“My flowers were late. Royal Mail did not receive them till 5pm the day they were due so had no chance of delivering them on time. I contacted customer services who were rude and inconsistent. They kept saying they did their bit and sent them on time, however if Royal Mail didn’t receive them then in my opinion until they are in royal mails hands they are the responsibility of the sender! Even if it was Royal Mail (which is WASNT) it’s still poor customer service to keep saying “it’s not my fault”. Very very poor and obnoxious customer service with no chance of a refund. Actually wondered if I was speaking to children with their “it wasn’t my fault” attitude. Save your money and go elsewhere. The actual flowers were nothing like the pics either. Tiny tiny bunch of flowers compared to picture. I rarely complain but this has really upset me and I will let others know everywhere possible.”

After reading all the reviews, I actually tried to cancel my order but it was too late so I’ll keep my fingers crossed. I was very pleasantly surprised! Flowers arrived well presented with a lovely card. My sister was very happy. I would definitely recommend and will be using again. Great free delivery and even though the bunch was smaller than expected, they were very well received.”

Accepted that they wouldn't be there on the day as they looked like a decent bunch for the money and was only going to be the day after. Turned up a tiny bunch of wilted roses, they were in the bin after a couple of days. Made her wait for nothing! Sent an email to them complaining and didn't get a response.”
“A medium bunch which I paid an extra £5 for had only 8 flowers carnations. I paid £17.99. You get double the flowers for £4 in a local supermarket. If this medium I would hate to see the standard bunch. Very disappointing.”
“Was very dissappointed with the 50 roses bouquet.
The roses were all very small with many on the same
stem.The colour combination was drab and even after
being put in water with the food provided they only improved a little. They certainly was not worth the £17.99 that I paid.
Would not recommend anyone to buy from Home bargain flowers.”
“I ordered a standard flower bouquet, when they arrived there were only 6 flowers in there! I would be too embrarrest to gift them so I had to go to the supermarket to buy a normal bunch of flowers to add to them! They obvisly want you to pay the extra for a normal size bunch of flowers.
I thought I would not make that mistake again so I ordered the medium sized bouquet which was an extra £5. These were ordered from the 'next day delivery flowers" page which also said 'order by 4pm for next day delivery' So I ordered before 4pm and the flowers still haven't arrived 4 working days later with no dispatch conformation! This is not good for perishable items! AVOID!”
“Honestly you would be better going to a petrol station as my £30 flowers turned up today and I could have gotten better ones in esso. The roses had started to wilt and change colour the butterfly was bent out if shape and I received less than half of what was shown even after purchasing the largest bouquet they sold then in. “I would have given zero stars if possible, ordered flowers for 1st feb, delivered 3rd feb, ordered 30 tulips, 27 delivered, stems mouldy, some dead, looked nothing like the picture. Main complaint tough is appaling customer service, live chat not available, no answer tophone calls or e mails. AVOID at all costs, doubt they'll be in business much longer. Sad thing also Home Bargains suggest the flower business is not their concern and are not prepared to help, REALLY!!”
