Unfortunately our Transfer Agent did not turn up when we arrived at Airport. It was cancelled without notification. This caused unnecessary stress at the outset of holiday. The transfer desk was of no help only, there is no driver and don't call emergency number now as it is not open. We had to get a cab and then forward all the necessary backup of arrival and return cabs to justify for alternative transport, together with proof that we called agent. On the plus side, we were reimbursed and offered a voucher on next trip. Unfortunately, I'm reluctant to use this service again.

Due to Luton car park fire, our parking at ShortRun was switched for some reason to Meet and Greet at no extra cost. On return from holiday we had to wait nearly an hour for our car to be returned to T1 Car Park. At 1am this was not great. Not our usual Holiday Extra parking experience. šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

I thought the whole booking experience was great. We had a long journey travelling to Garrick from the midlands, and when we arrived the checking in at the car park was efficient. When we arrived at the airport after the transfer it was good to relax in th VIP lounge to unwind before our flight. W8ll definitely use in the future.

Good choice of food available for our lunchtime visit. Plenty of available seating. Lounge was very clean and tidy!

Holiday extras experience of booking was great, the price and communication brilliant BUT the hotel experience I booked was awful The hotel room was filthy, there was stains all over the carpet and noone had attempted to clean them, there was a used fruit shoot bottle left under the bedside table and stains on the underside of toilet seat. This was in room 19 I couldnā€™t bring myself to complain after a long drive in stormy weather arriving at 9pm with 2 tired kids on my own. If I had of arrived earlier Iā€™d have asked for another room.

Transfer was on time so none of that early morning panic that the taxi wouldnā€™t turn up! To be fair to Holiday extras they have never let us down! Friendly driver who helped us with luggage and drove us quickly and safely to the airport.

Good value but encountered serious problems trying to extend my stay whilst delayed At Amsterdam. System down during the day for ā€œroutine maintenanceā€ for many hours resulting in many fruitless calls. When I returned to Manchester a day late the system was an absolute nightmare to navigate. Fine if you are not delayed.

Collection booked for 7am. Phoned at 8.45 to say we had landed but had a delay getting our bags and was told to phone again when we had got our bags. This was another half hour at least. I did this...walked to Valet parking (no helpful signage!) in terrential rain. Car still not there. Had to wait in the rain. No excuse for the car not to be there. They had a good half hour warning of when we needed it and anyway I would have expected it to be there at the booked time of 7am. Can this really be called Meet and Greet? It was a good 10 minute walk from Arrivals to the Valet Parking car park. Won't be using them again.
