Why can you not talk to a human? Absolutely the number 1 customer service company for inability to care about customer support. Going to Lyft permanently.

Uber is practicing fraud against its public: (1) it automatically charges its customers cancellation fees even when Uber driver FAILS to show up. (2) Uber makes it IMPOSSIBLE to reach its offices anywhere in the country. Any provided phone number is NOT answered and does not provide LEAVING a message. Please note that Uber drivers ARE in fact very good. Uber itself is the culprit and needs to be condemned in strong terms.

I got robbed by a Uber driver. Took a late night Uber with my 2 children in the rain from the airport . Uber driver was super weird kept catching him staring and initially wouldn’t let my kids in the car until he got in. However got home didn’t speak to him, didn’t think much of it until few days later saw my account had money missing. Investigated my transactions to discover the Uber driver claimed I had messed up his car, with a vape. I rung up Uber and they said the driver had the right to charge for any mess made in his car. However I was so angry a/ I don’t smoke and my little kids 5 year old don’t either and had both fallen asleep as soon as they got in the car. He was lying so I asked for proof. After been told the charge would stand I the received an email with the picture. I rang back and pointed out I don’t smoke, all my bags where in the back of the car, if I would of made a mess in the car I would of smudged the seat when I got out. further more you can clearly see the that it was rain and you can see the rain drop in the car. This means the broke Uber driver had after I had left opened the door and put rain water in his car took a picture so he could rob my money. you can see the speckle drops on the seat on the picture. I actually feel like the Uber driver has stolen from me , if I stole £100 from someone’s account it would be a crime. After me pointing out that I had seen the pictures the clerk agreed quickly it was rain water and refunded the money. However the weird driver had the cheek to put a low rating after he robbed my account which Uber said they can’t change or contact the driver. People be aware some of these drives can’t be trusted and if I didn’t have the picture investigated I would have been £100 down. Which isn’t great since I had just come from my holiday. Not much customer protection and actually scary to think that the driver took his time to do that. On holiday you have the tendency to spend loads so if I wasn’t so overly cautious with my money would I have noticed the amount coming out of my account?? Wonder if he had done that before ??

You cannot make reservations in advance. Thats a lie! Not in Youngstown Ohio. Same day I tried to get a ride. UberX & Uber XL both unavailable. Unreliable business. Going to Lyft or back to Taxis!

Worst customer support ever. I had multiple instances where Uber driver asked for additional cash with any reason and stopped cab in between harras female riders. Other apps like ola has better customer support. Recently, I booked cab from my home to new delhi railway station and driver was asking for extra money to keep my 2 bags in the car. Really stupid.

The worst support I have ever experienced . They will keep forwarding your calls and every time you have to repeat the same problem and authentication . Unbelievable that Uber support is in the 18 century

You all scammed me out $50 won't happen again. You ruined my whole weekend. Thanks alot. What happen to the phone line? All you have is made up text for help. I'll be doing lift from now on or even driving myself. Especially stealing money from me. I rate no stars at this point you have no live support system.

This company is an absolute joke along with its customer service. Just a ride share app managed by a bunch of morons. Keep getting sued. They don’t pay very well that’s most likely why most of their drivers are miserable. If you run into a problem using this app like getting assaulted or sexually harrased, Uber WONT TAKE ACTION TO HELP YOU THEY WILL BAN YOU FOR BEING A VICTIM. This is NOT A SAFE APP TO USE. Im researching A LAW SUIT AND WANT TO PRESS CHARGES. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS. UBER IS A FAKE COMPANY.

We ordered food from restaurant and booked Uber for pickup to deliver to our home. However, the driver partner picked up my parcel and not complete the ride and absconded. When we contacted the Uber team, they stated that they are not responsible for this. Is this their response? What if I sent any valuable items? Is this the same response they give?

Uber destroyed my business with them. I had a $25 promotions back for being a first time customer at Uber Eats. Worst experience ever 3 items missing and uber refunded me $4 the milkshake alone was $4 what about the other 2 items? Anyways they wouldn't help me so I canceled everything with UBER now keep in mind I had done thousands of dollars in rides with them. All over with the $25 Ruined my whole first time experience at UBER EATS. After that I decided to not use UBER Rides. I told them to check my account and see what they are losing. I went to LYFT over $25.00 bad business decisions on your their part.

Uber has the worst customer support service. They don't help with issues or concerns, they constantly transfer calls over, say they will send you to priority support team, or specialized support team to help you with your concerns, and once they do that they email you with something that does not have anything to do with your concerns or issues, then they end the chat, when you call back you go through the whole process over and over again without anything being resolved. They even lie to Uber drivers and it's so unfair.

so bad. not sure who uber hires but these people cannot provide any customer survive whatsoever. rather consistently bang my head against a wall than waste time out of my day to talk to these people.

Uber support or customer service is absolutely abhorrent. I once worked for UberEats, thinking that it would be cool since you have more freedom by choosing when you will start your shift and end your shift and it was mainly delivering food, but then I realized how much they like to drain your energy, get over on you and don't care about your safety. 1.) Uber support will give you orders that are far for money that can barely help with paying for gas. 2.) When Uber support gives orders to pick up at a restaurant it doesn't show the zipcode of the location you are dropping the food at until after you pick up the food. 3.)Good luck speaking to Uber support about any issues or errors with your earnings because they will continuosly transfer you to other agents just to tell you that they can't fix your issue at all. 4.) Most importantly, when you are following the directions to a customer's home after picking up their order, the uber support will send a request that blocks the directions and if you try to ex out the request then they will keep sending more which can cause an accident. All in all, I don't recommend working risking your safety, time and energy for Uber since they clearly do not care about the drivers.

There is no customer support that I can find. The Uber app does not recognize my password. I click "I forgot my password" It sends a code to my email which I never get. Their online help requires the password. There is no email to contact but business.support and they haven't responded to 5 emails where I tell them I don't get the emails so text me a link to update my password. There is no customer.support email or customer support phone number that I can find. I try to reset the app and delete the account and start over but when I enter my phone number it says there is already an account so I can't.

I ordered a bundle last night for pizza and a dessert and was double charged for the delivery and service fee when it should have been one they refused to reimburse me through my debit the overcharge. Chose to credit my uber account. Then hung up on me when I told them I would not accept a credit line, but wanted reimbursed.
