on ordering they commit to delivery and say to allow 7 working days. Contacting their customer services is diabolical, they never give a straight answer haven't a clue were the order is and when you ask for a refund they cannot even answer that. Two words sum up their training, and how to answer customers, escalating and investigating. Load of rubbish,

I purchased a Groupon for a facial at a local spa. Two weeks later I tried calling to make a reservation and they are out of business. I contacted Groupon to ask them to refund my credit card and they said they were not able to reverse the charge after 3 days of making the purchase. I will never use Groupon again as this is beyond shady. Selling coupons for places of business that don't even exist?

Groupon may be a good deal UNTIL you have your first problem...then good luck to you. I will never use groupon again. Now...you cannot talk to anyone on the phone as they don't offer customer service over the phone. I am going to close my account and never shop there again.

I was supposed to receive a $61 refund and they tried telling me the charge didn't exist in order to keep my money. I gave them all my bank information and they still denied it. I finally submitted a claim through my bank and they were able to find it easily. What a scam!!

My issue was unresolved after multiple back and forth emails with customer service. I asked for the manager's contact information and phone number and received no answer. The setup for customer service is horrible, email as an only option to resolve customer complaints makes Groupon come off as cheap, cold, inefficient, and that resolving customer concerns is not a priority since there seems to be no option to speak with someone on the phone when email doesn't resolve the problem. Multiple individuals kept responding, it kept getting passed on depending on who is answering emails at that particular point in time, and there didn't even seem to be IT involved even though the problem should have involved IT. I'll never purchase from Groupon again.

Groupon wwoismworking woth a company called DFW Elite Home Care. The seller redeemed our service immediately then failed to show for 3 appointments. The owner has not paid her own employees who also refused to work for lack of payment. She and Groupon refuse to give our money back.

Ok, this one's going to be little heavy and not something I would normally do. But Groupon, company and service I have trusted many, many times. Is ripping me off. Paid $338.31 for a 2 night stay at a hotel. They took my money. And on their site immediately told me there was an error on their end and it didn't go through... They still TOOK THE MONEY. When I complained to their "customer service" ugh "live chat", the only option they have, you can't call them on the phone. They told me it was an "authorization charge" for the entire amount of the purchase?!?... What were they authorizing if supposedly nothing was purchased. I believe this is a clear a present scheme to fraud people and hold their money, many times never paying it back. This is so wrong, evil and I know a lot of people out there have had the same experience with this company. It's time to call them out. Groupon you are officially exposed for the rip off artists you are. Sinserely, Ex-Customer

Groupon made offer for paintnite. When I went to tedeem coupon it asked for $20 more. Offer was not expired. Contscted groupon who gave me a runaround but did absolutely nothing to resolve problem and kept my money. Bait and switch is ifferi g somethinh at one price and then selli g at a higher price whicjmh is what they did

BUYER BEWARE!!! I have made many purchases with Groupon over the years with some hiccups but generally ok. Lately though, every order I placed got rejected because my address was wrong. (Of course, it wasnt!) THEIR system kept scrambling my details so despite it being right on the screen its not what they issued vendors. After a million calls and emails, including cc'ing the MD in who now seems to have blocked me, I have got absolutely nowhere and to add insult to injury, all the refunds from their order cancellations have been given to me as Groupon Credits! I want my money in the bank as I wont be using them again! Worst Customer Service I have ever come across and I will NOT let this rest!

I will never use Groupon again. I bought a local fitness deal but could never get in touch with the owner. The phone that they listed is never answered. I left voice mail but still nobody in touch with me. I doubt if the business ever exists! I don't think Groupon use reliable vendors also when there is problem, the customer service are not helpful and rude. They did not solve the problem and just ignore my email after I brought up the problem.

I have used groupon frequently, but it wasn't until there was a problem that I realized what a TERRIBLE practice they have for solving an issue. I recently placed an order and they sent me the completely wrong item. All they could do was "refund" my money. I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable. When a multi-million dollar company makes a mistake, they should rectify the situation by sending the customer the correct item they ordered. They said I could go re-order the item "IF" it was still available. No, that is not ok. They made the mistake, they should be responsible for sending the item that was shown on my order. Very very very disappointed on how this company operates, what a horrid way to do business. Pictures below. ordered pink ones, this is what I received.

