Horrible customer service. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Cashier would not call for assistance.

I ordered two shelves only for them both to be damaged when they arrived. And the company does not allow exchanges or returns in store for damaged items. And the process for returning online is a serious pain.

So they take away their 40% discount which was horrible considering most of the things I want or need are never on sale. The cashier at the Brooksville store was more focused on just running away and literally took my money and ran; that's AFTER I realized my bill was 75 dollars OVER what it should have been. I had to wave down other people to help me understand why my bill was so high. Well, Hobby Lobby is NOW beginning to do what other retailers do which I absolutely despise- they're flagging items as sale items and THEN when you get up to the cashier it's not on sale. The best part, the person in front of me bought the same item and hers was on sale however mine was not which makes zero sense. Then they wouldn't honor it after we pointed it out. Unless they bring back the Old Hobby Lobby ways I will not be returning and will take my money elsewhere. Shameful considering the amount of money I have spent there time and time again.

I was standing in line and as I approached the register, the cashier shut her register down. The quality of the products were subpar. I will not be returning!

I love shopping at hobby lobby. However, bring back the 40% off coupon because if something is not on sale then I have to wait to get it but with the coupon I could go ahead and get it.

I love the merchandise, however after shopping for many years, I find the managers are very unfriendly, the one presently in Janesville is VERY unfriendly and cold. Unfortunate, this is suppose to be a Christian based store, and now things are getting greedy, they no longer offer the 40 percent coupon... and not even a senior discount, a multi million dollar industry and they are taking away more. Michael’s, the other craft store is the only one to offer to seniors, which I will be going to a LOT more. Give your people customer service classes and if your managers keep up their demeanor, get rid of them and replace with helpful, friendly people

They will no longer have 40% off coupon What they may have %off in store May not be what you need. JoAnn still have 40% off plus 20% of total. Not shopping at hobby lobby any longer unless they have percentage off of what I need!!!

Awful place. I love crafting and being creative. Craft and hobby stores are usually my favorite places to go. I went to the hobby lobby on wiles road in fort Lauderdale fl. Upon entering there was no hello, or greeting from the various employees standing around. I just went on in. I asked one employee where did they have gilding paint and he immediately said they don't have it. I went on on my own and found it. I really did not feel welcomed here. I will not be returning. I will stick with Joanns and Michaels.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent appx. $50.00 today at hobby lobby which means I made a human mistake to support the green family's billion dollar company and realize after I had paid that HOBBY LOBBY DOES NOT have restrictions on face masks or the 6ft. rule. Non-color females were walking around store like it was 2018. My close circle of family and friends were informed of this practice. The 30%-50% discounts do not compare to a human life. This will be the last time I shop there. BUYER BEWARE-------------------BUYER BEWARE-----------------

Tried to order gift card online...app would not let me pay so I called customer service to buy a gift card...rep took my order...says will be delivered by ups 2 days...WRONG!!...Called cust svc today...4 days later...was told it takes 10 days...rep could not find my order...FAlSE ADVERTISING...WEB SAYS 2 DAY UPS DELIVERY AS WELL..so...now my gift won't arrive on time...SUCKS!!...now im out money because I tried to do business with this company...asked to speak to supervisor & got sent to voice mail....still no call back...4 hrs later...not happy...i'll never spend another dime with this lame company...im so sorry I called them!!

Hobby lobby was short in change and customers needed exact change I offered to give them 15 dollars in quarters and 5 in dimes the manager refused and said we cant do that so I guess it's better for them to inconvenience customers or have them walk off because of a change issue. Sometimes helping out and doing the right thing is not always good. Hiring more managers with customer service and sales experience is best. Just because you worked somewhere as a manager or jumped from job to job for 20-30 years dont always mean you have experience.

Beautiful items,however the Janesville store has the most rudest manager , middle age man, unfriendly, avoids customers, never says hello, and should NEVER have that job in a so called Christian store, he is awful and you need to get rid of him and put him in a kitchen cooking burgers

Yvonne, front end person was rude and wouldn't let me question the receipt. She just kept saying, it is discounted. 1 was and 1 was not. 1 was on sale, therefore, maybe it wasn't? But, the fact that she wouldn't listen or let me ask if that is why it wasn't discounted was rude. Also the cut fur was not discounted, but I didn't even try to ask about that. Then she stood on top of me the whole time?barely 4 in. Apart. I said that's not necessary, I'm not going to give the young lady a hard time. She said, she's new, but the person in front of me ($115. Purchase) paid repeatedly with coupons on her phone and she didn't come over 1 time? I waited in line a good 15 minutes, but she could not listen and told me to go back to fabrics and ask there? She was rude and dismissive of me.

This place is what gives Christians a bad name. I’m disappointed and quite frankly mad. I ordered my stuff on the 27th. I had slowly been shopping the days prior. It’s set up top if I spend $50 or more I get free shipping so I added a few more things to my cart and after I placed my order I was surprised to see that the shipping was $11. I spent over $50 and it stated at the top it would be free shipping. I still haven’t received my order and today is 5 February. I just called wondering about the free shipping and she said that my order was shipped out on the 28th which was a free shipping day but the prior day wasn’t a free shipping day. WHAT?! The fact that I still don’t have my stuff when everyday when I track it it says it will be here that day. I’ve called 5 times now and it’s still days away. I won’t be shopping with them again.

My experience was with hobbylobby.com I ordered a cricut easypress ($200 plus tax). Apparently even though I was able to order it, it was sold out?? No email, no phone call (they of course have all your info Lord knows)...9 days later, I decided to call...stupid person couldn’t even find my order...I requested a supervisor call me. Days later, I FINALLY got a call. Said she could do nothing. No gift card, no online credit. Just a bunch of heartless, empty, thoughtless apologies. Done with Hobby Lobby. Should be more Christian customer service oriented individuals.

Couldn’t find an item. Walked each aisle twice with my grandson. My clerk in sight anywhere. So we waited by framing a good five minutes, but clerk was busy helping a customer. Went to front register to ask for help. Clerk couldn’t help me, he directed me to a manager (presumably, wearing a shirt and tie.) all he did was point towards back of store and tell me he couldn’t leave the front store area.he suggested taking my question to the clerk in framing. My grandson and I set down our other potential purchases and left the store: Amazon got a $70.00 order from me.

Best buying experience ever! Three different salespersons helped me. They took time, were friendly, and extremely helpful. Listened to my needs, and took me to various aisles to see options. Cleta deserves special recognition. Check out process was smooth, and personalized with help finding coupon.

The wedding invitation templates are not user friendly. Even with selecting the correct invitation, the print did not line up like it was supposed to. The rsvp’s were worse. Ending up winging it. Took way too much time.
