It's a chat bot, but it reports names as if it's a person. I asked if it was a bot and it replied, "No, this is your live agent Vanessa". But when you reply with complex answers it breaks and says it will transfer you. Just trash

Worst experience ever and I've only used Uber three times the order took 2 hours and 18 minutes to arrive and the driver ran away so quickly. You failed to notice that I'm on a walker and I can't bend over to pick up my food. And of course super cold.

I placed an order for a restaurant. Immediately after planning it I realized it was at the wrong location. I tried to cancel and they claimed the food was already prepared and I would still be charged the full amount. I contacted the restaurant and was told they had NOT prepared anything and would cancel the order. Uber claimed they could not refund my money and the merchant has accepted the order. They disconnected me. Basically stole my money. I have nothing to show for the order. The money charged was a gift! I will not use them again. They are thieves!

I wrote a review close to a month ago about being physically assaulted by my Uber driver. To date, Uber has done nothing about it. As part of my ongoing effort to raise awareness and place blame in the hands of Uber, I'm making the driver known on every social media platform available. The driver's name is John. In his late 60's to early or, mid 70's. He drives a white Kia Sorento license plate number 8TJJ512. I believe he's Armenian or some sort of middle eastern descent. This assault took place in Burbank, in the parking lot of and, directly in front of Ralph's on San Fernando and Delaware. Beware of this driver.

I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with Uber and after being a loyal customer for 14+ years my Uber cash does not work and I am watching my money expire as Uber never gets back to me about how to fix this issue. This is illegal. I have been watching my money disappear because Uber will not fix the Uber cash problem. They say they reach out to you but they do not. I have tried to reach Uber 37 times and without fail I never get a response. You should be ashamed of yourself.

As a driver, I am so very disgusted by the ridiculous contradictions of the company. It even states in their guidelines that they actively seek feedback to help them improve the service.. so when I got an email from Uber telling me that a customer didn’t receive their order and that I need to review the Community Guideline and I should supply photographs when a customer had requested to leave their order outside.. I read the entire Community Guidelines and it has nothing to do with delivery photos.. but my main issue, sometimes the app literally doesn’t give you the option to add a photo graph when you select the confirmation of delivery. If the app lets me take a photo, I ALWAYS take a photo, but there are occasions that the option doesn’t appear in the app.. so they can’t recommend I take a photo when their app doesn’t let me… it made me furious.. so I messaged Uber Support. I got bounced between at least 11 different representatives over 3-4 days, receiving the SAME copy and pasted vague useless response to refer to the Community Guidelines.. even when I demanded to be transferred to a supervisor, I got the same copy and paste rubbish…

Most of Uber support are so stupid and lame, i got different answers every time I called. Now uber is deducted my background fee several times, the total fees is $34 divided into two deductions $17 each, but uber is deducted the $17 three times so far..

If I could give a DOUBLE ZERO I would. I haven’t used the app in awhile and when I saw a buy one get one free at teriyaki madness for a 2 large 2 protein bowl I got it and drove 25 minutes to veg one bowl that looked like dog food. And Uber pretty much said too bad deal with it. There’s no refund for something I paid for. I’m so tired of being robbed by Uber

They need not allow drivers to rate innocent riders one day for asking a driver to not go 20 over speed limit. Before it was because I’m a cautious woman that’s not super chatty at all, esp to strangers. Simply polite. And I tip decent. It’s so silly a rider is rated as drivers carry way more responsibility but I’m scared to speak up to them as I know they will rate me portly. Uber does not fix ratings. They give standard replies and makes me look bad to next driver as well as potential longer wait times. This is crazy and needs to stop. I’m currently seeking alternative transportation

Being a customer, I'm trying to figure out the price of an Uber trip compared to taxi. The taxi company just gave me a price. Uber says, "Sure thing, but first, I need to know every detail of your life, so we can fill your inboxes with nonsense and then sell it to the highest foreign bidder". How about you be a corporate leader, and add a simple calculator on your website that potential customers can use to decide if they want your service? I mean, really it would be cheaper than losing millions of customers that are tired of constant spamming from useless companies. Thank you for not listening.

I’ve been using Uber for both rides and Uber Eats for a while now, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. My last ride took more than an hour to get home, and it was a nightmare — though not the driver’s fault at all. The real issue was with the Uber app. The app kept showing confusing directions and mismatched pick-up and drop-off information. The driver first picked up one rider, then the app added another rider to the route. After dropping the first rider off, we couldn’t find the second rider due to the app’s confusing instructions. The map kept changing, and neither the driver nor I could figure out what was going on. The other rider kept calling the driver and shouting at him, which was unnecessary and made the situation even more stressful. I felt bad for the driver since he was just following the app’s directions, but everything was so poorly handled. On my phone, all I could see was "co-rider drop-off" without clear pick-up info, which made it even worse. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Uber. I even canceled my Uber One membership because of poor service and unresolved issues. Uber’s support has been lackluster, and it feels like they don’t care about resolving customer concerns anymore. We’re paying a lot for these services, and it’s frustrating not to receive the quality we deserve. Uber needs to fix its app and provide better service because, right now, it’s just not worth it.

I got disappointed service from Uber. They are charging $11.29 from my Account without inform me and giving any reason. When I inquire it and informed that I need a solution for that simply they disconnected the Call. This is a big fraud and they steal money from the innocent people.

I will not ever use Uber because the fine print agreement signs your liability rights away. Lawyers and business people screw people over unfairly and think by winning and making money unfairly is ok (e.g. the Mom, Dad, and daughter who used Uber when their Uber driver wrongfully ran a red light and caused a tragic accident; But the family could not sue because the 16 yr old daughter had signed a separate long-worded Uber Eats clause that invalidated her or anyone in her family to sue Uber. Not fair and we should not ever trust Uber or lawyers that enable this unfairness.

Takes ok long to find drivers. Drivers are always cancelling trips within 5 minutes of arrival. And this is after you’ve been waiting for sometimes 15 minutes or more.

Uber is one of the worst companies to work for they've acted my account many times for no probable cause. We Uber drivers deal with some crazy people who threaten Our Lives who disrespect us and because we stand up for ourselves the drivers are penalized my Uber deactivating accounts. Preventing people from making a living under pain their drivers I have proof which I will be posting. Somebody needs to create a different driving app to support drivers better. Uber doesn't appreciate what bus drivers do. I'm glad Latisha James the da out of New York sued him for $325 million now I'm trying to get the Attorney General's office of Arizona to do the same. Here's a ride I had out of the airport the only paid me $7 and charged the passenger $19 I barely got paid 40% when they're supposed to pay 60%. Please somebody do something about this this company is pure scum
