I have ordered from Temu in China and received it and my candles still have not even been packed or shipped. No answer from customer service either.”

And still nothing on it being shipped. Emailed them several times with a response from an automated message. I asked for my money back and I doubt I'll see it. “They rip you off I ordered tons of candles about 200& worth they shorted me 9 candles I provided proof bank statements and they have no live people only email chats I told them I was suing them ! They ruined my Xmas gifts to my family after providing proof showed later and they scam and they don’t burn they way they said they get very hit dangerous and even I just emailing chatting they erased my history of ordering which was funny bc I screenshotted every conversation! And bank statements they took money and lied to me over and over gave them the chance to make it right and they either let me on page keep in mind I have proof called bbb and attorney who is going after them ! Not worth it don’t get screwed ! They don’t care can’t even afford humans to talk to you and give fake numbers to you they have no head quarters ! ! Period warning stay away and the news station doing a story on them”

“1) My order was placed 10 days ago, and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. 2) Their customer support page has an 800 number that just plays a recording telling you to go to the website and use the chat or email features. 3) Their online chat feature displays a message that they are unavailable but can be reached by email. They should just state they only provide email support - and by the way, they have 48 hours to reply. I will never shop from them again.”