I will never use Groupon again. The customer service are not helpful and rude. They did not solve the problem and just ignore my email after I brought up some problem I had with a local deal that I purchased and questioned their service.

Was requested to review a client of groupon. The review was not favorable and was discussed with merchant. No credit nor refund was offer and negative review was never added to clients listing. It appears that only good reviews are recorded and the negative ones are omitted. This is not fair to the consumer who needs to know both good and bad reviews to make judgment if to use or not use their service.

Hi I was very disappointed service was bad I gave a great review last week but something is wrong . I got attitude and other crap and I spend a lot of money in this place and I started coming her the last six months and telling my friends from the other bingo Hall how great it is here. That is not the case now and I normally Bingo all day Friday and Saturday all day sometimes Sunday I also pretty much come every night. Now it doesn't look like I will be bingoing all day anymore cause my girls Kathy and Pam won't be here as much they are the once why I come all day there costumer service is amazing and Norm and Jeff are great and both of there costumer service is amazing . Hope you guys fix this and I am sure the girls that work at night are not happy cause they are under staff so it's not there fault you have to understand that they have to deal with the crap from costumers, so I hope you guys can fix this problem please and thank you.

I ordered one photo booth rental. I didn't realize until my credit card statement arrived a month later that I was charged for two at $299 each! My credit card company attempted to dispute it, but was told by Groupon that it was past their three-day refund mark. I didn't know they made THEIR mistake until the credit card statement arrived! I emailed Groupon as soon a I saw it, but they never got back to me.

I ORDERED ONE ITEM. I WAS SENT, AND WAS CHARGED, FOR TWO. THE ITEM WAS A FINAL SALE, SO I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN OR BE REFUNDED FOR THE SECOND ITEM WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. I'VE ORDERED FROM GROUPON MANY TIMES, AND USUALLY I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. HOWEVER, THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER TIMES WHEN I HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A PRODUCT AND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT TRY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

I received an item that was damaged. I was unable to contact Groupon. None of the phone numbers listed were working numbers. I finally was able to put in a ticket requesting a return label. After several days and no response, I contacted my credit card bank and put in a dispute on the charge. Because the bank, too, was unable to contact Groupon, they were sympathetic to my frustrations and they issued me a credit. In the end, I was able to contact the company that shipped the item and they issued me a return label.

Groupon is a vile company. They do not have a secure website. I have had my account hacked twice with them and money stolen off my credit cards. Trying to get this company to realize what happened is a nightmare and they take no responsibility when it's their website that was hacked. Its next to impossible to get your money back. The latest flub with them is they charged me for 2 groupons. Again their fault. There is no customer service number, you have to do live chat or request that someone call you back w/in 30-60 min. I did both. Chat just flat out told me no, sorry, outside of the 3 day window, even when I explained, why would I check my account to see if you charged me twice???? I would only go on when I needed to print out my voucher......Hello! so, I then requested a callback. A dumb woman called me back only to make excuse after excuse as to why groupon is wonderful and they are very secure and the best online merchant and everyone want to be them. ummm, no! so, she wouldn't issue my refund either. I then escalated to a manager and she told me that's fine but, her manager wont give me a refund either because it's out of the 3 day period. This was THEIR fault and they treat you as the criminal. So, I insisted on talking to the manager. I waited 10 minutes and finally hung up. The mgr called me back a few minutes later only to be very threatening and volatile on the phone with me. He (Trevor) started off with a horrible attitude and when I tried to explain my issue and that it was their mistake, he started talking over me and yelling at me and saying it was my fault that it happened, not theirs. When he started yelling at me, I just hung up on him. I have never in my life experienced customer service like this and never ever have I been yelled at by a manager that I've escalated my issue to. This trevor guy should be fired. But, it's groupon and considering the company that it is, they probably promote that behavior. Never will I do business with them again!
