“I took my car to Halfords Bishopbriggs, it was needing a new brake light bulb, I was there about 10 minutes and the job was done, the staff were friendly and helpful it was reasonably priced and I was given a spare bulb, I would highly recommend Halfords”

“Went to my local Halfords in South Shields. Was seen straight away for a free bike check up. Guy who served me (think it was Elliott) was fab. Knew what he was doing, gave good advice, didn't charge me the earth and obviously loves what he does. So pleased I can go somewhere I trust now. Thank you, I'll be back for some new gadgets for my bike which is working fine now thanks to Elliott 😁”

“The staff in Halfords Staines are always polite & very helpful. I needed some new windscreen wipers for my Mazda. They supplied & fitted them for me in less that 10 minutes. I live in Slough but I always go to Halfords in Staines, as they always provide a friendly & super efficient service. I would highly recommend them.”

“Halfords (Gosport) has to have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've lived all over the world and no other shop is so keen to solve your problems and make your shopping experience so memorable. I don't leave reviews, if ever, but Simon at Gosport has got to be the best darned employee one could ever hope for. Such a great brand ambassador. I can find prices a few pounds cheaper online but would rather visit the Gosport branch because sometimes customer service is worth more than the few pennies you save online.”

“I brought in a bike I had purchased from elsewhere and built myself but had difficulty with the brakes so Sammee Mohammed Beckton store completely checked the bike all over and fixed the brakes for me I cannot praise him enough- excellent worker a credit to your store. An extremely happy customer who will definitely return in the future. Thank you Sammee”

“My grandson produced a Christmas list last Sunday and included in it a bike. We always by bikes from Halfords so the search began (with 3weeks to go!) I have to say that the service I received from staff in Durham, particularly David, Washington and North Shields branches and customer services on the phone was nothing short of superb. They found the preferred bike and are busy building it. It would have been easy for them to say there are none available (it is a popular bike and size), but they persevered and found one in North Shields. Well done Halfords.”

“I rang up my local Halfords today and a lady called Debbie who worked on bikes answered and explained the car section was busy and was willing to help me with my enquiry. She searched the car battery I needed an told me there were two in stock. After getting my neighbour to jump start my car I headed down to St Helens Halfords were I was greeted by Donna-Marie and was sold my battery. Mike who fitted it was quick , efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of car battery’s. Many thanks to all of you.”

“To cut a long story short there was a bike I wanted and tried to reserve but was out of stock from your Beckton store. Sherman contacted me and happily offered to collect this item himself from your Romford store and bring it to the Beckton store. This meant so much to me as it is a birthday gift I had been looking at getting for my daughter for a few weeks now. To me this is what great customer service is. Not only did he go out of his way, he also gave amazing service. So polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him! An asset to your company. Thank you again Sherman!”

“Went to Halfords, Connswater, Belfast to get a headlight changed on a VW Polo. Gareth was assigned to us. He was extremely helpful and very efficient and so pleasant. He showed us every step of the way and got the job completed in minutes. The bulb cost £8 and the fitting cost £8.90. Delighted with the service and the price and will definitely be back. Thank you very much Gareth.”

“I was at the Darlington shop yesterday , Sunday, and I was extremely happy with the service. I called for a car bulb to be changed but the man that dealt with the issue, Tony Armstrong, discovered that there was a further issue which needs sorting out which wouldn't have been discovered except for his diligent work. extremely happy with service and Tony in my opinion needs a special pat on the back! Thanks so much.”
