"Absolutely dreadful service - don't waste your money, give it to your local garden centre instead!\nI've waited two working weeks for a bag of compost costing \u00a319.00 - I'm still waiting.\nThe Nemesia plants I bought cost \u00a335.00 [after a ten day wait they've finally arrived] - check out the photos attached and yes, that is a 10p piece!\nThe positives? We've never laughed so much in our house, also - we're going to buy from our local garden centre from now on.\nMy sympathies go out to the people on the Hayloft switchboard - you can tell they're used to complaints!"

"I have just received their geranium collection and it is extremely poor. Only one of the 24 plugs had strong roots. I have been a loyal and happy customer for several years but this year I have had problems with each of the three deliveries. I am not sure what has happened this year, so sad but I will not be buying from them again."

"I ORDERED A PENSTEMON COLLECTION OF 6 PLANTS , 2 OF THE PLANTS WERE DEAD THE OTHER 4 WERE OK. I CONTACTED THE SELLERS AND THEY QUICKLY REPLACED THE DEAD PLANTS , THERE MUST BE SOMETHING LACKING IN THERE NURSERY WHEN IT COMES TO CECKING THEIR PLANTS OUT FOR DELIVERY BECAUSE THE PLANTS HADNT GOT IN THE STATE THEY WERE IN OVER THE DELIVERY PERIOD , THEY WERE DEAD BEFORE THEY WERE SENT OUT. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN"

"I ordered 4 different climbers eg. The clematis and Jasmine that cost the same me \u00a362. \nThe plants do not look healthy at all. They're covered in diseased and bitten leaves. Won't be using again and am very disappointed. "
