“Groomshop took care of me. 100% satisfaction. I ordered incorrectly and the product showed up not how i wanted. I got ahold of groomshop and they resent the product just how i wanted! Thank you!”

“I was glad to receive one half of my order (76492-1), even though it was drink mixers that arrived, when I actually ordered the tumblers... but I've been waiting several weeks to receive the other half (76492), which are the credit card sized bottle openers. I received an email saying 76492 was in production on March 11th, but no updates since then.”

“GroomsShop is a great concept, but the processes need a lot of work. I ordered 10 items, and 7 of them arrived wrong with 2 of them being broken. Working with Customer Service/Support wasn't too difficult, but I asked for confirmation that I would receive the corrected items before my wedding, and they said it would, but...that didn't happen. They use USPS, so that's probably all I need to say. First package arrived later than projected and beaten up really bad. Second package is still MIA. Qualtry is the parent company, and they're 100x better to work with, so I hope they're able to get this sister company in line for other people in the future. When the stuff actually arrives, it's decent to good quality. I would recommend the decanters above anything else, because those have good quality. The BBQ tools and Axes don't have the same level of quality.”

“I was highly disappointed in my purchase. I had on the ticket that I wanted Katie and underneath of it I had Matron of Honor. When I got the glass it said Katie and underneath of it, it said Bridesmaid. I will not order again.”

“This was an awful experience. It took over a month for my products to even begin being made, and the communication with costumer service was AWFUL. I was lied to and told my products were finally being shipped a month after ordering and then found out a few days later they were not even made yet. Then over 2 weeks later my package arrived and I did not receive all of my items. A month later I finally received the missing tie clip and it was not even personalized like it was supposed to be. I will NEVER order from here again.”
