The basket itself was great, however the website experience is awful. There are glitches that made it difficult to get through the order system. Also, not being able to remove additional items to a basket once at the confirmation page prior to checkout was annoying. There was also an issue trying to hit space bar when writing the message (it kept wanting me to input a suburb or something?). I am on an iPhone so it’s the mobile site. Lastly, when I tried to mention the issues to the help online at the time, they completely misunderstood me and instead of trying to clarify my question, told me I needed to amend my message by emailing. Not happy, so despite the basket being fantastic I would not order again as the website gave me a lot of grief.

Delivered on 11th April, when it was booked for delivery on the 9th April. Recipients were happy with the gift but the buyer (me) wad disappointed with the late delivery. It was ordered And delivery date confirmed on the 3rd April

Ordered 2 separate Easter baskets for delivery yesterday to two separate families. One arrived but not the other. Fingers crossed it will arrive over Easter!

Gift basket was delayed, not too impressed with the customer service overall and could have solved the problem with StarTrack if the driver could make a simple phone call clarifying the recipient's address.

1. Delivered to incorrect address, despite the address label being correct. I received a call from someone 2km away from the delivery address saying that the package was delivered to her address. I had to drive there, pick it up and drop it off at the correct address. 2. Poor presentation. The delivery package looks just like a box of cheap groceries ordered through Catch.com.au and delivered through the post. Not like a nice birthday gift waiting on the doorstep. However, their customer care is great - they offered to ameliorate the delivery issue without me having to ask, and offered to rectify the presentation issue.

My mother is still yet to receive the gift that was meant to be delivered on 07/02/2020 for her birthday.

The gourmet basket I ordered has not been received by Sister Amiet. I received a note from the Rose Bay post office to say that the parcel was there. Sister Amiet is 90 years old and has been unable go to the post office. I'm in Brisbane, and have not been able to contact the post office. I'm concerned that the parcel has been returned to you. If so, could you please ensure that my elderly relative receives the basket? Annette Carrigan

I have looked into this further for you and can see that the courier attempted to deliver on the 24/12/19, although due to an unsuccessful delivery this was taken to the Rose Bay Post office for collection. Ordered 3 Baskets, selected delivery date, 1 item arrived three days late, remaining two still to be delivered - Same location for all three items.

The hamper was delivered at night or early hours. All the cheese had melted as the insulation was insufficient and was inedible. Given that they have no excuse - it's clearly hot (!)- there was no additional allowance made to cool the package. Disappointed to say the least. Only reason they don't score less is because they delivered on time!

It wasn't delivered on time. You guys promised to deliver it next day if ordered before 3pm which I did. I also called your office to say how important it was for it to be delivered next day and will only put through the order if you can confirm it will be delivered by Friday. It was NOT delivered on Friday but instead was sent next Monday when all key stake holders had left on leave.

I am unfortunately very disapointed. I requested the gift be delivered on the 18th December. The gift was left on the doorstep on the 17th December. This is a birthday present and totally spoiled the birthday surprise. 😢

Order #GB66200 should be delivered on December 23. Hence, I should not be yet asked to rate the performance of Gourmet Basket given that it is not December 23. Hopefully, the basket has not yet been delivered! If the basket has been delivered prematurely, then I'd rate the service as poor as the wrong date of delivery will create a range of problems for both the recipients and the gift givers.

The delivery to Surry Hills did not arrive as it should have today (they were there to 6pm) and the one going to Cooma arrived on the wrong day. I specifically wanted it to arrive when all staff were working tomorrow. So I'm not that happy.
