“We have changed our old hot tub to a smaller one, just perfect for the two of us. Really pleased with it. Delivery and collection was not easy for the men, as they had to go through our neighbours garden (with their permission of course) but they managed it perfectly. Couple of hiccups with chemicals and spare filter but this was soon sorted with no problem.”

“Service is amazing ! Bought my hot tub from them a couple of years ago and its been great. Hot tub needed some attention and they were there next day to fix. Working great again. For after sales service they are the best and very happy i bought from them to begin with too.”

“We could order chemicals for our hot tub on line, but choose to go to Fareham from Basingstoke as the service is so good. Chloe is always helpful, knowledgeable and cheery. She is always on hand to give advice on the latest products and our hot tub has been much better behaved since taking her advice! Great range of products & when the time comes to up date our tub, we’ll definitely be visiting this store & in the meantime, will continue to visit for our chemicals etc. Thankyou for great service.”

“I don't normally leave feedback , but the service I received was exceptional, I purchased the hot tub over a week ago . The purchase was made easy by Micheal at Happy Hot Tubs at Hiller garden centre, delivery on time . Easy install. We ordered the hand rail which had part missing dealt with very quick & good response. Hot Tub up and running couldn't be more pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .. well done”

“Fantastic service and experience all round. After just popping into the Fareham branch to 'look' we came away having purchased a hot tub! Delivery was fast and efficient - the delivery men were lovely, and ensured the hot tub was set up in the desired location and with the seats facing the way we wanted. I couldn't recommend this company more highly for your hot tub needs.”

“We needed a new Hotsprings hot tub drain adapter and our own supplier couldn't help, directing us to a garden centre ( very much doubt any garden centre has american threaded hose connectors). Went online and google showed happy hot tubs had them - it turns out they import them specially. Bristol should take note. Ordered at 4pm Friday, arrived 10am Saturday and hot tub draining, great service and exactly the right product. Thank you.”

“We visited Happy Hot Tubs at Mappleborough Green Garden Centre to get advice on our hot tub maintainance, I cant speak too highly about the help and professionalism shown by Mark and Luke. We can recomend them as they sorted out or chemical issues and have some great tubs on offer.”

“We bought our hot tub after a visit to the Fareham store speaking to the very knowledgeable Chloe before we had even bought our house. As completion got near we spoke to Chloe again and she got us an excellent deal on the model we wanted and delivery was very flexible. The hot tub was delivered as promised to a temp spot but soon after we got it move for free to its permanent home. That was quite hard as it involves several steps but it was done with no fuss. The after care has been great we got advise from Chloe and we can now enjoy the new purchase without any worries. But we also know if we get stuck we can just visit the store or call they will do their best to help. We spent a very happy New Years Eve in the hot tub watchIng the fireworks along the coast. Amazing experience thank you Happy Hot Tub. Ps we think Chloe is amazing if you haven't already spotted that.”

“I've been a hot tub owner for nearly there years and I'm a great believer in value for money and great service this is why I always use happy hot tubs for my chemicals and assesories which makes me happy. The staff are very helpful and polite I would highly recommend happy hot tubs to any hot tub owner.”

“We’ve had our Hot Tub for about 7 months and love it. We bought it from Happy Hot Tubs and had excellent service. Recently we had a problem with cloudy water and I popped into the Ferring store and had a chat with Lionel Harman he gave me fab advice and following it our water is sparkling and clear once again. “This may be the longest most honest review you have ever read!...However it may well be the most honest one!..(I wish I had read this!) We purchased our Flair from 'Keith' at Happy Hot Tubs in Ferring Wyevale garden centre now Highdown garden centre in March 2017! I had always wanted a hot tub but also had fears of hygiene and maintenance/running costs. We spoke to Keith several times before our purchase and felt assured after he came for a site visit. He was able to advise on location in garden of tub and also supply contacts of suitable/reputable electricians to enable tub installation. We signed up for 'Lasting care' service plan and despite lapses in our own time keeping challenges (I.E when we are available) etc have always received excellent courtesy calls/reminders when services are due, these have always been done in a timely fashion to suit our needs! I am a fickle person! and have decided the tub needed to be sited in several different locations in my garden to suit my needs on no less than 3 occasions! Each time Happy Hot Tubs has accommodated my wishes and duly moved my Tub to each new location! (thank-you) with the added complication of it being housed under a marque!! (double thanks!) Most recently we have been introduced to 'Lionel' at the garden centre and 'Katrina' what a welcome breathe of fresh air you are! Can't thank you both enough for all your time, courtesy, knowledge and consideration! You are a credit and most welcome asset to the Happy Hot Tub team! We look forward to many more Happy Hot Tub years....Especially if I get my way and upgrade to the swim/tub!!!”

“The whole research, purchase, delivery and aftercare experience has been outstanding. We’ve only had our tub for a few weeks and have already thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the social aspect of bringing our family of five together on a regular basis.
