I bought two pairs of trousers, one pair wore through in a couple of moths, the other pair I tried to take back. I swapped them but had to pay £10 for trousers that were the same price. Realising I had been rooked, I tried to get a full refund they only refunded me the price of the original. Scammed me out of £10.

OMG went to H&M Cambridge 26/03/22. In the changing rooms it seemed there were a new starter and she were working hard . The other one she kept checking the changing area behind the curtain when ever a customer left she looked like a hunter never smiled the way she worked made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be visiting this store again .

Horrible... the worst!! Drove 30 minutes to the closest HM to return a pair of $18 pants and had the receipt and the pants with tickets on. They refused bc I did not have the credit card with me that I purchased them on! I said ok ...well there is a bar code at the bottom of receipt, don't you scan the barcode (like a million other stores do and don't need the card)?? NO. Ok, can I have a store credit then. "NO. We can't take them back!!" Never had such horrible and abusive service to return a pair of shitty $18 pants (quality was awful). WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BUT WILL DEF SHOP ZARA WHO ACTUALLY HAS GREAT PRODUCT AND A "CUSTOMER FIRST" RETURN POLICY. ps. The HM manager was awful too....just kept repeating "read the back of receipt". Thanks so much for the worst customer service I have ever received.

Only reason 1 star was given because you have to pick a star. Otherwise, it would have been zero star. Mall of America store is really bad for customer service. Went there in the evening and asked for assistance, which the staff didn't want to look for the item. Instead she told me they didn't have it, which was a lie because I walked around the store and I found it. Then I told the manager about it, which she didn't care either. I also asked the manager to see if there was a bigger size at other stores or online or even on the mannequin which she didn't even wanted to assist. Very inexperience or unmotivated workers there. Won't go back.

WCTH went wrong..haven't watched the show since HM pulled a bait and switch...they broke my heart...HM went another direction instead of family friendly TV which is what I thought they were

Heads up that H and M has jumped on the Card Only bandwagon. Planned on buying several items today. There was a long queue at the tills and only ONE desk that would accept cash. All the others said CARD ONLY. I already boycott other stores that play this game and am very disappointed to see my favourite store go the same way. Since everyone in the queue was paying cash, it caused a huge bottleneck and we all stood around waiting for the cash desk while the girls at the Card desks stood idle. I will not tolerate this discrimination, if you think you are going to bully me into paying my card, you are wrong. After 15 min i ended up dumping my items and walking out.

My friend and I come in today on Sunday we couldn’t reach the top because it was my friend went up to the till but she refused to help we wasn’t very happy with her we got learning disability I her to get warnings she can apologise if you haven’t got enough staff you should hired more stores I was actually disgusted with theirs attitude I was going to tell off I thought your staff were better then that I like Hm clothes it would be nice if people helped us it would be nice if they do their job properly Annette Wilders

Bad costumer service not helpful at all if you order something with the wrong address they will do nothing to help you even if it’s minutes later they will do nothing for you but make you jump hoops with ups!!!! We spend our hard earned money with your company you think you could have better customer service and better ways to help your paying Customers?

Disgusted with there customer service. Highly disappointed.. Delayed delivery, returns cancellation and refund policies are pathetic. Got the wrong delivery center address so couldn't do d self pick up. Nobody from the HnM or delivery partner could give me the exact status of my parcel. And 24hrs deadline to revert kept on extending to almost forever but no solution.

H & M's selling procedure in the Philippines leaves much to be desired. In the USA, online companies are required to inform customers of their rights and limitations during the process of selling. I placed an order worth more than Ten Thousand pesos and got charged for custom duties and taxes applicable to the order's total value. When checking with an unsympathetic and uncouth customer service person, they referred me to their delivery policy in fine print that orders more than Ten Thousand pesos is taxable. They should have warned me before I checked out. Also, I have placed one-time orders for the dame value and more at other online sites and without being subjected to taxes. Very disappointed with H & M. I have removed my account permanently with them. My staff of more than 200 and who regularly order are also permanently removing their accounts from H & M. H & M , GOOD RIDDANCE!

H&M has the worst refund policy. It will take forever to get your refund back. Whenever you call to chat with customer care they will say the same policy wait for 30 days and again more than 30days the refund will not come. I had a bad experience with return and refund items..once you have an issue with the size or something then we return the item for that also they with deducting the point you earn that's not cool... 👎 please try to fix the refund policy and do the needful and return my refund asap.

Sizing is very inconsistent, to the point where its super frustrating to keep driving back to return stuff. Same label, different revision of item, different fit. Not to mention they closed their fitting rooms for months while they remained open. I've found some of my favorite clothes over the years here, and the rest is just horrible sizing. They claim it's based on "European Sizing", so that's their excuse for the US = sizing not fitting at all. They get their clothing made in 10 different countries. No wonder they all fit differently. PS You do not need to email the company to verify my order down below. Seriously? I've been shopping here for years.

Though the tracking showed that my order was delivered, I hadn’t received my order. I contacted H&M customer service and Lisa was able to help me. She was patient, caring and helped to the best of the her ability. Truly appreciated Lisa’s help.

I returned a dress and after almost 3 weeks in which I did not receive any answer I wrote to them and they gave me an email that they received the return and that they will return a smaller amount of money that was from a chain from the same order which I had kept. I gave them messages, 2 even didn't answer me.

Ordered a white H&M jacket in medium price £34.98 When it arrived l was so disappointed. It arrived in a cheap paper bag envelope, then inside had been squeezed into a small plastic bag not fit for purpose and a quarter of the jackets size not only was it badly “folded” but very badly creased all over where it had been squeezed into a the plastic bag it looked like a crumpled rag. I don’t think even ironing or leaving it on the hanger for a few days would have got the creases out to make it wearable. Shame on you H&M for sending something out in that condition without care it looked so lovely in the photos but not when it arrived. When l ordered a navy jacket at the same price from a well known high street chain store it arrived in a box fit for size, folded with tissue and a plastic cover and on opening not a crease in sight. Hence l will order further things from them but never order from H&M again. I am of course sending the jacket back in the same state it was sent to me and taken photos l hope you have the decency to refund my money promptly or l will be writing another bad review for H&M on here and trust pilot
