“Hand on Heart have been amazing from start to finish. Such a wonderful choice which took me a couple of weeks to choose and then really easy to order. The whole process then was very smooth. I received the ashes collection kit very quickly and received confirmation of receipt when returned with regular updates as my heart necklace was made. It was then sent to me exactly when estimated with a message to let me know it was on its way. I cried so many happy tears when received as it was so beautiful and knowing it contained my girls ashes. I will wear every day, keeping my girl close to my heart. “I ordered a necklace with some of my late dog’s fur for my mam. Unfortunately, the delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong address and missing for a few days. Of course I was so upset that this beautiful meaningful piece of jewellery has gone missing. I emailed the HoH team and the help I received to get this parcel back was beyond amazing. Thankfully the beautiful piece was delivered home and given to my mam who was teary eyed and in awe. “I have just received my jewellery. I ordered a Small Heart for my beloved dad's ashes and I couldn't be more delighted with the result. From the beginning the team were very respectful. I received the Ashes collection pack within 2 days of ordering along with a prepaid return envelope. I was advised when the ashes had been received, that the process was ongoing and when the item was despatched along with a tracking number.
