You declined Zendaya offer in trying to be a model, but you ruined her net worth by 1,000.I am Tom Holland her boyfriend and I am going to sue you for 1,000 which she could have gotten in the past.

I ordered a pair of tights at Christmas time. When I put the tights on, they ripped in the crotch. I took them to the Gucci store and they stated that they were single use tights. On the website it was not listed as single use tights. I spoke to Customer Service and they were very nice, had me take photos. I submitted the photos and they said that the tear in the crotch was due to normal wear. Since I did not wear the tights, this happened as I was putting them on, I am not sure how the rip could be caused by normal wear.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever had an interaction with!!! I spent almost $1000 on a pair of shoes that destroyed my feet after two hours of wearing them and I was told to “wear socks” ?!? And nothing can be done because I wore the shoes. The se vice and lack of respect I received has made up my mind to NEVER invest in this brand again. EVER!

Beyond disappointed! I splurged on a pair of Gucci shoes back in August, thinking I was treating myself to something really special. Used them twice, mind you, both times sitting down at fancy events. And it fell apart! How can a brand like Gucci make shoes that can't even last three hours total? First, I email them pics of the broken shoes, and they told me to take it to the nearest store. So I did, and two weeks later, I'm told I can either wait three months for a repair or get in-store credit. I didn't pick any because, honestly, who's got time for a three-month wait? Also, the amount of money I paid for the shoes wouldn't get me anything I really wanted at the store. Now, here's where the real fun begins. I drive to the Gucci Outlet in Livermore, a solid three-hour from my house, hoping to sort this all out. But nope, they make me leave the shoes and wait for another call about my credit. Two weeks later they tell me to come back to confirm the credit. Oh, and there's no guarantee they'll have anything I actually want. So, I try going the virtual appointment route online, you know, to save myself another long drive. No luck. Four times I try, and nothing. So, I start calling them to set up an online appointment, a total of twelve calls, just trying to reach the outlet. Every time, they promise to sort it or talk to their manager, but guess what? Nothing happens. Finally, after two weeks of this, I got tired of trying and asked for a refund, to which they refused to issue. As a fashion lover and first-time Gucci buyer, I'm seriously let down. Not only the outlet store for its lack of professionalism and care for their clients, but also to the brand itself, that after see me attempt contact so many times, being nothing but a nice and understanding human being, did nothing to help me or escalate the situation. Long story short, if you want to be treated well, with respect and care when purchasing high fashion, stir away from Gucci

It’s crazy how this is the only platform to write a review for their online service It’s horrible I ordered a tie 3 weeks in advance After waiting a week and a half, there was no update So I contacted the customer service That’s only when I found it was out of stock online so they would have a store reach out to me The employee text me at 10am saying she’s going to set up everything for the tie At 4:30 pm I ask for update She writes oppssss I can’t find it and we expedite shipping So I got back to the online service and tell them what happened They said they’ll have another store reach out to me No one ever does After now 3 weeks when I needed the item I reach out to Gucci to tell them how disappointing their online services is Guess what
no response So I am no longer buying Gucci in store or online Byeeeee

I ordered a pair of shoes and a purse which I had the monogram of my initials put on it. I was headed out of town for a party so I placed my order in time but it did not come until the day before I was due to fly out. When the purse arrived, it had the correct monogram but the wrong purse. The bag they sent was almost $600 less than the one I purchased. I was still charged for my original order. When I called to explain my situation, the service rep explained that it is a process to the return because of the monogram. I explained to them and even sent a picture of the bag I received but I was made to feel as though I did something wrong. I never received any empathy, I only received harsh conversations as though I wanted an exchange because I changed my mond about the purchase which should still be handled with the upmost respect. It took about 3 weeks to get the purse back into their warehouse which I had the bag sent back the very next day after I received the return email. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever received from a purchase I have made. I believe I would've received better customer service from Target. Also, they never sent the correct bag to me, they gave me a refund and they only way I knew was because I received an email from my means of payment...not Gucci. I just wanted what I paid for, not a refund which I made it clear but they refused to do it the way that I asked. I really felt as though I was not important although I spent $3000. I expected a lot better experience because I am treated so well when I go into my store n Scottsdale by my rep Pedro.

The worst client service and service resolution I have ever experienced. Bought a pair at one of their flagship store at MBS Singapore for my wife. Used shoe only twice and sole started to disintegrate into pieces . Gucci claimed this is wear n tear and refused to provide any solution. Good luck with trying to resolve anything with this Brand. Will never use any of their product because they don’t stand for their brand and at their prices you will be better off with something else.

