Some of the staff working in Harrods are not trained good enough. Just be aware if you come across with some unwanted hassle. I basically felt that shopping expensive brands while served by poor (attitude) people.

If there was less than one star, It would be my grade. My boyfriend bought for my birthday a Gucci marmot animal studs bag some weeks ago, order number 64B8CB/HRW113701846, that was the only luxury bag I ever wanted in my entire life. Just because there are butterfly’s on it. The item arrived and he gave me on may 31, witch I have completed 30 years old, a very special date for me. When I opened the box, they sent me a Gucci bag cheaper and in a plain material, witch i would never choose for 800 pounds! I completely hate it! So we started a big journey with the costumer service, made many phone calls starting 5 days ago, and sent three emails to the customer service that has NEVER answered. By the phone, harrods gave the only one solution of returning the wrong purse and they MAYBE can give my money back. The fact is, the purse I wanted is sold out in everywhere, including in the Harrods website. It was a rare item, special edition. And the only thing they say is literally “I’m sorry”! I don’t want my money back, I want the purse I always dreamt or another one that I can choose from the website! But they literally are ignoring me! This is the most sad experience I’ve ever had! unreachable customer service, terrible store! Very sad about everything. I have pictures and I sent it to them, for what? Nothing. No words for this disgusting service!

A cream tea with half a glass of champagne. Could pay for more of course. Sandwiches were tasteless. Bread poor quality. Only two scones each. Tea went cold quickly and not topped up with hot water. Very poor quality indeed

The Customer service is the rudest I have ever came across in my whole life they really need to learn some manner especially Ester whom i was talking both days i was trying to reach a department and she would NOT EVEN TRY to help me out. She hang up the phone on me the 1st day and today when i asked for a supervisor she hang up the phone again!!! Why be in customer service if u hate your job and if u hate ppl?????

I’ve tried 3 times tonight to order online!! My products disappeared twice from my basket so to be honest I can’t be bothered even trying to shop again. I spent ages deciding which beauty products to buy to have the site ‘crash’ before complete ink my order. Don’t think I’ll bother.

Placed order with Harrods online , 1401165771 Was never delivered, rung to check, to be told it has been delivered and they will look into it with the courier. Was then left for weeks on end with no updates to be fobbed off with cannot get hold of the courier, finally after 3 weeks to be told cannot to replace or refund the items, even though I had advised I have cctv and a card left by the courier showing not delivered, the cctv clearly showed driver leaving with the item after attempting delivery. Angry and frustrated with the way the whole thing was handled had no alternative but to head over 4 hours to the Harrods store to get the issue resolved, where the assistant manager agreed that the evidence was there but could not do anything until spoken to a manger the following Monday I was not even offered reasonable compensation for the loss of time and money spent to travel to the store let alone the 3 weeks of constant uncertainty. Customer service very poor unwilling to take all facts into consideration before making a decision. They will happily keep your money and not deliver.

Visited Harrods charcuterie counter as I have done for decades, found a small cheap looking counter instead of the previuos, glorious, magnificent altar to cured meats, very disappointing, 3rd rate cubicle type corner effort not even worthy of a back street salumeria in a small Italian village, a poor selection of meats compared to the glory days, will never visit again, alas.......Also saw self paying machinery.....unheard of, undignified, awful, the food hall has become a horror in comparison to the previous set up.. What are the owners playing at??? Already even the glorious counters were dwarfed by many continental shops for decades, but now Harrods looks like a cheap store in the eyes of the many visitors to the foods department. Shame on owners and whovere designed those horrors, especially the black price labels that nobody can read or make out. Labels should be in white with visible black lettering. What a disappointment..........what a shame, what a horror........

The Hermes staff are rude, dismissive and consummately unprofessional. They do not acknowledge waiting customers, and when approached are rude and dismissive. Should you be lucky enough to be served, the service is perfunctory and lacks all due care or attention. When I asked how I could lodge feedback they sneered and sniggered. They really let the rest of Harrods staff down who are professional.

Quality products and packaging (though the Bentley white edition bottle looks a bit scratched after I've opened the box. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

It was great to get to shop at the would famous Harrods in the airport in London. Even tho I front spend much the customer service was exceptional!!
