“The flooring has been a disaster. I have been given the brush off and am stuck with not only the initial costs but also the cost to have the flooring removed and disposed of. Harrisons have NOT lived up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee at all. Totally disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product. I am aware that the suppliers have been out to your home to assess the issues that you were concerned about. The reports that were sent by the manufacturers concluded that they were unable to detect any odour from the laminate. Kind regards, Customer Care

“We just had our double garage carpet installed and the 1st thing I said was WOW! The garage looks way better and we are stoked! No more cold feet doing our laundry, no more stress about our little kids slipping on wet concrete and they now have a massive playroom to play with their toys and ride their scooters bikes etc. So with that said… I just want to give a big shout out to Amanda from Harrison’s Canterbury Country. Her quick responses and willingness to come see us the next day for a free measure and to discuss options was key in choosing Harrison’s between two other competitors. Lastly just another big shout out to Aaron who was our installer. He arrived on time, was friendly, easy to talk to and the main thing he did a flawless installation. Took just under 3 hours start to finish and he even helped us move our storage cabinets back inside after. Thank you! Regards, Ryan and Emma”

“We got new carpet installed and the first night it was very cold and felt wet and damp to walk on with Sox. We have had a dehumidifier going in every room and are getting 2 cup fulls of water throughout the house plus opening all doors and windows every day and also a fire going . It reaks of musky wet smell. Our old carpet was down for 50 years and didn't smell like this. We are burning fragrance oils to disguise the smell but you can still smell the stench when they go out. Very disappointed with the product”

Hi, I have spoken to the Business owner and believe that she has offered multiple times to come out and assess the carpet and bring the manufacturers but you have declined her visit on numerous occassions. Kind regards, Customer Care

“I love this company and particularly Shirley and Rob who looked after my carpet needs more than once. Great communication with both staff and the installers, who arrived on time, make organising carpet a simple task. The 2 installers removed the old carpet, laid both the underlay and carpet incredibly efficiently then cleaned up after before leaving. 🤗 I highly recommend Harrison’s of North Shore. 100%!”

“Picture perfect! Dave, Wendy and Andrew from the Rodney branch did an exceptional job with the carpets that we had installed. From the first visit, when Dave came around to measure and quote, he was able to give us samples and guide us in the decision making process. Wendy kept us updated and communicated throughout the process to ensure that we had the right dates open for the installer to come. She was also willing (and able) to answer every question that I threw at her. Add to that, Andrew, who installed the carpets, talked me through the best way to prepare the rooms and, not only did he do an excellent job with the actual install, he also cleaned up after himself! What an awesome team and very happy to recommend them!”

“According to my interaction with Harrison’s team and Paul Cowman I can say they are very considerate and sensible business unlike many others. On my request, Paul made time in the weekend and helped me understand difference of each product category and suitability. He took the measurements quickly and also consulted with the Installer to clarify things before confirming. Quote was given quickly and he was not pushy either. we did not get the floor installed because our plans changed. However, I am happy to recommend Paul from Harrison’s to people looking to get their flooring done.”

“Rob and the team from Harrisons North Shore were brilliant. We contacted several companies, but they were the first to come out and provide a great quote for us. Kerry from the office was lovely to deal with too and we received a wonderful follow up call after installation to check everything was okay. Highly recommend :)”

“Wow, just wow, Dan and his team in Hamilton layed our carpet this week, his quote was the best out of 6 companies I got to quote, he was professional and so kind, his office ladies are lovely and so helpful when my hubby hurt his back and got the carpet guys to help with furniture! My carpet colour is perfect, I’m the happiest girl around! Thank you so much Harrison’s Hamilton you guys are awesome 😊”

“Excellent service from Harrisons Carpet, Hobsonville. Good pricing and options and the vinyl and carpet were laid on time and with as little disruption as they could possibly manage. Given this was a refit of a very busy office during work hours this was an amazing achievement. A big thank you also goes to the contractors that Sue engaged for the job - Dan from Boyce Flooring and Daniel from the Flooring Company. Daniel and his team worked around us and were excellent to deal with. We even asked Sue to arrange the plumber to move the toilets while vinyl was being laid and again Rhys from Paragon Plumbing was perfect.”