A Disheartening Experience with Gucci: Poor Customer Service and Disputed Exchange I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Gucci, and I feel compelled to share my distressing encounter. I purchased a Gucci scarf as a Christmas gift for my wife, expecting the premium quality associated with the brand. However, upon unwrapping the gift, we discovered that the scarf was damaged. Hoping for a quick resolution, we contacted Gucci's customer service on Boxing Day. Much to our dismay, they did not address our concerns properly and insisted on pursuing a repair route, contrary to our explicit preference for an exchange. After expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting a return, we were disheartened to receive an email a week later stating that the scarf had been used and was being returned to us. This accusation is not only false but also insulting, as the scarf was never worn, and we were merely seeking a product in pristine condition. The lack of understanding and refusal to acknowledge their mistake is unacceptable. In situations where customers invest a significant amount of money, one would expect exceptional customer service. Instead, Gucci's response has been dismissive, implying dishonesty on our part. It is disconcerting that a brand of Gucci's stature would tarnish its reputation with such a subpar customer service experience. The principle that the customer is always right seems to be lost in this case, leaving us with a damaged product we are forced to keep. I implore others to reconsider buying from Gucci online and opt for in-store purchases to avoid a similar ordeal. The tremendous cost of their items should be accompanied by impeccable customer service, not baseless accusations and flawed return processes. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I believe others should be aware of the potential pitfalls before making a purchase.

I don't understand why Gucci is the only store that leaves its customers waiting in line outside the store in the heat, under the sun while the store has very few people inside. This is a ridiculous.

I ordered the interlocking g tights and the foot split after one wear. I contacted customer service and the denied replacing or repairing the product. An obvious flaw in their product and complete failure to stand behind the quality they claim to offer. Will not purchase from gucci again.

I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag. A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me.. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27, 2022. He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me. I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately! Thank you.

I ordered a wallet for my son. I waited at home for delivery. I waited at home 3 days- never went out! No delivery- no door bell rung- no fed ex note. It didn’t arrive and Gucci claimed fed ex had made 3 delivery attempts- nothing they could do. Go get it yourself 1 and a half hours away at the fed ex distribution site was their solution. I asked for a refund- takes 7-10 days after they get the wallet back. Who knows where it is. Never again! Gucci is not the brand it once was.

Have 2 calls into Gucci —heard nothing. Trying to get my “free pen refills” for a $870 G pen. Was told the manager would call me back. It’s been 6 weeks since the initial call. Absolutely terrible customer service. There was a time when Gucci would bend over backwards for their clients— those days are gone!

About last evening: I am thankful to God that I had someone with me yesterday at Gucci Aventura to witness the events. I simply went to return shoes that were purchased for me. I had my receipt, and the shoes were unworn . The lady who identified herself as a msnager, Dawn tried get me to purchase more items in exchange for the purchase of the shoes. I refused. I was NOT in the shopping mood, and I'm funny..You will never see me consistently buying the same brand. This woman proceeded to tell me how to spend my money and what other clients do. That's when I told her I didn't need to be advised on how and what to do with my money. THEN she came back and said there was a 14 day return policy...I never knew this because whenever I purchase, it's usually online. In this case there is a 30 day return policy. I normally would have made an exchange, but to be honest with you, I didn't see anything I wanted. I was tired, didn't feel well, and wanted to leave. The woman gave me a paper and told me I had to leave my shoes at the store and call Client Services. She refused to give me Client Services number. That's when I took a picture of her and called her ugly. She said, "I'm calling the police so I suggest you hurry up and get out." That's when things turned up..I was FURIOUS! I decided to stay right there. I never got loud. Never used profanity . No threats. She was simply upset because I didn't want to buy anything from Gucci. Facts: Not one Gucci employee including security came to this woman's defense which probably means she's rude and nasty to everyone. If my skin color was white, this never would've been an issue, and the police never would've been called. The police said, " This is a BS call." Give her the shoes and the number to Client Relations. I'm thankful to my parents who never feared anyone, and taught me to fearlessly stand up for myself. There's not one soul on this earth I'm afraid to express my concerns to or about. I stand my ground in every instance and will not back down, excepting mistreated. I didn't do anything wrong. ..Clearly, this was a case of pure, nasty, unadulterated racism. I am NOT done with KAREN or Gucci who hired and retained her!
