“Delivery was quick, packaged well enough for purpose and the white item was put between the black to protect it. Only issue is the t shorts are actually labele as s,m,l,xl. Whereas the options online were specific number sizes. The drop down options should reflect the sizing of the garments.”

“I paid extra for quick delivery, which did not come to after hen party. However good customer service has saved yourselves. An apology, explanation and refund goes a long way. Due to this I will use your company again.”

“I'd like to request a refund and I'm not sure how. Paid for next day delivery... THREE days later the box arrives (as I'm already on the hen do) and even when I do open the box (to check if it was actually this delivery) the tiara is snapped and doesn't read 'bride to be' it reads 'to be'. When trying to message the post 9ffice to try and track my parcel they said the ref. Number they had given was fake, when I clearly received an email saying it was dispatched and on its way!!! Overall a MASSIVELY unnecessary stress before my best friends hen do. Seriously disappointed!!!!”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received, I placed an order with you on the 27th April and was told via an email that it would arrive by 5pm on the Friday 29th, by 4pm nothing had arrived, so I called to check that I would get it by 5 pm, I was told it was on the van and it would be with me. When it hadn't arrived at 5, I called again, but recorded message told me that the offices were now closed, 6.30 pm came and went, still no delivery !!!! Saturday morning also came and went with no sign of my parcel. Phoned the office, to now be informed that the offices were closed until Monday. As the Hen party was on Saturday, I was to say the least, quite upset by this. I then find out that it had been delivered to Hinckey main post office, ON SATURDAY. What was the point in giving my address details, if you had no intention of delivering it to my address. I would not recommend you to anybody.”

“Ordered a selection of items, polka dot boxes for hens tiara and tmessage t shirt for bride, everything arrived next day/2nd day even in Northern Ireland. Delighted with it all would definitely recommend”

“Excellent customer service, quick delivery, great range of items. Used fast 2 day delivery but they arrived safely the next day. I ordered some items we no longer needed and the return process was exceptional. I expected to be told I couldn't have a refund as it wasn't an issue on the suppliers part (another hen ordered the same) but this wasn't a problem at all and the refund/return process was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend and definitely use again”
