“I ordered this necklace to hold my parents ashes and ws hoping it would arrive in time for their internment, however it was due to arrive a few days later. On hearing this the company very kindly sent my necklace to ensure it arrived in time and it did and I was able to wear it to the internment and knowing I now have a piece of my parents close to me always is so comforting - superb customer service.”

“Liaised with their customer service team to ensure the product was right for me, and my interaction with them was great, helpful & friendly.
Im hoping the chain doesn’t rust in the future, as I’ve had with other brands that offer “sterling silver”. If it does I will contact customer service and I’m sure they’ll be able to help. I get the impression that they really care about customer satisfaction, which has often been missed in a lot of previous experiences I have had.”
