I get these constant e mails from a Tamera on new products and I'm like B..ch you have not even shipped mine. I'll be contacting the federal trade commission because you are unable to track this .”
“The candles themselves smell good and seem fine. However, I received a broken candle that had shards of sharp glass and under their policy for damaged goods, you have to take a picture of all damage and send to them. This is not safe or consumer friendly. I didn't break the candle. If I cut myself, you can bet I'd bring a lawsuit. This policy y needs to be changed before someone gets really hurt. I couldn't tell my candle was broken until I pulled the lid off and that's when it shattered so I couldn't get a picture of it without touching. I also didn't get the label, so I don't even know if I'll get a replacement.”
“Candles are ok. Processing and shipping is a joke. If you’re ok with waiting 2+ weeks for your order to arrive then cool. Doesn’t matter how much you spend or have spent with them. By the time you get em you forgot you ordered them.”

“In my attempt of purchasing from Goose Creek Candles I entered the wrong shipping address. I got in touch with their support team and they fixed the situation with no hesitation. I received my order in A timely manner and the scents that fill my home, smell decadently delicious. I am highly pleased with Goose Creek and will be purchasing from them again.”
“The candle smelled good and burnt slow which was very nice. The only issue I encountered was as it burned to the end the plastic started burning off the glass jar in several places. Which was not safe at all. The system didn't allow me to upload my photos.”
“First time buyer...B&BW has always been my go-to for 3-wicks but decided to give this company a try. Bought 4 different scents:
Carnival cake: Expected that terrific funnel cake smell...this is a FAIL. Smelled like a dull, burned vanilla that wasn't pleasant at all. Or really, just MEH.
Marshmallow: TERRIFIC! Soft, sugary scent. Reminded me of cookies baking in the oven combined with clean, fresh linen. Odd combination I know, but it hit!! It was a combination of clean home + bakery all in one.
French Toast: {Sigh}...another fail for me. A slight scent of French toast at the very beginning and thennn....nothing like French toast. What a bummer because lets face it, who doesn't love the smell of French toast in the mornings??
Butter cookie: I'm not sure it really hits the mark as a true butter cookie but it was close. I wasn't entirely disappointed with this one BUT THEN---- I burned this one along with Marshmallow at the same time and what a marriage of scents! The two burning together really did it as far as scents.
Bottom line...I will give this company another try with some other scents but at this point with the holidays coming up will definitely stick with B&BW which are tried and true. I think Goose Creek can be a competitor, but not, quite, YET.”

“Put my first order in with Goose Creek just to see what the hype was about and to see if their candles were better than BBW. Received my first order was a nightmare they delivered to the wrong address because Goose Creek had my label wrong. Luckily I found the box. Brought the box home opened it up and missing some of my order. Sent an email and tried to call but to no avail no response. Very disheartening when your a potentially new customer and yet they don't have time to return messages email or otherwise.”
“IM A CANDLE HEAD N A FREAK FOR BEAUTIFUL SCENTS
I’ve brought numerous times TRYING to give the benefit of doubt BUT can’t anymore. When theses candles burn to a certain level in jar the scents are gone and all you smell is burning wax that’s very unpleasant and messes with you sinuses resulting in a really bad headache. Will not be purchasing ANYMORE”
“Spent 40.00+ on warm and welcome3 wick candles recently. They have absolutely no scent at all. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again. I can get unscented candles from dollar tree if that is what I wanted.”
“My first and only experience with this company was disappointing. 2 of the 6 candles I purchased were broken. No Fragile label on box. Because I'm in Canada they will not replace them but offered to credit me for the damaged products. Better than nothing. The remaining candles all smell of a strong chemical when lit. It completely overwhelms the intended scent.
I would not recommend. There are much better products out there.”
