I ordered a Teletubies Po toy for my baby twins and was happy to see it was on sale with Hello Baby. The price was good and delivered in a few days. Unfortunately, the product packaging arrived dirty to touch when I unwrapped it. I was left with black dirt on my hands and on the toy. It seemed it had been stored on a warehouse shelf for a long time. When I unpacked the toy I had to immediately clean it with boiling water and sterilising fluid as there were dirt marks in multiple places on the toy, some of which could not be removed. The packaging where the toy was sat was also scratched so I think this had been sat for a while and moved around a lot. I wrote to Hello Baby to highlight this and supplied pictures to which they apologised for the state of the item and would review their packaging procedures. The only reason I did not send this item back and ask for a refund was because I really wanted it and sending items back can be an inconvenience when buying online. If I had bought it from a shop I would have taken it back for an exchange. Customer service was good, packaging and state of item not good, product good value for money.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased 3 items on May 11, 2020. It is now June 28, 2020, and I have still not received my order. I have repeatedly contacted customer service. I continue to receive generic responses asking me to continue to wait additional working days. I understand that this is a challenging time, but two months seems like an AWFULLY long time to wait, particularly because when I purchased these items the the shipping estimated was 10-15 days. This is particularly upsetting as these items were birthday gifts for my niece, who has now been waiting a month and a half for her gift. The emails that continue to ask me to just be patient are grating. I’m kind of done “continu[ing]to be patient”.

Delivery took 6 weeks, I was told it would be 10 working days ie 2 weeks!

First of all, this "Tell us how we did" email was addressed to "Mychelle" (the recipient of the gift) instead of myself who actually purchased this gift that has still not arrived. I ordered this item on April 20th and received a confirmation and an email that my order was shipped out April 21st. As this was a gift, my friend informed me on May 8th that she has received nothing. I reached out to Hello baby and they said that due to the pandemic, things are taking longer than usual so I said ok. On May 10th, I got another email saying my order has been shipped. It is now June 5th (coming up to almost TWO MONTHS and still my friend has not received this gift. When asked for a tracking number, Hello Baby could not provide one. Totally frustrated with how Hello Baby is handling this missing purchase order. Customer service and satisfaction is not a high priority apparently.

Ordered a child seat for my bike recently. It got delivered even before the 8 days promised on the website. The customer service team has been in touch, no problem. Can't wait to go for a ride!

I ordered and cancelled my order the same day (about 5 minutes in between) I asked for a full refund. I got an email saying that I would get one but 10 days later and I still haven’t got my money back. Starting to think it’s a scam. No one replies to the Facebook messages although they are on it posting things. I wouldn’t buy from this place due to the lack of certainty and communication. They clearly don’t care about keeping a regular clientele. If you’re not going to give me my refund at least send me my things that I ordered. I feel robbed of my money.

This took forever to be sent to me. I just got it yesterday and it isn’t even the correct item. This spout allows spills to happen. Why in the world would I want that?

I had a look at your order and I can see that we received your order on 19 Apr 2020 at 22:25 and was dispatched and collected from our warehouse the following day at 15:39. Unfortunately due to the current situation a lot of our international shipments are delayed. After a percel gets collected by our courier the parcel is beyond our control. Ordered with Hello Baby during the Covid 19 pandemic. Delivery took over 2wks to Ireland but just as I was starting to get concerned the products arrived. Everything was in perfect condition and we are very happy with our purchase. Will use Hello Baby again in the future. Thanks
