“My appt. with Hidden Hearing at THIRSK went very well indeed. The gentleman (I think his name was either Roy or Ron) who did my hearing test was friendly, humorous, patient, and very professional. He answered all my questions and was thorough with the examination. He was as good as they get !”

“Right from the start of my contract I have found the service and visits of staff to be of the highest quality. If you need batteries they are sent out by return of post. The advice given by the audio specialists is always first-class and practical. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone.”

“Callum did a very good job. The main point was that he told me frankly about the merits of going for a new set of hearing aids. It sounds expensive but it seems worth it so long as I upgrade before April 5th 2020 to obtain the 30% reduction. I ask myself is it worth it? I hadn't thought of electronics 'wearing out' but I think this was meant more of contrast between the present set and the newer technology. I continue with the possibility of hearing better with a new set . This may mean a second annual payment against loss etc which might be offset Thank you Stephen Gifford”

“Very positive experience. Everyone is helpful, communicative and friendly. The advice I received was apt and the device I am using is the same as hearing normally (no magnification of external background noises or sharp wheezes etc). It is also very hard to detect that I am wearing one. One misfortune is that the device is super expensive and I hope I can make use of it for as long as possible. On the positive side, you get continued good service for no extra charge.”
