I second the previous reviews...horribly run company. The won't let you return the gloves even if they don't work. 1 star or worse

HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY AND THERE PRODUCTS DON’T LAST The Company has been a problem from the first week. My order from the beginning was a disaster, I ordered a custom belt with etching, the design was constantly wrong during the beginning phases along with the type of belt I wanted. We finally worked things out and after months of back and forth and waiting the belt arrived. The numerous months of back and forth, and waiting was for nothing because unfortunately It was still wrong, I wanted a 1 prong not a 2 prong buckle which was discussed over and over, but I dealt with the mistakes, I wasn’t waiting another 5 months. Gunsmith eventually refunded half the cost for putting me through hell. Unfortunately for me not expecting my custom leather belt to start coming apart in a few years, the leather by the buckle notches where I had repeatedly asked for 1 prong not 2 started tearing and breaking apart, I contacted customer service but all they have done is nickel and dime me by keep telling me BECAUSE I WAS REFUNDED 50% which was no fault of my own because of there mistakes and the insane amount of time it took to receive the belt, my belt is NOW NOT covered under there Lifetime Warranty, they have basically thrown me off there chat while trying to discuss matters, constantly send me links to look up there policy’s that actually don’t pertain to my exact situation, all because I received that refund. What that has to do with the quality of the leather and my belt makes No Sense, my belt is unusable now. I would stay clear of this badly run company, garbage leather and materials and how they treat customers. CARDILLO is who I always bought my custom belts from but I wanted to give a new company 6 years ago a shot, big big mistake on my part. You live and learn. CARDILLO BELTS puts this company to shame, and I’m sure there’s new company’s hungry for customers who will put customers first instead of telling you basically go kick rocks‼️

My order was 4 weeks late, there was no notification of shipment, no update on my order. I even went as far and reaching out within the promised 8 week timeline to confirm it would arrive on time. They assured me it would. It’s been 12 weeks and after sending them an email asking for a refund, they finally shipped my product. Their service is subpar, I do not know what the quality of their product is but waiting 3 months for a belt is unsat.

Id advise you to buy a belt somewhere else. Theres way more well known custom belt sites than this one and their customer service and the way they treat people is obscene. I ordered a custom belt based off their size chart and the belt doesnt fit me. I asked what could be done about this and I was told their size chart is right and im wrong, I cant measure myself properly and nothing can be done about it. My money was taken and its nothing can be done about it. Ive never felt so inferior as a customer or talked down to. Bring your business to a real weight belt company like Cardillo!

Been a month again since i sent them the last e-mail.. Still no reply.. Back in november I ordered a custom belt, but received one with the logo upside down in the beginning of january. You guys promised to sent a new one, which was a great solution at the time! You even offered a size down as that would’ve fit better! We’re 4 months further and i haven’t received a belt, neither did i get a reply on any of the last e-mails i sent you. So i decided to comment on one of your posts on Instagram, maybe that would give a response. Instead you guys decided to delete the comment and block me? Not a single response at all. This must be the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had, really disappointing. I understand making a belt over isn’t as exciting as making a new one and you’re probably more interested in new clients, reposts, reach and therefore revenue. But if you don’t take care of things like this, you’ll eventually get caught up. Hope you see a chance to reply to this last reach out, so we can come to a solution.

So I ordered two belts. One arrived 3 months later! The second just didn’t arrive. 4 months later I am still waiting for the second one. However gunsmith fitness think they have sent me two, I tell her I received only one so in response they send me signature as proof of receipt. Still didn’t actually fulfil my order of two belts . I can not believe this is actually happening, The standard font is very large so doesn’t look expensive (on the one belt we did receive). Will update my review if I actually get my order at the beginning of December fulfilled at some point.

waited over 13 weeks for my belt, customer service non existent. near impossible to get replies. had to open a pay pal dispute to get my money back.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Non existant customer service. Waiting over 10 weeks for mine, lucky to receive an email every fortnight keeping me updated. Absolute shambles.

Customer service is horrible. They don't start customizing when they say they do. Make sure you read the small/fine print that what you Will be told.

Customer Service is terrible. Ordered wrong size belt, contacted Brian who asked if I would Like to return for a different size, which I did. Rather than exchanging the product, they refunded me my original order, meaning I would have to place a new order and pay postage again as I was 1p off the delivery threshold. I thought they'd made a mistake but when I emailed and asked I was told 'margins are too small - I never said I would exchange' etc (keeping in mind that a week earlier they had 30% off the whole website so margins cant be that small.) - will never use their products.
