“After reading so many amazing reviews on reddit, and this website, i ordered, they took my money and never even replied to emails so i gave up. 100% scam website and reviews.io have proved it. Highstreetpharma was an almost 5/5 rating, then reviews.io remove their fake reviews and literally only 1 star reviews remain. then they remove the link to reviews.io in a scramble to hide their scamming, then start adding weird 't shirt reviews'. obviously to try make it look like reviews.io made a mistake....but they messed up by having a verified buyer, meaning a HSP sent an email (to themselves) with a link to review. SCAMMERS

“Made an order on the 25 April 2022 of Modvigil from EU warehouse.
They say they ship fast from EU and that the delay is between 7 and 14 days.
After the first week my order was still showing as pending payment (I sent funds via bitcoin) and had no tracking number.
I sent a message to their support which told me that the order should be sent in 48h because of some holidays at that time.
After 48h still nothing.
I resent a message to their support which again told me that a tracking number should appear in a couple of days and that it should go live after 5 to 7 days and take 10 to 12 days to be delivered.
(Is that a joke ? Live after 5-7 days and 10-12 days delivery ? How is that what was promised ? But whatever at that time I don't want to be rude and I understand if they have issues)
The tracking number finally appeared after a total of TWO WEEKS after I made the order.
But guess what ? Surprise !
The tracking number is from Czech Post and is INVALID.
I resend a message to highstreetpharma and their answer now is that the order will be delivered in 30 to 35 days now.”

“A lot of people talk about the great customer service. I cant confirm that. I have a long story to tell about HSP:
- I made my fist order half a year ago, it took some time to reach Europe but thats expected and didnt bother me. In Europe, something apparently went wrong with delivery, the DHL tracking service said it was sent back to India. No problem, that can happen. HSP told me, it would be reshipped after arriving in India. But this either never happened because the local DHL partner made a mistake or the parcel arrived at HSP and they did not tell me. Apparently DHL Tracking ends with the reship and all DHL could tell me was that they handed the package over to a local partner. Which one? They couldnt tell me. HSP said nothing, told me they would file complaints to some company after i insisted on that several times. If I hadnt insisted on that, they would have done nothing. Or maybe did never did anything, I just dont know. They company they filed the complaints to apparently has nothing to do with sending parcels. So the whole thing reeks.
- In the meantime, while I was waiting for the parcel to arrive in India, I ordered a second time because i trusted the company and its reviews. First, they just took an eternity to send my order after confirming my payment. Again, I had to write them several times to get things going. Then they gave me the wrong tracking number. After some more mails I got the right one. The order arrived after some time and I cannot complain about the products.
- But in conclusion, my experience with HSP was terrible. One order just vanished (and it wasnt cheap!) and i will not get this money back or a reship. The other order was delayed a long time. And the communication with their customer support is NOT easy. They delay, they mix up orders, they forget what your mails are about or what you refer to in earlier mails. I constantly had to recheck and remind them to do their job. So i cannot understand the other positive reviews. Maybe some of them are not so genuine. Maybe people tend to get blinded by the cheap prices, but i really cannot recommend to buy at High Street Pharma. Their either borderline incompetent or just scammers. There are other, more reliable shops out there.”

Any problems they will reship or refund etc. But when my order was stopped at customs they say that the guarantee is not for EU orders. Avoid at all costs or you will make an expensive error. I ordered from them and the order never arrived. I used the tracking link they sent and it said it was delivered to "Unknown" address. I contacted them and they kept repeating that I needed to check with the local post office, which is super stupid. They said they wouldn't give me a refund since the order was "delivered", but I never received it. Wasted so much time going back and forth by email with them. They actually respond to my emails but they seem to have issues with reading comprehension since they don't address the points I mentioned and just keep repeating the same sentence like a robot.”
“The package took 14 days to leave the originating country only to get rejected when it reached Canadian customs. Customer support gave me a very brief response saying they would not reship/refund my order since it was to Canada, which is very unclear when looking at the many guarantees plastered on their site like the picture attached. Had it been more apparent their guarantees excluded Canada I would have gone with one of the many other sellers who do offer it.
After this brief email of no help, they have ghosted me and will not respond to any emails I send. I've offered to pay reshipment fees, I'd even cover the COGS if they'd let me, but nothing...
Bottom line I got scammed out of $150 in crypto and ghosted by customer support.”

I placed my order on the 25th of December - now 2 months later, I still haven't recieved my order. I have mailed their customer service back and forth over 50 times, and they keep promising me things that they never live up to.
I have been told several times, that they will re-ship. I've been given several fake tracking numbers, that never update - according to them, it takes up to 30 days for tracking to update for shipping within the EU? Like what's the purpose of tracking, if it takes 30 days to update? Anyway, they never reshipped, they just keep giving me fake tracking numbers that never update.
They also said, that they will refund my order, if they don't ship and give me tracking soon. I have asked several times for refund, as they haven't shipped, and clearly given me a fake tracking number, but they simply wont issue the refund as promised. They keep stalling. They now want me to wait 30 days for the fake tracking number to "update"
It's been 2 months since I placed my order, and I've emailed them over 50 times, but nothing is happening. Absolutely terrible shop and customer service.
