On a vacation in Texas from fl and was denied a refund for a car I couldn’t rent. This is my first time out of my state and things are totally different. now I’m out of $114.82 and can’t contact a real person from Uber to make things a little better..this is very frustrating and unacceptable and I can’t do business with a company who exploits there customers under any circumstances.

Impossible to talk to a person about issues 1.I was charged a higher price than quoted at booking and the reason options are insufficient as none of them apply to my issue. 2. On a trip to Phoenix, I was offered a black service from Phoenix airport to Scottsdale for $30 but I was charged $60 !!! Uber customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. A chat bot is not able to cover all issues!!! I will definitely use Lyft in the future as Uber is robbing people and not allowing any recourse

Uber is no longer same as it was. The app has more flaws than ever before. I am repeatedly having issues with Uber. Biggest mistake to use Share Ride. The app turned us around back to my original location where I was picked up and picked up a ride (share ride) in opposite direction. Added 35 minutes to arrival time ant airport. I consequently missed my flight and caused a lot more than I could afford.

Lost my phone the driver found it. It has been six hours and customer support says he will contact me. When is the big question and why so long to return a phone. They do not care

I need to submit a claim about a car I rent in France via Uber and the rental company cheated and charged me more than $400 in car repairs alleging I hit the car all over. It is a real scam from Hertz. But, I did the deal with Uber and Uber has no way I can file a claim of this nature and I feel completely violated from the car rental company and from Uber support. If Uber is not going to support these type of services, the better not offer. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM that with Expedia would never happen. Never rent a car with UBER. Hertz from Nice, France is famous for this type of scams (check their reviews) and Uber should know about this and protect their customers about this. Definitely complete lack of support for customers. I invite anybody to check on UBER app or website if they have an option to present these type of claims.

As a rider, you have zero rights. They can overcharge you for anything they want and will not listen to your side at all. And if you don’t agree with them, they will flat ignore you and not allow you to talk to a person or try to help you. If you want your tip back because your driver turned out to be a rude jerk then they totally ignore you. Will be going to Lyft from now on.

I was charged twice for a single ride all because the driver had to go pick up his kid from school. And so ride took a lot longer. But yet the driver doesn’t get the extra $ Uber itself does. So my problem is that one I should not have been over charged and two if I am to be over charged for time or distance then they should pay the drivers.

I think Uber makes most of their money by sending drivers too soon. If they come before you finish applying, you are charged if the pick up time is different from your request. The Uber request form on the computer is horrible. It is not user-friendly at all. I am really disappointed that they have not organized their request form and will send a driver while you're still typing. Uber needs to improve their request service, and return the money that was charged for a driver that came too early.

Hands down the worst possible support imaginable. 3 weeks of going back and forth with scripted responses and at the end they just closed the ticket without solving anything.

At 7:37 am, I scheduled a ride with Uber. The app responded with "arrive by 7:57 am"...then found a driver that was 7 mins away, so I book it. 3 minutes later, I checked to see where the driver is and the wait time is now 9 minutes. I texted the driver about 10 minutes into the wait and asked 'Are you close?' and got no response. For 23 total minutes, the app stayed on that 9 minute wait time, so I canceled. The app, if you can believe it, responded to my cancel request by mentioning that the driver was on the way. On this day, I ended up arriving to work an hour late.

Uber driver had an accident on the way to me !! He did not arrive on time and did not deliver edible food ! I’ve got video from my cctv when he said he had an accident and if I don’t take food he will throw it away as he already marked as delivered !!! I contacted support multiple times !! Had to order food again paid money again ! And this useless time wasters said they will not refund for damaged item I have got ??? Ridiculous! I am reporting this to trading standards I will review this all over social media ! Scammers thefts !!! Stealing money from people useless customer service they don’t even open attachments! Hope they will ban you in uk ! 😡

I had gotten an Uber from Dixon to Davis by a man with a white Hyundai, I had left my keys in the Uber that has my car keys, house keys etc. My driver was Maxwell my friend had contacted him and he said he will coordinate with him the next day. This was 4 days ago and I have even contacted the Uber support center and nothing! I am super frustrated with this and I have no way getting in contact to just get my keys back.

I scheduled an Uber ride for 16 Aug 2024 at 0600, the driver never showed up! The ride was to take to the airport which compromised arrival time to get to my flight at PAE. I would appreciate a response from Uber as to why the driver did not show up or call letting me know when he/she would arrive on the date and time listed above.

Too many issues to list. Honor your commitment that was made to consumers when the company started about economical travel, no tips, reliable and safe cars and drivers, customer rights, etc….. now drivers change minds without notice, no show with zero culpability, yet customers are charged when they gave to wait for 2 mins….. policies are going in the wrong directions. Drivers are indicating there are too many Uber drivers and that they are not being paid enough…. One said more than 60% goes to Uber per drive. Not sure if that was to get more tip from me or reality.

My issues are always specifically with Uber Eats. First of all, no matter how incorrect your order ever is—the support personnel absolutely WILL NOT EVER refund any of your $. You could receive an entire bag of items that are totally different than what you ordered, yet they will still somehow claim that this doesn’t meet the refund eligibility. When you ask to escalate the matter to a supervisor, they advise that you will be contacted by one within 48 hours (which literally never, ever happens). Additionally, I’ve even had delivery drivers leave my food at the complete wrong address and this has been confirmed by GPS tracking on the customer support personnel’s end, but because I was in the middle of a work meeting and unable to physically meet with the driver & had to provide them the PIN code thru message; I was -once again- not eligible for any refund. They wouldn’t even cancel out the tip I had left for the driver who quite literally drove my food to the whole incorrect afdtrss and left it there. I’ve received iced coffee after ordering hot coffee, and of course not eligible for any refund. I’ve also had drivers take 1.5 hrs to deliver my hot coffee (which had of course turned it into cold yuckiness) and not been granted any refund at all. The list goes on and on. I used to always utilize DoorDash which has AMAZING customer service and always provides refunds whenever their drivers or the restaurants screw your order up. But Uber Eats is a bit cheaper, so I got in the habit of using them instead…and I guess now we see how it’s so cheap: they do not offer any real customer support or accuracy guarantee whatsoever. I wish we could ban together and force them out of business until they change their ways.
