“Ordered since 12/6 they even had guts to charge me expedited process and still they can’t even provide me with a shipping date . I was able to contact them by email and the ridiculous excuse for not being able to fulfill my order as of yet is because I have to understand that their candles have gone viral online …..why don’t they make their way to going viral by providing excellent customer support and actually compromising to their promising 2-3 business day shopping. I have emailed them multiple times to refund me a d they say they can’t refund me at this point yet they don’t even have any idea when it will be shipped. Don’t waste your money they should be banned for false advertisement, and sales they are a scam.”

And still nothing on it being shipped. Emailed them several times with a response from an automated message. I asked for my money back and I doubt I'll see it.
