It’s a scam don’t use it. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought tickets. There was a a short use by date not shown when I bought them , I contacted them straight away even before the tickets were processed but they would not refund. Please don’t use them, it is a waste of money, it’s a scam I did not get a refund

This place just stole money from me. Bought a lot of groupons and when I wanted to have a refund like kids place(which is closed since I could speak to them) also other places. They just give me Groupon dollars which disappeared after some months… Also indications not clear and it only valid Monday-Friday for any kids purchases… which is almost impossible to go because they are too far away. Tried to request my money back and there is not much customer service they dot refund your money back….🙄

Went to Wills fish and Grill in Rochester the food was horrible greasy no flavour my grandson had a sausage they charged £2.50 for one sausage and £5 for a ice cream never again worst place ever,and while we were waiting for our food the ceiling came down in the kitchen so god knows what dust was in our food

no communication items not delivered wont give tracking numbers out and when did they were wrong ordered twice giving benefit of the doubt but both orders not delivered but told have been, work address as delivery address so its not possible to go missing. terrible

I purchased tickets through Groupon and realized right away I was going to be gone that day. Even though I thought Illinois gave you 24 hours to change your mind on purchases, they would not let me transfer them to the person who was going with me, denied me a refund, and even a credit was to much for them. Their “customer service” is a robot who just repeats the same thing over and over. I will never use Groupon again, this was my first time. It saddens me to see these tickets go to waste, as I have requested that they do not resell them. I’m a subscriber to Broadway in Chicago and purchase my concert tickets from Live Nation, who does business with Groupon. Be very weary of good deals, and read the fine print. Broadway in Chicago have always bent over backwards to give me a good experience. You would think that Groupon would want to do the same as many of these venues are just reopening. Every time you turn around in this country, some is trying to take your money. Stay away from this company.

Bought item by mistake left in basket when I bought another product. I have sent maybe 50 messages to the boy type message system that they have now, and with no luck cannot return item as merchant is just ignoring my emails I will never buy from Groupon again. So all of you please make sure you read the returns of your item very carefully. such bad customer service. Their is no service number to phone Groupon says it’s not them it’s the merchant. But what happens when no one answers you. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM GROUPON IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING

They bombard you with unsolicited emails even after you unsubscribe from them. They do not care. Reported them to the FTC for violations.

I requested consideration to refund my Groupon tickets to a theme park. The person on the chat line refused to allow me to escalate the request as I wanted to discuss it with someone who has higher authority. Shortly after I was told to private message Groupon about my situation. I did and shortly after that I was told the fine print says no refunds. NO KIDDING - thats why I wanted to escalate to someone that has higher authority and consider some extenuating circumstances. Also. since yesterday, I have received two emails from the chat line representative promoting Groupon and how good it is - really! This is "Rubbing salt in the wound". The final blow is I was looking to give the tickets to someone but the fine print says its not transferrable. It amazes me they will not consider anything to soften the blow, especially considering they have not have to spend any money to facilitate my tickets. If not a refund, a credit, dates extension, etc... would show consideration and commitment to their customers. TREAD SOFTLY WITH GROUPON, NOT VERY FLEXIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS!

Im permanently disabled on a fix income and I use Groupon for their Discounts. Recently, Groupon is refusing to refund purchases made that I am entitled to. I have requested multiple times by email the need to resolve this matter and I’m constantly dismissed! I’m just trying to get what’s rightfully mine. I’ve sent them Proof of pictures of the original purchases with pricing, pictures from my bank account showing refunded amounts, Groupon account showing pre-existing transactions for account credits and they keep saying Everything has been refunded. If I had existing Groupon credits on my account and Made purchases using those credits but later canceled those transactions,I should not only be refunded with my purchase money but also the pre existing credits. Groupon not only didn’t refund my purchase money they wouldn’t give me back my pre-existing credits. In addition to not allowing me to speak to management to get this mater resolved. Till this day no one has called me back. This is very unprofessional to say the least. This has been very troubling and I can’t believe a company like this would be so dishonest. On 2/11/22 I purchased 7 Groupons in which I canceled ALL TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED. In addition to those transactions I had two pre-existing credits already applied to my Groupon account which were available for immediate use. I have uploaded all documents in question. 1.) One stating the original purchases of 174.75 and 120.91 withdrawn from my bank. 2.) Two Trade-in credits of the pre-existing credits.109.86 before membership discount. 3.) The 7 items purchased on 2/11/22 with their purchase numbers attached. 4.)Pictures of Five transactions that were refunded. 5.) Current Groupon Credits on system. Lower then owed. I made 7 purchases and only 5 refunded. I should have credits should have 9 TRANSACTIONS TOTAL REFUNDED!

