I try to enter my info. Please don't order from this company, there's no customer service. And there review questions are a joke, no communication at all. Shame on you.
