“I ordered service parts online an discount should have been applied with my order it’s should have been £41 pounds for engine oil and oil filter but never mind it’s was £46 furthermore I went on the same day but the guy didn’t give me the correct filter so I ended up paying £48 £5 should have been applied with my order engine oil was correct but not the filter”

“Click and Collect order placed the previous day. Walk into reception and wait 5 mins, before having to shout that I am at the desk... another 2 mins, somebody comes to the desk. Locates my order and then dissappears for 10 mins. Comes back with half the order. Checks computer and dissappears for another 10 minutes. Then returns with x5 1l oil bottles to go with the 5l can returned on first trip, after I had placed an order for x2 5l cans, which were showing as in stock. Challenged the guy on why it took so long for a click and collect, he said they dont have a click and collect stagging area! So, wasted 30 mins of my time, for what should have been 2 mins, and not what I ordered.”

“I’ve been using GSF for years, but recently received very poor service the delivery I paid for next day arrived 2 days late, and could not get any response via the online chat or email or phone. It’s like GSF have become a ghost website operation, don’t trust them now and won’t use again.”

“Placed my order on the 22nd had an email on the 24th to say the order was delivered. Then had nothing for a week or so, I’ve messaged using ‘live chat’ function about 4 times and had no response. I finally got an email earlier into January in which they said they would personally send me update of the order, again nothing. Emailed them back for them to say it had been lost. They sent out the parts again and I got them in a couple of days. I’ve used GSF many times in store, had no problems, This is the first time I’ve ordered online and it will be the last. The lack of communication was terrible.”

“I ordered disc brakes and pads and a driveshaft on the 7th of January 2025 .Paid for 2 -3 days delivery but my order was on delivered on the 17th of January with the brakes missing. When I tracked the order with UPS they said they did not have the order this was on the 14th .Even GSF did not know what was happening with the order.I am so disappointed because I could not get my car fixed on time.I have to get a lift to work, so inconvinient.”

“You didn't deliver my battery on the day l ordered it for after l paid for next day delivery aswell. Also l rang 4 time each time waiting for 15 minute only for you to hang up on me. What l will say is when l rang for the fifth time Dan answer the call and was very helpful he cancel my order and refunded my payment. After l cancel my order the battery was delivered by UPS 4 days to late. So l then phoned up to return the order only to wait for 15 minutes for you to hang up again!!! Regards Michael Forbes.”