Charges credit cards even when cancelled immediately Refunds the money not to your credit card but to groupon bucks no live customer service only through a chat with automated response made a purchase and cancelled it in 4 minutes was charged in a different currency and now lost money in the conversion 3 agents kept giving automated responses and not helpful at all if there is an error there is not person to talk to Shady business practices with refunds and customer services

Shocking company, complaints process an absolute joke, I have 10 emails saying the same thing despite then saying they would rectify the problem. Items still not showing as delivered so can't return them yet they keep telling me its passed the 14 day return period. How they know that I have no idea. They steal peoples hard earned money and don't care that the items are not as described. Avoid at all costs

This company is a scam This company is a scam. They don't allow to leave a review. No refund, constant requests for personal information. Tracking information. They keep millions of customers money to raise interest to earn and no refund. Groupon appoints 3rd party refund company to avoid the scam blame. Should be Groupon sue and to be removed from online market.

Groupon is a joke. Worst customer service ever. I have had a case open since 2020. If you shop with them it will be at your own risk. If you selling a product you are solely responsible for fixing any issues that may arise!! How you gone say we still working on it. Like for real it's 2022. You've been warned. They lost a valuable customer in me. Oh well

This is the most crooked company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They refuse to refund my money even though they were refunded by the tour operator. All they want to do is steal your money and write endless emails until you get tired. Not worth the trouble. Do anything to avoid

Groupon is not worth the effort. In your attempt to save a buck, you sacrifice good costumer service and flexibility. Don't fall for it, it's not worth the couple extra dollars. Most recently I purchased a hotel stay, but had to change all my plans due to Covid. I wanted to change my dates for when I was actually there (novel idea, right?!), the hotel was totally cool with it, but Groupon wouldn't budge. Wouldn't change the reservation, wouldn't refund my money. Heck, the airline and car rental combined were more accommodating combined than Groupon. Very disappointed.

Bad response from customers service and can't find anyone to sour out your returns. The quality of the things you get, are not the quality what you get delivered!!!!! All gone wrong!!!! Lost so much money!!

They scam companies that sell services like mine and they only pay you if the ticket is not redeemed, so most of the sales they pocket. I would recommend not sell anything with them

SCAM SCAM SCAM Don't Fall for it!!! I got the the groupon egifter addidas gift card for every $35, gives you $15 bonus card. I received my gift cards and receipt and went to use it and the bonus card said not active, after contacting egifter customer service they said bonus card got expired. There is no expiration date on the receipt or the bonus gift card, I read every tiny prints, but they clearly hide that info. This was my Christmas gift and I was embarrassed by the fact that the person was not able to use his gift card, will not fall for it.

I purchased a voucher for a hotel suit and put the date I wanted after confirming I noticed the date was changed and the date on the voucher was the same date I booked instead of the following day that I requested. I am not able to speak to anyone on the phone but spoke to someone by chat live who says they are unable to help me. When I called the hotel they informed me that this happens a lot with Groupon and that this issue can be fixed by Groupon . I believe this is a scam so they could retrieve some of the money they have lost during covid.

I made reservations on the 17th. Check in was on the 18th at 2. I arrived-at 315p with my 8 year old daughter just to be told no vacancies after paying $53 for an Uber.
