“Worst hotel ever. The rooms walls are paper thin and you can hear people all talking all night long and even going to the bathroom!! We had a long journey the following day and hardly got any sleep whatsoever. Will not stay there ever again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!”

“Good service but no pickup or dropoff service from Liverpool airport it's saying short walk to terminals but it's 5 to 10 min walk not ideal if you are traveling with young children”

“Great booking experience. Excellent instructions for arrival at airport and finding parking area. Very helpful staff at car park and key deposit point. On return seamless collection of keys and finding car close by. Slight delay at exit barrier as number plate recognition seemed to be on strike but a press on the assist button and we were away. Deffo use them again.”

“The lounge was over crowded, there was nowhere to sit, when we eventually found somewhere it was dirty. The food took about 20 minutes to come out so there was a queue, we then had to wait longer as your staff failed to wash up any plates and stood at the door giggling. The food it’s self was disgusting, we ended up leaving after less than an hour and found it was more relaxing in the general airport. I would not recommend anyone books this. I have requested a refund over two weeks ago and have still not heard back from their customer services.”

“My passport was lost at the airport I missed my flight can’t get next flight because lost of my passport, asked for voucher not refund so I can use it for my next trip I am a regular customer of holiday extra but they didn’t want to know called the customer service they didn’t help , didn’t issue the voucher simply say sorry I booked the parking for 15 days I can’t recommended mom more”

“This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel prior to my vacation. On each time the receptionists were first class and prompt. The room was clean and very well looked after. I always eat in the restaurant and praise the quality and quantity of food. I want to give a 100% credit for service excellence to a young waitress / bar stewardess I believe from the Philippines (Ann). Absolutely brilliant at her job.”

“Customer service on phone was excellent. I couldn’t finish booking online as flight not listed so I had to call. They were really helpful. Orange short stay so convenient especially with young children tired at end of long flight.”

“smooth going stayed one night with parking for 15 days £159 a bargain staff at hotel great .room very nice and transport to airport about 3 mins very good .within 3 mins if coming out of airport the driver arrived to take us back to our car.would deffo book again.”

“£137 for one night stay and 4 days parking against £119 for airport meet and greet for 4 days parking.its a no brainer would definitely use them again.park the car ,jump on the bus to the hotel sleep walk to the terminal fly away.land meet bus at the terminal straight to the carpark and home easy peasy”
