“Renaissance hotel was excellent, with convenient parking and great breakfast. Meet and greet at Heathrow terminal four, was also convenient and well organised. Only negative, was my mobile charger in car, had been removed from its box and left plugged into the car cigarette lighter. It had obviously been used by someone at Blue Circle Meet and Greet to charge their mobile while the car was with them. We were only aware of this, because they had forgotten to disconnect and replace it in the box in our car pocket. This we feel certainly should not have happened, and resulted in a four star, rather than a five star review.”

“Car took 40+ minutes to arrive. I called on the plane as I didn’t have any bags and got to the car park after 25 minutes and had to wait another 15 before the car arrived. Not a great service”

“All good. Happy with dropping car off at entrance as no rough bumpy walk to bus, plus I knew keys where safe as they kept them and didn’t have to worry. On return my car was close to collect and easy to get key. 100% recommend. I always use drop and go, used them in Birmingham 5 times in last 2 years.”

“Great price for a weeks parking at Edinburgh however when we got back from our trip late last night we found the signage at the airport to the bus shuttle pick up point is extremely poor. The problem arose because we parked our car in the designated area then we stayed at the Moxy so we didn’t actually get dropped off at the pick up point. When we returned from our holiday we had to find the pick up for the shuttle bus Airport staff had us walking back & forth in the freezing cold giving out conflicting information as to where the stop was. I tried calling the number on the booking and got a message saying it was not recognised. Really disappointed to be walking around in the dark looking for the correct area. premier-air park could surely have clear signage in the airport so customers can get to the pick up area quickly and safely All we could see was car park pick up at area H so we headed there but this was not where we were supposed to go and the staff we talked to had absolutely no idea and sent us in completely the wrong place. Disappointed ☹️”

“Great value long stay parking and Hampton By Hilton overnight stay with breakfast at Liverpool John Lennon airport. Literally opposite the terminal. Will definitely use again.”
