“I placed 2 large orders on 12/8/24 for Christmas gifts and as of 12/20/24, no updates on shipping despite my sending two emails and receiving the same generic response as everyone else. I'm starting to think we've all been scammed.”

“Unlike most I ordered Thanksgiving night. It only took about 10 days to receive my order so that wasn't bad. I absolutely loved the secure packaging. My problem with them is that only 2 of the candles gave off a smell. The Candy Cane kiss only smelled for the first 2 hours and didn't burn right. I tried for about the last week and a half but I finally threw it away a few minutes ago. Just lit the Wonderland and so far nothing. It's in a 10x12 room. So disappointed yet thankful I didn't order for Christmas gifts. Back to B&B works for this customer.”

“Same script- different cast. I also ordered on 12/8 and 11 days later there is no shipping date or tracking for these Christmas gifts. You can’t get anyone on the phone- just texts and emails that you can’t even reply to. They can keep this order forever and a day. If these candles have gone viral, there shouldn’t be a problem losing my order and me as a customer. Horrible business practices. Spread the word and don’t give them your money.”
“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in tandem with a mediocre product. There have been a few excellent scents over the last several
years however the vast majority leave you with that generic waxy scent with minimal throw. There is NO LONGER the option of speaking with a LIVE representative. ALL communication is via utilization of their website. Presently I am contending with a CHRISTMAS order placed (out of desperation) 12/11 and it has NOT shipped as of 12/19. Needless to say, once the order arrives AFTER CHRISTMAS, it will IMMEDIATELY be returned UNOPENED. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! And if you want EXCELLENT candles with a company who provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service, check out Kringle Candles. They are the BEST😏”

I had choose bath and body works somehow Goose creek candles did appeared but bath and body work name appeared just below goose Greek name so I thought it was BBW so tried calling BBW since I had not received confirmation of order BBW inform me I had not placed and order with them called GGC no one answered just referred to there email. I got on their email reported my problem of no notice of order and expected date of delivery of candles to date
no reply from company. I contacted PayPal for refund. I think this company is a SCAM. I see many negative reviews on goose Greek candles.”

Ordered on 12/10/2024 and to date 12/19/2024, no ship date, nothing…I’ve emailed them and I get zero response. Going to the bank today to see what I can do to cancel my payment as these were supposed to be Xmas gifts. Zero customer service as the phone number just refers you to their email. I received gifts I ordered from Ireland faster. I’m considering reporting them to BBB as AFTER I ordered, they posted a notice to their website that orders received after 12/9 may not arrive in time for Xmas. That’s some bs.”

No tracking or emails from them nothing poor excuse for a company this will be my first and last time ordering from them even if I get my candles. Will be calling my bank to dispute the charge.”
