1 star because you cannot give negative stars.Walgreens uses Uber to deliver perscriptions. Clearly labeled apt 2. Driver took pic of door just below apt #. The number on the text would mot work and there is no cust service # to talk to someoneI could find.I finally found my package at apartment 19.

I just started with Uber. I rented a Chevy Malibu, then at the last minute I was switched to an electric Chevy Bolt. HATE THIS CAR. It takes $20, and an hour to charge the damn battery and I have to stop twice a day to keep it charged. I spend $40 A DAY on this POS, not a week, A DAY. To say Customer Service is a joke is an insult to jokes. No one speaks English and you can't understand them most of the time, then you get transferred over and over until you give up after the 4-5th transfer. Haven't driven 3 days and I effing quit.

Scheduled ride in advance, message sent that no driver was available while waiting for the driver, 92 year old father had to drive 1-1/2 hr home from airport drop off. I will NEVER use Uber again. Extremely poor company.

I Don't Have An Account With Uber, Never Used There Services, I Paid For A Onetime Ride For 16.28, On April 14, 2024 ,Then Yesterday Uber Company Drafted My Account 72.52, But Not Before My Card Was Removed From My Fiance Account And Uber Also Drafted My Fiance Account For The Same Amount No Customer Support Line To Assist You, The Driver Has No Live Support Services As Well, This Company Is Putting Alot Of People In Danger Due To Stealing And Misappropriation Of Peoples Funds This Situation Can Cause A Tragic Situation, Its Put The Lives Of Both Party In Danger, The Company Took My Money Then Sent Me A Link To Pay A $ To Talk To A Live Rep, I'm Going Media ,I'm Going To Get My Money Back. The Corporate Owners Of Uber Needs To Take Life Serious And Stop Stealing Citizens Hard Errand Money, It's Shows That Uber Corporate Owners Could Careless About The People That Patronize Their Business And Services This Situation Could Cause A Tragic Situation It Most Be Exposed As Soon As Possible.

Bad bad drivers. I have been in many Ubers that don’t care what they’re doing when they’re driving. Many Ubers break the law. The Uber I just had almost hit my friend, and would have if she didn’t jump out of the way. And then as soon as I went to go open the door, the Uber drove away. Super super angry and never want to order from them again. They really hire anybody!

Absolutely disgusting rip off company. For customers and drivers alike, Uber is a greedy money grabbing company who should be closed down and taken to court for theft. I will never use Uber again. Support your local taxi firms.

Very bad support! Nowhere is navigation to any support. Navigating is only to help centre page where is no solution for your problems. If you need contact someone, you are lost without help.

When drivers are wrong or when their app screws up and a rider requests a refund it is a daunting task. 9 times out of 10 they say you've exhausted your allotted refunds. So, let me get this straight, I have to pay for extended travel time because bad routes are used, extended travel time though I provide a better route the driver refuses to accept, spoken to with attitude, constant long wait times when drivers decide to swap you out with another driver especially when you see they just drove near your pick-up location, etc. Further, they use a timer for drivers to arrive, which is inaccurate. At times Uber notifies you the driver has arrived, yet they are nowhere to be found. If they are not at the wrong door or address, they just didn't arrive yet and we are subjected to large wait time charges! Amd-UBER WILL NOT REFUND 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 BECAUSE YOU ARE TOLD YOU'VE GONE OVER YOUR REFUND ALLOTTMENT!

Will never use ever again they will rob you of your hard earned money. Placed an order which the crackhead they assigned to it never picked up and they still refused to refund the order. Plus they hire nothing but drug addicts and ex felons you really dont want at your doorstep anyway. The customer service now is so bad you will be arguing with a Pakistani who doesnt give 2 shits about you as a customer. Keep that 35 bucks you robbed me for last night becasue you just cost yourself a lot more in future orders i have deleted all familys accounts this morning. Good ridance

This company is the worst. My family member works with Uber , and at the start of his shift this passenger puked . He lost a whole days of work do to this incident . He called customer service/corporate and had sent pictures and obviously they can see it was beginning of his shift. So his day was ruined because he had to go get it cleaned out and spent money he doesn’t have to get it cleaned. He explained the situation and they have been literally brushing him off. Mind you he is a hard worker trying to feed his family and going through hardship. This company isn’t trying to hear it or reimburse him . They keep saying it’s under investigation. What is there to investigate he has proof , he has receipts. All this money this company makes and takes from the drivers. This is pure greed and honestly unfairness. With all that’s going on in this country you would think they would have some empathy , but no they just keep brushing him off. I would recommend that this company treats their drivers with some kind of understanding and see the unfairness in their decision.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel Uber one. The instructions they provide on how to cancel is a flat out lie. When I finally contacted their terrible support they assured me they canceled my subscription. I was subsequently charged another month...this should be illegal...I literally can't cancel my subscription.

This company is such a joke!! Have the rudest people riding and just overall trash customer service.. you have foreign employees on your customer service phones not understanding what you are explaining to them. Then the situation turns bad on one end then escalates to even further when simply when asked to speak with a supervisor there should be no hesitation
