WHY WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT DX COURIERS - WHO ARE MEANT TO BE DELIVERING MY GARDEN FURNITURE FOR THE 4TH TIME- ALL GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND. GOT 3RD TEL NO TO CALL AND CONSTANT ENGAGED TONE. WHO RUNS A TEL SYSTEM LIKE THIS NOWADAYS. I WISH I HAD NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM SAT IN 2 DAYS WAITING FOR DELIVERY THEN ONTO CALL CENTRE FOR 30MIN AND 45 MIN RAGING SHOCKING SERVICE NO WONDER THEY SHUT A LOAD OF THEIR SHOPS IF THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaGH

I dont normally take time out to do this but homebase/bathdtore are just about the worst company ive ever --- yes ever had the misfortune to deal with. a lady whom ive looked after for over 35 years with her plumbing problems bought a set of bath taps and 18 months after they were dripping . being a ceramic disc turn on and off it means the cartridge needs replacing , but guess what they dont have any , despite this they have a 10 year garauntee hower the idiot of a manager at the south ruislip branch tell the lady ( whilst im not present ) that the cartridge needs to be replaced every 10 months to validify the warranty. im retired now but with 60 years plumbing experience and a full 5 year apprenticeship ive never heard anything re plumbing so ridiculous in my whole life . it goes on ---their email complaint address is non functional . no phone number at any branch or head office gets answered. they in fact tell you its a 45 min wait. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL GET NO HELP IF THERES A PROBLEM , AVOID HOMEBASE AT ALL COSTS

Dissapointed with quality of product. I know it's cheap furniture, but I didn't expect the oak laminate to peel off the edge of my table after less than a month. Won't be using them as much going forward.

ordered garden furniture £1300 worth. paid extra for named delivery date. day arrives I thought il ring customer services to see what time its coming. was informed its not coming its out of stock could take one or two months!!!! was told he would get manager to call me which never happened.Next day I get a message from Homebase apologising and confirming my order would arrive by the end of the week. got message from courier confirming date and time for delivery and I did receive my order which im very happy with. Homebase really need to sort out the customer service call centre as they seem clueless

Worst customer service ever,One star is an exaggeration.Paid for named day delivery and my item failed to arrive.Called their call centre twice and on both occasions waited over 40 mins for an answer only to be cut off twice.Emails unanswered apart from a link to DX to track my order which gave no update other than they had received my item.Txt on sat to say item was out for delivery between 9.15 and 11.15 .....didnt arrive.So glad i paid with pay pal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - ORDERED AN INFLATABLE HOT TUB, ARRIVED WITH A LARGE HOLE IN THE LINING SO WON'T INFLATE - ATTEMPTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICES, TOOK 55 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH TO AN INDIAN CALL CENTRE THAT AGRRED TO REFUND AND ARRANGE COLLECTION WITHIN 24 HOURS....NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN SO EMAILED, NO RESPONSE, IN THE END REVERTED TO PAYPAL TO TRY AND SORT FOR ME - STILL WAITING OVER A WEEK AFTER DELIVERY TO HEAR ANYTHING POSITIVE 0 COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY WITH COMPLETE DIS-REGARD FOR IT'S CUSTOMERS - WILL NEVER EVBER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AT ALL 0 AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered storage unit, paid extra for delivery didn't arrive on time, phoned customer services 50 min wait they said couldn't say when it would be delivered I asked to cancel order they said they wouldn't until it was delivered & then returned. Customer service is appalling, delivery co rubbish, would never ever recommend Homebase to anyone complete waste of time. Return & refund policy absolutely rubbish.

Placed an order on 01/04/21 ( I know, must have been an April FOOL!) of £700 odd pounds for 57 items and paid for named day day delivery. That day came and went no goods. Rang Homebase customer service, twice, both times queuing was in excess of 35 minutes each time. Put through to an Indian call centre. They were no use whatsoever, could not locate where my goods were and was told a supervisor would ring me back in 2 hours. Of course that did not happen. 13/04/21 out of the blue DX2Man couriers delivered a consignment of 6 out of 7 boxes. These contained 30 of the 57 items ordered, 3 of which were damaged beyond use. Asked the courier where the other box was, and was told "This is normal for Homebase, they never ship the right goods. So the moral of this story is --- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM HOMEBASE ONLINE. AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR GOODS. Passed this fraudulent transaction to my credit card company in attempt to claim money back. Look on Homebase facebook page their are 100's of similar cases. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Even after emailing the CEO, the only 'help' offered for the redelivery of goods is ' we'll get back to you' or 'you'll hear from the delivery company in two to five days'. This started on the 22nd March, and I still have no goods, or delivery time, on 15th April! Terrible communication and customer service.

Ordered tiles in a store far away from me as no branches near me had stock. Picked up the tiles and got home and saw they gave me the wrong colour tiles, plain white tiles that I could have gotten at any branch. Tried to call the store, no one picks up. Called customer service, who are useless and don't have a clue, they said they will make sure the store or they will call me back by the end of the day to update us on how they can rectify it. It has now been over a week and we have still heard nothing from them. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Do not order from homebase delivery will never arrive and customer service is terrible, no communication and no help with tacking order. Happy to take money from you but not supply the product

Should be a zero or minus star for these people! Ordered garden sofa with delivery assured for a week last Thursday. To date nothing and no communication from them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Do not order from Homebase and do not expect to have any help from the customer services team.....absolutely terrible. Ordered two garden benches - one arrived broken. Broken bench collected. No replacement yet. i requested a refund, but have been told that they can't do this and that i have to reject the delivery to get a refund...when this actually turns up! So, instead of waiting for the replacement which i'll reject for a refund, i thought i'd order another chair ...this was a BIG mistake...also broken! Have sent photos of the damage....been told to wait for a refund and once issued i have to dispose of the broken chair myself. They will not collect it now. I was told by a customer service advisor to either 'dump it' (that's exactly what he said) or give it to Charity (even though it's broken!). Are Homebase having a laugh?! I hope that you record your colleague calls Homebase, because that advice to a customer is appalling! If i could give zero i would!

Still say in waiting for a delivery no communication from either Homebase or the company will never buy from Homebase again. Poor experience. Waiting 40 mins for customer services to answer phone. Terrible

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 toilet seats. The dimensions of those products turned out to be smaller than what was stated on the website making it useless. Had to call around 4 times to ask for a refund and collection. Once the product was collected had to call another 4 times to ask for a refund and every single time I was told that there is some sort of system error. Ridiciulous. NEVER BUY FROM HOMEBASE!!!!!

Shocking - no communication around delivery and you just wait and wait for your order. Take the money very quickly and then hear nothing. I have had one email to update that had vague information still waiting. Don't pay for delivery it's rubbish.

I've been waiting for my delivery for a week now and every day get sent a text with a new delivery time and nothing shows. I paid 12.50 to select my date for nothing. The dx company don't even apologise and homebase don't reply. Terrible service
