customer service and the so called ''online chat'' people are NEVER helpful, they just copy paste things for you. Orders never came in time. Once my package got lost and they didn't help me for about 1.5 month! Their redeemtion codes NEVER work. They just suck up your money.

Never again!!! Took money out my bank and 7 weeks later still have not received my goods. Eventually after weeks of excuses I have received a refund.

The first time ever using Groupon I bought a voucher in the amount of $30. I later found out when booking an appointment for the place that is was no longer open. I then received a credit to use for a different place. This time i bought a voucher in the amount of $140 including the credit. I spoke to the owner who told me I would benefit from a different service alltogether. I tried to get a refund through Groupon and they blocked my email and would not answer any more of my questions or offer any support at all. Wouldn't recommend unless you call the place you're going to buy from beforehand.

Why do they refund my orders without a reason? I receive offers to buy groupons, and then when I do, they refund them. Why would I ever use Groupon again if they just refund any deals I get?

Purchased a voucher for a pizza meal for 2 in our favourite restaurant booked a table but unable to use voucher as they have left Groupon. Still having a battle for a refund from Groupon it's not easy . The restaurant deal is still on their site even though you cannot use it or get your money back .

Purchased one voucher for weekend break from Groupon. Only problem was they took payment off my credit card TWICE on two separate days! Spent approx. 7 WEEKS trying to get money back but was met with same answer after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Groupon always asking for same details- in the end they stopped replying and never refunded the money they took illegially Took the bank to sort it out for me. Avoid Groupon at all costs!!!!

This is an Internet Marketing company, operating in UK as though they the law to themselves. From my direct experience of dealing with them as a customer, I find Groupon systematically engages in shortchanging their customer by clever manipulation of information, illegal misrepresentation and poor service. It is very costly and time-consuming to contact the company as no the company seems not have any physical presence in the UK and the phone calls(the UK landline No) to the company are always directed to some dysfunctional call centres in the Philippines with no positive outcome.

I ordered a basic smart watch for work, to use the features on the watch such as push notifications it tells you to download a free apk app, once I did that my phone was inundated with pop up ads INCLUDING PORN. Do not install the free app!!!

I ordered something on November 26th. I received notifications until Dec. 1 when it was just stuck on being processed. Then, I checked my order again on Friday and it says my package was delivered to a mailbox in West Grove, PA when I live in NYC. I've sent them three emails telling them that I am not interested in the item anymore and wish to receive a full refund and still no answer. Never buying from here again.

Bought a local car detailing groupon. Called several times to make the appointment but noboday ever answer the phone. And noboday calls back after leaving messages. After 12 days I had no choise but turned back to Groupon for refund. They only gave me a refund of Groupon credit, which was void by Groupon now. Contacted Groupon customer service by email but no reply.

My wife made a reservation in error, partly because there is no "cart" she clicked on something and accidently booked a hotel room she was only considering. The reservation was for the next day, and Groupon told her sorry, it was outside of the 48 hour window to cancel since it was for the next day. She explained it was a mistake made just an hour ago, they did not care, nor did they offer any hope of a solution. I chatted with them and an agent told me he would contact their "escalation" team. Never heard anything back with any type of decision. Called the hotel to explain and they referred her back to Groupon. Useless!

Led star light projector. Groupon advertise the led star light projector available in 3 colours blue, purple and pink. 11.99 with 1.99 delivery If you want more than one of the same colour it’s still 1.99 delivery, but if you wish to order two of different colours they require you to order separately and pay 1.99 delivery for each. After contacting groupon through live chat to explain the purchase page doesn’t contain an option to purchase multiple colours for one delivery charge. They agreed and said I would have to pay delivery for each single purchase offering little to no help whatsoever with no intention of making any changes to the purchase page or even offering some sort of discount to cover the multiple delivery charges I would have to pay due to their poor purchase page set up. Shady business that refuses refund and after forced to keep something I didn’t want, the groupon tried to charge me extra on top of what I already paid just to make an appointment, no appointments available until after it was expired and they said that they won’t give me my money back because I didn’t ask immediately.

Last month I bought a groupon for Blooms Today so i could send my sister a thank you bouquet of flowers for spending her days helping my 77 year old dad take care of my 72 year old mother who is suffering from stage 4 breast cancer and dementia. This was really important to me that I chose the perfect bouquet for her which was one that included lilies and roses which she loves. I placed the order to be delivered on Oct 10th. I was sent an email stating the delivery had been made that day. I waited for word from my sister that she received the flowers and when it got to be 8pm I had to ask her if she got a delivery from me and she had not received the flowers that day. I called the company customer service number and was told I would get a call back once it was determined what had happened. That didn't happen. I never heard another word from them. The next morning, I received word from my sister that they just delivered the flowers and she sent me a pic to say thank you. Wouldn't you know it, NOT ONE ROSE in the bouquet. AND I received another email from Blooms Today that the flowers had been delivered on Oct 10th which was a flat out lie. When I called Groupon to let them know that not only did I not get the service OR the product I paid for (still paid $40 between Groupon and Blooms Today), but the surprise I planned for my sister in getting the flowers was ruined, Groupon's response was "I'm sorry that happened to you. Thank you for letting us know. No refunds can be given." I wasn't looking for a refund. I was looking for them to resolve the fact that I didn't get the roses that I paid for. GROUPON SUCKS and so does BLOOMS TODAY. Won't use or refer anyone to either one ever again.

In mid June 2017 I purchased a pair of shoes (Harrison Men's Desert Derby shoes) from Groupon for about $40. After wearing them only a few times, the shoe laces started to fray and break and the eyelets started to break out. I can easily replace the laces, but the eyelets breaking made the shoes not wearable. When I contacted Groupon for a replacement due to defect (broken eyelets after three uses must certainly be a defect), I was told they are past the 14 day return period and cannot be returned. No one bothered to listen and realize this was a warranty claim and not just a common return. No one bothered to even contact the manufacturer to see if they would stand behind their quality. After more than 10 emails and involvement of Groupons customer service supervisor, they still stand behind their internal policies rather than stand behind their customers. Groupon does not have control over its manufacturers and will not stand behind their products. Do not buy from them, they are just a little above current day snake oil sales people.

Bought a Groupon for a Beauty salon service form my wife on her B'Day on 2nd of Nov and services are modified once arrive. wrong item purchased because lack of information for service ,so i call That beauty salon ask abut service i needed and said if you have group on they are busy but if you dont have groupon you are well come any time. so call Group on back on 6th of nov, ask for refund , which the denied as said you can gift this to someone , how can u gift BikiniWax to some other person. wrong item , there are different items available similar item name which confuse customer , at the end customer buy wrong service , i tried to resolve issue by calling them , they said no refund . totally unsatisfied experience. Previously as well same experience for nail and spa no appointment give to us at end we loose our money because you can not cancel and gropon eat you money. now beauty salon said you pay more if you need another service.

The advisors were useless.they couldn't even find the order I was querying even though I'd sent screen shot 's of everything and emailed it to them. Shocking service
