Im convinced Uber customer support team is from another planet. The worst ever. They all say “I have to forward you to another agent that can assist you better" 4 agents later and they just END THE CHAT. WTF ! This happens every time I need assist.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Got transferred 7 times on a call and when you chat with them you can ask a direct question and still they won’t know how to respond. One of the main reasons I’m switching over to Lyft

Agents lie all the time. Made up nameas,no help, hanging up long wait calls. You can loose your sanity dealing with Uber costumer service

I'm a delivery driver and I just want to say that the support team to even just help the drivers when we have an issue is awful I can't even get a hold of someone that isn't through text or a robot and they don't help half of the time. So glad I'm about to get a different job

Uber charged $40 cancellation fee even though I cancelled it within a minute bc I made a mistake on my Uber eats order. There is no live person to talk to only chat. They don’t resolve the issue and they are rude they close the chat when you are still complaining.

I am an uber driver and I work 12 hours a day just to maintain my uber diamond status which gives me access to priority queue access whenever I drop someone at airport. But for past many times I didn't recieve any trips whenever I drop somebody at the airport. I have put forward this complain a lot of times but nobody pays attention to it. Today I called for the same reason their agent lied and said that it is because thrir engineering team is working on it but then he changed his statement and daid that this is because the demand is low. When I asked him to transfer the call to supervioser he told me that the supervioser said that he cannot talk because he is gonna give me the same answer. But upon insisting he transfered me to one of the supervioser who actually gave me the same answer but with some addition of his own he said that uber is not responsible for giving me trips. I should leave the airport if I don't recieve trips from their. And he added another excuse that because their are other diamond drivers in queue that is why I am not getting trips. Now I have 3 answers for the same question. I asked him that their couldn't be 3 different answers to a single problem he said that then this is because of low demand. I asked him to admit that his agent lied but after that instead of accepting he stopped talking. At that point I could clearly her hid couleges talking in the background but this guy wasn't giving an answer. I dropped the call and called again but this time when I asked the agent to transfer my call to supervioser. He said that he is the supervioser and I explained everything to him and after listening he dropped the call I since then I have been calling ubet support to file complain against tgese guys they keep on putting me for half an hour long holds. Even now I am on a hold for 23 minutes. I have no other way to complain cause nobody is ready to hear.

I was having an issue with the website so I emailed support instead to only be told to use the website. Then I called driver support (I'm not a driver but there is no customer call support at all which is ridiculous) to explain the situation with the website and the email support and was met with rudeness and constant interrupting.

Uber is a disgrace despicable company! They lost my business forever! The county I live said Uber is providing rides instead of using the on demand bus. I downloaded the app and it shows my voucher. When I made a ride it does not show. I made and attempt to use the help. It goes nowhere and says I didn't pay for a ride yet. They wanted $40 each way and I am suppose to be paying $1.50. I am lucky I tried it ahead and didn't trust them or I would of gotten screwed with a big charge and it costs $25 just to cancel a reservation. They do not offer any customer service phone help at all! It is outrageous. All they want to do is get money of the misery and backs of others and provide no customer service! It is sickening! They made us miss our doctor appointment and caused us more stress and harm. The county said the voucher still works and they said an email no reply that it doesn't. I called another number it is only south american accented workers who you can't understand. If you ask for help they just hang up on you. Is this the America we want and deserve? Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

My driver was great! So friendly. My complaint is that Uber doesn't have sufficient customer support. They don't have a phone number to call for support, only email. My phone fell out of my back pocket and was left in the Uber. I've emailed Uber and they've let me know that they emailed the driver, but I'm asking them to CALL the driver. All I want is confirmation that the driver is aware of the situation and looked for my phone.

In many cases, the person you are carrying is gonna be taken care of and elderly patient and being late. All the time is not right for a company. So I suggest you straight out what's going wrong. I don't know if it's support. From driver's but I would never use you in current situations. Send

Worst support I ever have with any company, I dont have an option for uber eats and I did call and email with uber support for more than 3 weeks but only receive same text from 10 different support and it was all useless and no follow up, I cant work for over 3 weeks and no one help me

I booked Uber Go from T2, IGI, New Delhi. Before booking was asked to pay via Paytm which I did. When I called the Driver he was at T3 & asked us to come there with lugguage. I said we booked cab from T2. He said its server error come to T3, I said I cant come with luggage. Call was disconnected & driver cancelled the trip. I booked Ola & reached the destination. Next day I raised a complaint via Uber twitter but no action was taken. After waiting for a day I raised a complaint using Uber app auto msg was sent after a day. After couple of days another msg i received: http://tinyurl.com/yq5g4lm3 I mean, i want my money which I paid you & your driver cancelled the trip. You are wasting my time without taking required action.

No that Uber cares how good a customer you are. It is frustrating not to be able to get any help. Fore example, the Wait and save feature for example, had me waiting for 35 minutes and then said to try later and when I tried later, it was more money. Thieves!

I am a takeout restaurant manager. Highly recommend avoiding this service. Uber is riddled with problems in every way. Drivers are consistently given late notice on pickups, and sometimes don’t even pickup orders. Drivers pickup orders and deliver to wrong addresses or don’t complete the delivery. And good luck trying to resolve these issues with customer service. When you finally get through their jungle of gatekeeping prompts, they’ll find a way to absolve themselves off any wrongdoing and refuse to reimburse. Would rate with zero stars if it were possible.
